Abstract
本发明公开了一种促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物,包括如下组分及其重量份数:5‑34g蛋白质、0.5‑20g膳食精华、20‑30g膳食纤维、0.4‑0.7g份常量元素、0.01‑0.04g份微量元素、0.01‑0.03g脂溶性维生素、0.1‑0.25g水溶性维生素、2.5‑45g药食同源成分、1‑5g益生菌、1‑2g益生元;本发明还提供了上述临床营养组合物的制备方法。本发明的一种促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物能够通过营养支持来调节哺乳期妇女体内的垂体对内分泌的调节,从中医的思想为指导来对外周的内分泌进行调节,从营养的辅助功能来调节昼夜的内分泌波动,通过添加适当的营养物质与营养元素来给哺乳期的妇女供给充分的能量、提高免疫力,促使乳汁分泌的充分和顺畅。

技术领域
本发明涉及临床营养组合物领域,尤其涉及一种促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
妊娠时,血中雌激素浓度增高,加上脑垂体激素的协同作用,乳腺的发育更加显著。分娩后,脑垂体前叶分泌的生乳素、促肾上腺皮质素、生长素等作用于已发育的乳腺,从而引起乳汁分泌。泌乳的维持需要吮乳刺激。通过神经经路,经丘脑下部作用于脑垂体前叶,促进上述激素分泌,同时使后叶释放催产素。催产素到达乳腺,使包围产生乳汁的乳腺细胞的肌上皮细胞收缩,以促进排乳。如果乳腺不将乳汁排出,则乳房内压升高,乳腺细胞的分泌机能将出现障碍。
乳汁分泌的过程涉及内分泌方面多种激素的分泌与调节,其中包括:
1.1垂体的分泌与调控
由腺垂体分泌的有生长激素(GH)、催乳素(PRL)、促甲状腺素(TSH)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)及促性腺激素即促滤泡素(FSH)促黄体生成素(LH),这些促激素对泌乳都起着直接或间接的作用,它们受着下丘脑分泌的调节性多肽的调控,这些多肽是一些具有生物活性的释放因子或抑制释放因子,一旦它们被分泌到组织液中立即被吸收入下丘脑-垂体门脉系统的毛细血管中,并直接送到垂体前叶的血窦内,对大多数腺垂体分泌的激素是下丘脑分泌的释放因子起主要作用,如生长激素释放因子(GRF)及促甲状腺激素释放因子(TRF)等,而对泌乳素则是下丘脑分泌的抑制释放因子(PIF)起主要作用。腺垂体分泌的各种激素,作用在相应的靶腺,促进其分泌,催乳素有促进乳腺发育及促进乳汁分泌的生理作用,这些内分泌激素通过机体的负反馈作用以维持体内相对稳定。
催乳素释放因子:包括:1促甲状腺激素释放激素:垂体PRL细胞上存在TRH受体,TRH能刺激PRLmRNA的表达,从而促进PRL的合成与分泌。此外在TRH作用下,PRL细胞内活性钙增高,促使PRL释放。所以甲状腺功能低下的时候,患者TSH升高,常常伴有高PRL血症2血管活性肠肽:是由小肠分离出的一种物质。垂体细胞膜上有VIP受体,下丘脑有高浓度的VIP。3阿片肽:吗啡及多种内源性阿片肽(如β-内啡肽)可刺激大鼠的PRL分泌,阿片受体拮抗剂纳洛酮可逆转此作用。4催乳素释放肽:PrRP属于RF-amide家族,其促进PRL释放作用尚存在争议。55-羟色胺:动物和人的实验均表明,5-HT可刺激PRL分泌。5-HT可能参与了PRL的分泌调节,但是对PRL的基础水平没有影响。
1.2催乳素与泌乳:
已知催乳素是由205个氨基酸残基组成,平时在血中水平很低。催乳素的生理作用是使已经发育完善,具备泌乳条件的乳腺开始和维持泌乳,动物实验证明它是与乳腺细胞膜上的受体结合而发挥作用,在哺乳动物的乳腺上有催乳素的结合位点而发挥作用,这些位点可被具有高度亲和力的催乳素所饱和,从而刺激细胞大量合成脂肪、乳糖及酪蛋白,结合位点的数目,在妊娠后及产后增加,为妊娠中期的2-3倍,哺乳峰值为分娩时的5倍,泌乳开始后2-10天结合位点数目达到稳定。可见糖皮质激素是使催乳素受体被诱导的因素之一。
催乳素受到下丘脑分泌激素的调控,主要是催乳素释放因子(PIF),抑制催乳素的分泌,在PIF分泌受阻或当PIF耗竭时垂体方能分泌较多的催乳素,促进乳腺泌乳。当乳腺中充满了乳汁的信息,反馈至下丘脑,下丘脑即形成大量的PIF阻止垂体分泌催乳素,进一步阻止乳汁产生。其中多巴胺是生理性的PIF。
已经证实下丘脑还可以分泌一种催乳素释放因子(PRF),它具有促使腺垂体释放催乳素,以刺激乳腺泌乳作用。虽然下丘脑分泌的促甲状腺激素释放激素(TRH)也有导致催乳素释放的作用,但是两者是不相同的两种释放激素。1.3吸吮与泌乳:
婴儿吸吮乳头时冲动同时传入下丘脑,还反射性的引起催产素的分泌和释放,催产素经体循环迅速达到乳腺,引起包绕腺泡中的乳汁挤入导管,迅速达到乳头而射出,在婴儿开始吮吸后30-45秒内,突然双侧乳房射出乳汁,称为射乳反射,可使婴儿在短时间内获得大量乳汁,如果没有催产素引起的射入反射,腺泡中乳汁只能滴出,很难大量排出。
由于乳腺的传入神经在产后立即变得敏感,因而诱导催产素分泌的条件反射容易建立,即便刺激并未与乳头接触。
1.4母亲营养与泌乳:
健康妇女在哺乳期诺营养适当,平均每日可提供约850ml乳汁,为此每日的摄入量外尚需另加750kcal热量,其中150kcal为合成乳汁及泌乳排乳所需,另外600kcal为奶汁成分所需。
1.5吸吮与泌乳:

1.6催乳素的分泌和调节
PRL主要由垂体前叶PRL细胞合成和分泌。垂体外也有许多组织细胞,如子宫蜕膜细胞和蜕膜样细胞间质细胞分泌PRL,但是两者分泌和贮存的方式不同。垂体PRL细胞合成的PRL,在通过高尔基复合体时形成大的聚合体,并与贮存蛋白结合以分泌颗粒的形式贮存。而垂体外组织分泌的PRL不形成分泌颗粒。PRL的分泌主要有两种途径:直接分泌和分泌颗粒分泌。基础分泌主要是不形成分泌颗粒的直接分泌和部分分泌颗粒释放,激发分泌时主要是分泌颗粒的释放。
人体内PRL的水平是在不断变化的。受到女性生长的时期的不同就会有不同的波动,并且PRL分泌呈脉冲式并有昼夜节律性,睡眠后PRL的分泌显著增加,直到睡眠结束。醒后一小时内急剧下降。一般人体内PRL水平在早晨5点-7点最高,9点到11点最低,下午较上午高。故临床取血测定PRL最佳时间为上午9点到11点。许多生理行为可影响体内PRL水平,如激动、紧张、高蛋白饮食、哺乳及应激等均可使血PRL水平升高。
1.7相关的外分泌调节因素:
外周激素的调节:
1雌激素:是一主要促进PRL合成与释放的外周激素。可能的作用机制为1雌激素能直接刺激PRL基因表达。雌激素与PRL细胞受体结合后,可诱导PRL基因mRNA表达增肌;2雌激素可刺激垂体PRL细胞增殖;3雌激素具有拮抗DA抑制PRL的作用。雌激素作用较长时间后,可使DA释放入门静脉的量减少,从而促使PRL的释放;4雌激素还可以改变PRL细胞对下丘脑调节因子的反应,如雌激素可增加PRL细胞上TRH受体,减少DA受体,从而增加TRH促PRL分泌的作用,降低DA对PRL的抑制作用。
2孕激素:孕激素能诱导GnRH释放,通过旁分泌作用促使性腺激素调节PRL分泌的增加。
3甲状腺素:可抑制PRL基因表达,故在甲状腺功能减退时,PRL增高。4其他的相关因素有:1肥胖,2抗精神病药物,3兴奋性氨基酸可促进PRL分泌,褪黑素可抑制其分泌。
中国专利CN105166082A公开了一种可以促进泌乳及调节机体的产妇专用营养组合物奶制品,该奶制品特别添加南瓜籽粉、无花果粉、莴苣粉、共轭亚油酸甘油酯、左旋肉碱、低聚果糖、多种维生素及微量元素、脱盐乳清粉、全脂奶粉等营养物质,具有促进泌乳及调节产后体质的功效,缓解乳母无乳或少乳问题,有益产后母亲的身体健康及快速恢复。但是,该专利的可以促进泌乳及调节机体的产妇专用营养组合物奶制品虽然采用了种类数量可观的组分制备成营养组合物食品,但是并没有从催乳素的分泌和调节、脑中垂体的分泌和调控、外周激素的影响以及催乳素的分泌和调节出发,针对哺乳期的妇女的泌乳特点以及所需要的营养物质的种类和量进行开发产品、全方面为哺乳期的妇女提供营养支持和辅助。
因此,提供一种能够通过营养支持来调节哺乳期妇女体内的垂体对内分泌的调节,从中医的思想为指导来对外周的内分泌进行调节,从营养的辅助功能来调节昼夜的内分泌波动,通过添加适当的营养物质与营养元素来给哺乳期的妇女供给充分的能量、提高免疫力,促使乳汁分泌的充分和顺畅的促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物将具有重要的临床意义。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物及其制备方法,能够通过营养支持来调节哺乳期妇女体内的垂体对内分泌的调节,从中医的思想为指导来对外周的内分泌进行调节,从营养的辅助功能来调节昼夜的内分泌波动,通过添加适当的营养物质与营养元素来给哺乳期的妇女供给充分的能量、提高免疫力,促使乳汁分泌的充分和顺畅。

本发明的第二个方面是提供上述临床营养组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,将维生素和药食同源成分制备成粉碎粒径为60-80目的粉末;
步骤2,将预定重量的蛋白质和氨基酸、膳食纤维、常微量元素、维生素、药食同源成分、益生菌、益生元分别制备成粒径为150-250μm的粉末;
步骤3,将步骤1-2所制得的粉末依次加入锥形混合机或其他形式的混合机混合均匀制得营养组合物,经过杀菌后备用;
步骤4,将所营养组合物制备成营养粉、营养乳剂、胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂或口服液中的至少一种;
步骤5,根据常规技术手段将步骤4中的配方混合物制备成营养粉、营养乳剂、胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂或口服液中的至少一种。

球蛋白-G是人体内的一种非特异性免疫因子,对杀死肠道腐败球菌有特殊作用,对革兰氏阳性菌有效。
乳铁蛋白及其蛋白降解产物—乳铁蛋白肽具有广泛的生物学活性,包括广谱抗菌作用、消炎、抑制肿瘤细胞生长及调节机体免疫反应等。
猪蹄含有丰富的胶原蛋白质,脂肪含量也比肥肉低,主要用于产后气血不足,乳汁缺乏的产妇,对于哺乳期妇女能起到催乳和美容的双重作用。
草芽孢杆菌和米根霉生长代谢均产生蛋白酶、淀粉酶和纤维素酶,蛋白酶、淀粉酶和纤维素酶可协助营养物质消化吸收,提高消化率,促进哺乳期妇女泌乳。
乳酸用于维持肠道酸性环境,并为哺乳期妇女提供能量,细菌素能够杀灭肠道致病菌,保持哺乳期妇女的肠道健康。
本发明采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下技术效果:
1)添加木瓜,木瓜含有胡萝卜素和丰富的维生素C,它们有很强的抗氧化能力,帮助机体修复组织,消除有毒物质,增强人体免疫力,帮助机体抵抗包括甲流在内的病毒侵袭。木瓜果实中的有效成分能提高吞噬细胞的功效。木瓜中的凝乳酶还具有通乳作用。
2)添加藕粉,藕粉富含铁、钙等微量元素,植物蛋白质、维生素以及淀粉含量也很丰富,有明显的补益气血,增强人体免疫力作用。
3)添加低聚果糖,研究表明,低聚果糖可使大脑神经细胞营养因子表达升高,对皮质酮诱导的神经元损作有很好的保护作用,具有良好的抗抑郁作用。
4)添加菊粉,菊粉有助于控制血糖,降低血脂,促进矿物质吸收,调节肠道微生物菌群,改善肠道健康,防止便秘、抑制有毒发酵产物的生成,保护肝脏,预防结肠癌、防便秘及治疗肥胖症膳食纤维减少食物在胃肠的停留时间,以及增加粪便量,有效地治疗便秘;其减肥作用是提高内容物的黏度,降低食物从胃进入小肠的速度,从而降低饥饿感,减少食物的摄食量。
5)添加0.005-0.01g维生素E,维生素E具有收敛、软坚之功效,能使肛管处于较长时间松弛状态,减低肛管内的压力,使肛门括约肌痉挛得以缓解,促进肛门血液循环,改善肛内营养代谢。
6)添加1g双歧因子,双歧因子能活化肠道内双歧杆菌并促进其生长繁殖。
7)在上述药食同源成分组合的基础上还添加了包括薄荷、甘草、生姜、橘皮、金银花、蒲公英、茯苓、的药食同源成分:薄荷含有薄荷醇,该物质可清新口气并具有多种药性,可缓解腹痛、胆囊问题如痉挛,还具有防腐杀菌、利尿、化痰、健胃和助消化等功效;甘草味甘,性平,补脾益气,具有清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药的功效;生姜味辛,性微温,具有解表散寒、温中止呕、温肺止咳、解毒的功效;橘皮入脾、胃经,擅长行气,可治疗脾胃气滞之症,如脘腹胀满或腹痛、食少纳差、消化不良、胸膈痞满等不适症状;金银花性寒,味甘,入肺、心、胃经,具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效,主治胀满下疾、温病发热,热毒痈疡和肿瘤等症,其对于头昏头晕、口干作渴、多汗烦闷、肠炎、菌痢、麻疹、肺炎、乙脑、流脑、急性乳腺炎、败血症、阑尾炎、皮肤感染、痈疽疔疮、丹毒、腮腺炎、化脓性扁桃体炎等病症均有一定疗效;蒲公英清热解毒,利尿散结;茯苓味甘、淡,性平,利水渗湿,健脾,宁心;黄精味甘,性平,补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾;上述成分配伍增效后,有助于促进消化、活血养神、抗抑郁、杀菌解毒、增强人体免疫力。
本发明通过营养支持来调节哺乳期妇女体内的垂体对内分泌的调节,从中医的思想为指导来对外周的内分泌进行调节,从营养的辅助功能来调节昼夜的内分泌波动,通过添加适当的营养物质与营养元素来给哺乳期的妇女供给充分的能量增强人体免疫力,促使乳汁分泌的充分和顺畅。

本发明提供了一种促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物,包括如下组分及其重量份数:5-34g蛋白质、0.5-20g膳食精华、20-30g膳食纤维、0.4-0.7g份常量元素、0.01-0.04g份微量元素、0.01-0.03g脂溶性维生素、0.1-0.25g水溶性维生素、2.5-45g药食同源成分、1-5g益生菌、1-2g益生元;其中,所述蛋白质和氨基酸由免疫球蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、α抗胰蛋白酶、a1-胎蛋白、a1-巨球蛋白、大豆分离蛋白、水解鱼胶原蛋白、全脂奶粉、全蛋粉、乳铁蛋白、牛初乳中一种或至少两种组成;所述益生菌由植物乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、米根霉、乳酸、中一种或至少两种组成。

本发明所述的促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物包括猪蹄20g、球蛋白-G20g、乳铁蛋白0.001g、低聚果糖10g、菊粉10g、龙眼肉5g、大枣5g、枸杞子5g、木瓜5g、肉桂5g、红豆3g、丝瓜粉2g、藕粉2g、钙0.39g、镁0.165g、铁0.017g、锌0.013g;维生素A 0.0014g、β-胡萝卜素0.017g、维生素D3 0.000001g、维生素E 0.009g;维生素B1 0.003g、维生素B2 0.003g、维生素B6 0.003g、维生素B12 0.000005g、维生素C 0.163g;枯草芽孢杆菌1g、米根霉1g、乳酸1g、双歧因子1g、非消化性聚糖0.5g。

本发明所述的促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物包括猪蹄30g、球蛋白-G33.3g、乳铁蛋白0.001g、低聚果糖15g、菊粉15g、龙眼肉0.5g、大枣0.5g、枸杞子0.5g、木瓜0.5g、肉桂0.5g、红豆0.3g、丝瓜粉0.2g藕粉0.2g、钙0.39g、镁0.165g、铁0.017g、锌0.013g;维生素A0.0014g、β-胡萝卜素0.017g、维生素D3 0.000001g、维生素E 0.009g;维生素B1 0.003g、维生素B2 0.003g、维生素B6 0.003g、维生素B12 0.000005g、维生素C 0.163g;枯草芽孢杆菌1.5g、米根霉1.5g、乳酸1.5g、双歧因子1g、非消化性聚糖0.5g。

本发明所述的促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物包括猪蹄10g、球蛋白-G15g、前白蛋白0.0005g、低聚果糖10g、菊粉10g、生姜5g、大枣5g、蒲公英5g、木瓜5g、肉桂5g、大豆10g、丝瓜粉5g、藕粉5g、钙0.4g、镁0.2g、铁0.02g、锌0.02g;维生素A 0.0014g、β-胡萝卜素0.017g、维生素D3 0.000001g、维生素E 0.009g;维生素B1 0.003g、维生素B2 0.003g、维生素B6 0.003g、维生素B12 0.000005g、维生素C 0.163g;植物乳杆菌1.5g、米根霉1.5g、乳酸1.5g、双歧因子1g、非消化性聚糖0.5g。

Claims (11)
1.一种促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物,其特征在于,包括如下组分及其重量份数:5-34g蛋白质、0.5-20g膳食精华、20-30g膳食纤维、0.4-0.7g份常量元素、0.01-0.04g份微量元素、0.01-0.03g脂溶性维生素、0.1-0.25g水溶性维生素、2.5-45g药食同源成分、1-5g益生菌、1-2g益生元;
其中,所述蛋白质和氨基酸由免疫球蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、α抗胰蛋白酶、a1-胎蛋白、a1-巨球蛋白、大豆分离蛋白、水解鱼胶原蛋白、全脂奶粉、全蛋粉、乳铁蛋白、牛初乳中一种或至少两种组成;
所述益生菌由植物乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、米根霉、乳酸中一种或至少两种组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物,其特征在于,所述药食同源成分由薄荷、甘草、生姜、橘皮、金银花、蒲公英、茯苓、龙眼肉、大枣、枸杞子、木瓜、肉桂、黄精中一种或至少两种组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物,其特征在于,所述免疫球蛋白为球蛋白-G。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物,其特征在于,所述膳食精华由大豆、丝瓜、藕粉、红豆、茭白一种或至少两种组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物,其特征在于,所述膳食纤维由菊粉、魔芋粉、低聚半乳糖、低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖、大豆多糖、环糊精、抗性糊精、大豆纤维中一种或至少两种组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物,其特征在于,所述常量元素由柠檬酸钙、L-乳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、L-天门冬氨酸钙、葡萄糖酸钾、柠檬酸钠和葡萄糖酸镁中一种或几种混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物,其特征在于,所述微量元素是由葡萄糖酸亚铁、碘化钾、葡萄糖酸锌、亚硒酸钠、葡萄糖酸铜、硫酸铬、葡萄糖酸锰和钼酸钠中一种或几种混合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物,其特征在于,所述脂溶性维生素由维生素A、β-胡萝卜素、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K1中一种或几种混合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物,其特征在于,所述水溶性维生素由维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、泛酸、叶酸、烟酸、胆碱、肌醇、生物素中一种或几种混合。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物,其特征在于,所述益生元由双歧因子和非消化性聚糖中的至少一种组成。
11.根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的一种促进泌乳专用型临床营养组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,将维生素和药食同源成分制备成粉碎粒径为60-80目的粉末;
步骤2,将预定重量的蛋白质和氨基酸、碳水化合物、膳食纤维、常微量元素、维生素、药食同源成分、益生菌分别制备成粒径为150-250μm的粉末;
步骤3,将步骤1-2所制得的粉末依次加入锥形混合机或其他形式的混合机混合均匀制得营养组合物,经过杀菌后备用;
步骤4,将所述营养组合物制备成营养粉、营养乳剂、胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂或口服液中的至少一种。
