本发明公开了一种铝塑膜,包括依次设置的成型强度支撑层、胶黏剂层、第一耐腐蚀化学层、铝箔层、第二耐腐蚀化学层、高分子树脂粘接层、及三层共挤聚丙烯薄膜层。本发明的铝塑膜对锂电池电解除液具有极高的阻隔性能、耐电解液腐蚀和溶胀,能长期保持电解液含水量基本一致。本发明使用效果好,生产成本低,具有很好的市场前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料领域,特别涉及一种铝塑膜。
背景技术
用于锂电池包装的铝塑膜材料属于精密制造领域,不仅要求性能合格,更要求极低的产品缺陷率,特别是集成的动力电池均是几十块小的铝塑膜电池集合组装在一起,只要一块小电有问题就会导致整个集成电池组无法正常使用,甚至存在有极大的安全风险。
现在的锂电池用铝塑膜很容易产生皱褶、针孔等缺陷,而这些铝箔层的缺陷会增加铝塑膜冲压时的铝箔破裂的机率,一旦铝箔层被破坏,就意味着锂电池失效。现在的铝塑膜容易被锂电池电解除液腐蚀和溶胀,造成锂电池产品损坏,所以现在的铝塑膜存在很大的缺陷,难以满足生产的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种铝塑膜。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种铝塑膜,包括依次设置的成型强度支撑层、胶黏剂层、第一耐腐蚀化学层、铝箔层、第二耐腐蚀化学层、高分子树脂粘接层、及三层共挤聚丙烯薄膜层。
优选的是,所述成型强度支撑层为双向拉伸尼龙薄膜或双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,厚度为12-25微米。
优选的是,胶黏剂层为聚氨酯胶黏剂层,厚度为2-4微米。
优选的是,所述高分子树脂粘接层为酸酐改性的聚烯烃聚合物,厚度为20-30微米。
优选的是,所述第一耐腐蚀化学层和第二耐腐蚀化学层,均为化学反应生成的抗腐蚀层,可耐HF的渗透腐蚀,厚度为50-150nm。
优选的是,所述铝箔层的材质为软态质铝箔,厚度为30-65微米。
优选的是,所述三层共挤聚丙烯薄膜层包括依次设置的粘接层、高熔点芯层和热封层。
优选的是,所述粘接层为共聚丙烯材料层或酸酐改性层。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明的铝塑膜对锂电池电解除液具有极高的阻隔性能、耐电解液腐蚀和溶胀,能长期保持电解液含水量基本一致。本发明可很好的应用于锂电池包装,使用效果好,生产成本低,具有很好的市场前景。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
应当理解,本文所使用的诸如“具有”、“包含”以及“包括”术语并不排除一个或多个其它元件或其组合的存在或添加。
如图1所示,本实施例的一种铝塑膜,包括由外至内(如图1中由上至下)依次设置的成型强度支撑层1、胶黏剂层2、第一耐腐蚀化学层3、铝箔层4、第二耐腐蚀化学层5、高分子树脂粘接层716、及三层共挤聚丙烯薄膜层7。
其中,成型强度支撑层1为双向拉伸尼龙薄膜或双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,厚度为12-25微米。
胶黏剂层2为聚氨酯胶黏剂层2,厚度为2-4微米,起粘接作用。也可采用其他类型的胶黏剂。
其中,高分子树脂粘接层716为酸酐改性的聚烯烃聚合物,厚度为20-30微米。
其中,第一耐腐蚀化学层3和第二耐腐蚀化学层5,均为化学反应生成的抗腐蚀层,可耐电解液中的HF的渗透腐蚀,厚度为50-150nm。优选为100nm
其中,铝箔层4的材质为软态质铝箔,厚度为30-65微米。
其中,三层共挤聚丙烯薄膜层7包括由内至外(如图1中的由上至下)依次设置的粘接层71、高熔点芯层72和热封层73。粘接层71为共聚丙烯材料层或酸酐改性层。当粘接层71为酸酐改性层时,其作用是替代高分子树脂粘接层716的功能作用。
所述聚氨脂胶黏剂层3由聚氨脂胶黏剂经干燥后制得,所述聚氨脂胶黏剂包括以下重量份的材料:
聚氨脂、酚醛树脂具有很好的机械和化学性能,马来酸酐改性的聚烯烃树脂的添加能有效提高聚氨脂胶黏剂的粘结力。多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯、马来酸酐改性的聚烯烃树脂、聚氨脂、酚醛树脂、苯乙烯、过氧化二苯甲酰复配使用,能产生协同增强的效果,使制得的聚氨脂胶黏剂层3具有很强的粘结强度、抗冲击强度及很强的耐候、耐疲劳性能。
硬脂酸钡能提高热稳定性。所述填料为纳米氧化氧化锆粉、滑石粉和纳米氧化镁粉的混合物,所述助剂包括溶剂、稳定剂和偶联剂。纳米氧化氧化锆粉能有效提高材料的强度,滑石粉能提高材料的均匀性,纳米氧化镁粉能增强粘结强度、耐疲劳性能。纳米氧化氧化锆粉、滑石粉和纳米氧化镁粉作为填料,与硬脂酸钡复配添加,能产生协同增强效果,大大提高制得的聚氨脂胶黏剂层3的粘结强度、抗冲击性能、耐温性能和耐疲劳性能。
本发明还提供一种聚氨脂胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯、马来酸酐改性的聚烯烃树脂、聚氨脂、酚醛树脂、苯乙烯、过氧化二苯甲酰和助剂加入搅拌釜中加热搅拌均匀;
2)继续加入硬脂酸钡、填料和固化剂,加热并搅拌均匀,得到聚氨脂胶黏剂。
然后将聚氨脂胶黏剂辊涂在成型强度支撑层1上,干燥后即得到聚氨脂胶黏剂层3。
以下还提供聚氨脂胶黏剂的具体实施例,以对本发明做进一步说明。

所述填料为纳米氧化氧化锆粉、滑石粉和纳米氧化镁粉的混合物,所述助剂包括溶剂、稳定剂和偶联剂。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。
Claims (10)
1.一种铝塑膜,其特征在于,包括依次设置的成型强度支撑层、胶黏剂层、第一耐腐蚀化学层、铝箔层、第二耐腐蚀化学层、高分子树脂粘接层、及三层共挤聚丙烯薄膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝塑膜,其特征在于,所述成型强度支撑层为双向拉伸尼龙薄膜或双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,厚度为12-25微米。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铝塑膜,其特征在于,胶黏剂层为聚氨酯胶黏剂层,厚度为2-4微米。
4.根据权利要求3所述的铝塑膜,其特征在于,所述高分子树脂粘接层为酸酐改性的聚烯烃聚合物,厚度为20-30微米。
5.根据权利要求4所述的铝塑膜,其特征在于,所述第一耐腐蚀化学层和第二耐腐蚀化学层,均为化学反应生成的抗腐蚀层,可耐HF的渗透腐蚀,厚度为50-150nm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的铝塑膜,其特征在于,所述铝箔层的材质为软态质铝箔,厚度为30-65微米。
7.根据权利要求6所述的铝塑膜,其特征在于,所述三层共挤聚丙烯薄膜层包括依次设置的粘接层、高熔点芯层和热封层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的铝塑膜,其特征在于,所述粘接层为共聚丙烯材料层或酸酐改性层。
9.根据权利要求3所述的铝塑膜,其特征在于,所述聚氨脂胶黏剂层由聚氨脂胶黏剂经干燥后制得,所述聚氨脂胶黏剂包括以下重量份的材料:
10.根据权利要求9所述的铝塑膜,其特征在于,所述填料为纳米氧化氧化锆粉、滑石粉和纳米氧化镁粉的混合物,所述助剂包括溶剂、稳定剂和偶联剂。
