step 4, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 5 and fig. 6, the MCU controller continuously receives the ear tag information of a plurality of pigs to be sold 10, until the number of ear tags corresponding to the received non-repeated ear tag information is equal to the number of the initially set pigs to be sold, delaying for a period of time (the delay time is obtained according to the preferred time data obtained after multiple experiments, or can be comprehensively judged and set by combining the ear tag information time obtained by the antennas 4 at different positions, which can be easily realized by the MCU controller according to the prior art), so that the pigs to be sold 10 which receive the ear tag information all enter the weighing area 6, and the MCU controller controls the first push plate start-stop motor to move the first push plate 5 downwards to be closed, and controls the RFID reader to stop working;
step 5, as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 6, the MCU controller controls the electronic scale 7 to start weighing, receives weight information of the electronic scale 7, correlates with ear tag information of the corresponding pig 10 to be sold, and calculates total weight and individual average weight of the pig 10 to be sold; if the MCU controller is in wireless communication connection with the cloud server through the wireless communication transceiver module, the MCU controller sends ear tag information, total weight information and average weight information of the pigs to be sold 10 to the cloud server;
step 6, as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 7, the MCU controller controls the second push plate opening and closing motor or steering engine (steering engine is shown in the figure, but not shown, but is easy to understand) to open the second push plate 9;
step 7, as shown in fig. 3 and 8, the MCU controller controls the third push plate moving motor to move the third push plate 8 in a direction close to the outlet side of the weighing area 6 (also in a direction close to the inlet side) until the third push plate 8 approaches to the outlet of the weighing area 6 as much as possible, at this time, the distance between the third push plate 8 and the opposite side plate is substantially equal to the width of the inlet and the outlet of the weighing area 6, and part of pigs to be sold 10 exit the weighing area 6 through the outlet;
step 8, as shown in fig. 3, 8 and 9, the MCU controls the first push plate moving motor to move the first push plate 5 towards the direction close to the outlet of the weighing area 6 until the first push plate is as close to the outlet of the weighing area 6 as possible, and all pigs 10 to be sold exit the weighing area 6 through the outlet;
step 9, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 9, the MCU controller controls the second push plate opening and closing motor or steering engine (steering engine in the figure, but not shown, but easy to understand) to close the second push plate 9;
step 10, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 9, the MCU controls the third push plate moving motor to move the third push plate 8 in a direction away from the outlet side of the weighing area 6 until returning to the original position;
step 11, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 9, the MCU controls the first push plate moving motor to move the first push plate 5 in a direction away from the outlet of the weighing area 6 until returning to the original position, namely, the inlet, as shown in fig. 1; the step may be performed simultaneously with the step 10, or may be performed earlier than the step 10;
and step 12, finishing automatic control of pig selling, and repeating the steps 1-11 when pigs are sold next time.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not limiting to the technical solutions of the present invention, and any technical solution that can be implemented on the basis of the above embodiments without inventive effort should be considered as falling within the scope of protection of the patent claims of the present invention.
Claims (5)
1. The intelligent pig selling system comprises a channel and a weighing area, wherein the weighing area is rectangular and is formed by connecting four side plates, the bottom of the weighing area is an electronic platform scale, an inlet and an outlet are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the weighing area, a vertical first push plate is arranged at the inlet, a vertical second push plate is arranged at the outlet, the outlet of the channel formed by the two channel side plates is connected with the inlet of the weighing area, and the width of the channel is smaller than that of the side plate where the inlet side of the weighing area is located; the method is characterized in that: the intelligent pig selling system further comprises a reader, a controller, a first push plate opening and closing motor, a first push plate moving motor, a second push plate opening and closing motor or a steering engine and a third push plate moving motor, wherein an antenna of the reader for reading information of a pig ear tag to be sold is arranged above or/and on two sides of the channel, a vertical third push plate is arranged on one side, which is not an inlet and an outlet and is far away from the outlet, of the weighing area, a signal end of the reader and a signal end of the electronic platform scale are respectively connected with the signal end of the controller, and a control output end of the controller is respectively connected with a control input end of the first push plate opening and closing motor for controlling the first push plate to move between the inlet and the outlet of the weighing area, and a control input end of the second push plate opening and closing motor or the steering engine for controlling the third push plate to move in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the first push plate; one or more mounting brackets are arranged above the channel, and a plurality of antennas of the reader are respectively arranged on the mounting brackets and the inner sides of the two channel side plates; the first push plate is driven by the first push plate opening and closing motor to vertically move in the tracks on two sides through a chain, the first push plate opening and closing motor and the tracks on two sides are all arranged on a movable seat, and a first movable roller driven by the first push plate moving motor to move between an inlet and an outlet of the weighing area is arranged at the bottom of the movable seat; the bottom of the second push plate is provided with a second opening and closing roller driven by the second push plate opening and closing motor to transversely move or one side of the second push plate is arranged on a corresponding side plate of the weighing area through the steering engine; the bottom of the third push plate is provided with a third moving roller which is driven by the third push plate moving motor to move in the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the first push plate, and the third push plate forms the whole corresponding side edge of the weighing area.
2. The intelligent pig vending system of claim 1, wherein: the reader is an RFID reader, and the controller is an MCU controller.

The intelligent pig vending system of claim 1, wherein: a first track is arranged on the inner wall of the side edge of the weighing area, which is close to the inlet and parallel to the connecting line of the inlet and the outlet, and one side of the movable seat is arranged in the first track through a first guide roller; when the second opening and closing roller is arranged at the bottom of the second push plate, a second track is arranged on the inner wall of the side edge of the weighing area, which is close to the outlet and is perpendicular to the connecting line of the inlet and the outlet, and one side of the second push plate is arranged in the second track through a second guide roller; the inner wall of the side plate, which is close to one side or two sides of the third push plate, of the weighing area is provided with a third track, and one side or two sides of the third push plate are installed in the third track through third guide rollers.

The intelligent pig vending system of any of claims 1-3, wherein: the intelligent pig selling system further comprises a wireless communication receiving and transmitting module and a cloud server, wherein a local communication end of the wireless communication receiving and transmitting module is connected with a remote communication end of the controller, and a wireless communication end of the wireless communication receiving and transmitting module is connected with the cloud server in a wireless communication mode.
5. A method of controlling an intelligent pig vending system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1, setting the number of pigs to be sold through the controller, sending an instruction to the reader by the controller, and identifying the ear tag information of the pigs to be sold through the antenna by the reader;
step 2, the pigs to be sold pass through the channel, and the reader identifies the corresponding ear tag information of each pig to be sold and transmits the ear tag information to the controller;
step 3, after receiving the first earmark information of the pigs to be sold, the controller controls the first push plate opening and closing motor to move the first push plate upwards to be opened, so that the pigs to be sold can pass through conveniently;
step 4, the controller continuously receives a plurality of pieces of information of the to-be-sold pig ear tags, and delays for a period of time to enable the to-be-sold pig receiving the information of the ear tags to enter the weighing area completely until the number of ear tags corresponding to the received non-repeated information of the ear tags is equal to the number of the to-be-sold pig initially set, and the controller controls the first push plate opening and closing motor to downwards move and close the first push plate and controls the reader to stop working;
step 5, the controller controls the electronic platform scale to start weighing, receives weight information of the electronic platform scale, correlates with corresponding ear tag information of the pigs to be sold, and calculates total weight and individual average weight of the pigs to be sold; if the controller is in wireless communication connection with the cloud server through the wireless communication transceiver module, the controller sends the ear tag information, the total weight information and the average weight information of the pigs to be sold to the cloud server;
step 6, the controller controls the second push plate opening and closing motor or steering engine to open the second push plate;
step 7, the controller controls the third push plate moving motor to move the third push plate to the direction close to the outlet side of the weighing area until the third push plate is close to the outlet of the weighing area as much as possible, and part of pigs to be sold only leave the weighing area through the outlet;
step 8, the controller controls the first push plate moving motor to move the first push plate towards the direction close to the outlet of the weighing area until the first push plate is close to the outlet of the weighing area as much as possible, and all pigs to be sold only leave the weighing area through the outlet;
step 9, the controller controls the second push plate opening and closing motor or steering engine to close the second push plate;
step 10, the controller controls the third push plate moving motor to move the third push plate in a direction far away from the outlet side of the weighing area until returning to the original position;
step 11, the controller controls the first push plate moving motor to move the first push plate in a direction away from an outlet of the weighing area until returning to the original position, namely an inlet; the step may be performed simultaneously with the step 10, or may be performed earlier than the step 10;
and step 12, finishing automatic control of pig selling, and repeating the steps 1-11 when pigs are sold next time.
