技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在转动件内引起液体与气体之间的传质的装置,其中,所述液体在转动件的中心被添加并且通过由转动件转动所产生的离心力被向外驱动,并且所述气体包围转动件且被气体压力逆着转动件中的液体流动从外向内挤压穿过转动件。
背景技术
由WO 2015/101826 A1和WO 2016/038480 A1已知包括转动件的传质机,所述转动件具有两个侧面,其中,在这两个面之间的间隙中存在填充物,所述填充物在转动件转动时将在中间所添加的液体向外驱动。在这里,转动件由气体包围,该气体通过气体压力逆着液体流过穿过该转动件,以便引起液体与气体之间的传质。

Claims (11)
1.用于在转动件(1)内引起液体与气体之间的传质的装置,其中,所述液体在转动件的中心被添加并且通过由转动件转动所产生的离心力被向外驱动,并且所述气体包围转动件且被气体压力逆着转动件中的液体流动从外向内挤压穿过转动件,其特征在于,所述转动件(1)具有多个处于转动件平面中的通道(7),所述通道在转动件中心(9)开始并且在转动件外周(8)上结束,其中,所述通道分别填充有填充物,所述填充物扩大液体与气体之间的接触面。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通道(7)由金属或塑料制成的管(6)形成,所述管在转动件(1)中径向或倾斜地设置。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,内置在尤其是管状的通道(7)中的填充物是机织物状的、针织物状的、筛状的或格栅状的且尤其是光滑的或结构化的。
