本发明公开了一种铝塑膜及其制备工艺,旨在提供一种有效将各方面性能提升的铝塑膜及其制备工艺,其技术方案要点是,包括铝箔,所述铝箔的上下面分别设有第一表面处理层和第二表面处理层,所述第一表面处理层和第二表面处理层上分别设有第一粘接层和第二粘接层,所述第一粘接层上还设有双向拉伸尼龙层,所述第二粘接层下方设有流延聚丙烯薄膜层。

技术领域
本发明涉及半导体制造设备及复合膜领域,具体涉及一种铝塑膜及其制备工艺。
背景技术
铝塑膜是封装软包电池的重要材料,对软包电池的质量起着至关重要的作用。作为锂电池产业链中壁垒最高的关键环节,全球铝塑膜市场一直由日本少数企业垄断,占据全球约75%的市场份额。目前,国内企业经过多年积累技术日趋成熟,逐步实现规模化生产。
目前,公开号为CN106067521B的中国专利公开了一种增强型铝塑膜,第一铝箔复合层、粘结在第一铝箔复合层内表面上的中间加强层和粘结在中间加强层内表面上的第二铝箔复合层,所述第一铝箔复合层包括第一保护层和粘结在第一保护层内表面上的第一铝箔层,所述第二铝箔复合层包括从外向内依次粘结设置的第二保护层、第二铝箔层和热封层。
这种增强型铝塑膜虽然强度高,抗穿刺性能好,具有优异的水汽阻隔性,但是往往在保护锂电池的过程中其他方面的性能有所不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种铝塑膜,其具有可以有效的保护锂电池,具有较好的强韧性和柔韧性,减少外部环境对内部锂电池的损伤的优点。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种铝塑膜,包括铝箔,所述铝箔的上下面分别设有第一表面处理层和第二表面处理层,所述第一表面处理层和第二表面处理层上分别设有第一粘接层和第二粘接层,所述第一粘接层上还设有双向拉伸尼龙层,所述第二粘接层下方设有流延聚丙烯薄膜层。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于使用了铝箔可以通过其强韧性保护内部的铝电池,同时其本身具有较好的柔韧性避免铝塑膜被尖锐物刺穿,由表层双向拉伸尼龙层(BOPA)、中间层铝箔层(AL)、内层聚丙烯层(CPP或PP)构成的复合材料,层与层之间通过胶黏剂或粘接树脂进行压合粘结,利用BOPA膜的机械性能在低温和高温依然保持性能,保证产品的低温和高温使用性能,流延聚丙烯薄膜(Cast Polypropylene,缩写CPP) 通过流延挤塑工艺生产的铝塑膜用作热封层,具有优异的清晰度和光洁度,比PE薄膜挺度更高,水气和异味阻隔性优良,耐热性优良,长期使用温度可高达 100-120°C,无载荷时使用温度可达 150°C,聚乙烯薄膜长期使用温度不高于 90 度,易于热封合,封合强度较高,聚丙烯脆化温度较高约-7 °C.聚乙烯约-60 °C,同时整体抗剥离强度有所提高,具有较好的耐电解液性能,同时耐热性较好,铝箔在铝塑膜中起阻隔和成型支撑的作用,为保证冲压后铝箔无针孔根据最大平面延伸率(70%)计算原始厚度40微米,铝塑膜结构中与尼龙复合面为哑光面,另一面为光面,铝箔状态为软质铝箔,且硬度低,所以铝箔哑光面容易擦花,表现为亮点、拉丝等,而铝箔纯度大于98.5%,可以提高成品的延伸率保证冲压合格率。
进一步设置:所述双向拉伸尼龙层厚度为25μm,所述第一粘接层和第二粘接层厚度为4μm,所述流延聚丙烯薄膜层厚度为40μm。
通过采用上述技术方案,设有的每层不同的膜层相互结合,通过不同的厚度,最后达到最佳的效果,同时有效节约资源,减少损耗。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种铝塑膜的制备工艺,其具有有效的制备出上述铝塑膜的方式的优点。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种铝塑膜的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:D1、对铝箔进行表面处理;D2、对双向拉伸尼龙层与铝箔进行表层干法复合;D3、通过干法工艺或热法工艺进行复合;D4、对表面涂覆爽化剂;D5、进行瑕疵检测;D6、分切出货。综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果。
进一步设置:所述D3步骤中,干法工艺包括将粘合剂涂覆到铝箔上,经过烘箱干燥,再与另一层相同方式制作的薄膜热压贴合成复合薄膜。
进一步设置:所述D3步骤中,热法工艺包括将塑料粒子经螺杆塑化后由平模头模口成线型挤出,拉伸后附着于铝箔上,冷却后挤压成型。
通过采用上述技术方案,干法复合工艺就是把粘合剂涂覆到铝箔上,经过烘箱干燥,再与另一层薄膜热压贴合成复合薄膜的工艺。它适用于各种基材薄膜,基材选择自由度高,可生产出各种优异性能的复合膜,如耐热、耐油、高阻隔、耐化学性薄膜等,而热法工艺则是塑料粒子经螺杆塑化后由平模头模口成线型挤出,拉伸后附着于纸张、薄膜、无纺布、编织布等柔性基材表面,冷却定型压合成兼有塑料薄膜层的阻隔性和热封性、基材的强韧度和功能特性的复合材料。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步说明。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种铝塑膜,如图1及图2所示,包括铝箔1,铝箔1的上下面分别设有第一表面处理层2和第二表面处理层3,第一表面处理层2和第二表面处理层3上分别设有第一粘接层4和第二粘接层5,第一粘接层4上还设有双向拉伸尼龙层6,第二粘接层5下方设有流延聚丙烯薄膜层7。双向拉伸尼龙层6厚度为25μm,而第一粘接层4和第二粘接层5厚度为4μm,流延聚丙烯薄膜层7厚度为40μm。
而种铝塑膜的制备工艺,包括如下步骤,D1、对铝箔1进行表面处理,D2、对双向拉伸尼龙层6与铝箔1进行表层干法复合,D3、通过干法工艺或热法工艺进行复合,D4、对表面涂覆爽化剂,D5、进行瑕疵检测,D6、分切出货,其中在铝箔1与双向拉伸尼龙层6之间完成复合后进行检验,复合膜取15mm宽,样品浸入电解液中(EC:DEC:DMC=1:1:1) ,置于85℃环境中24H,取出样品擦干电解液,按GB/T8808-1998标准检测,AL与PP间剥离力大于7N/15mm,而热法工艺中热封条件,温度:上模具190±5℃;下模具190±5℃ ;热封压力:0.3±0.1MPa;热封时间: 4±1sec;热封强度:大于40N/15mm。
其中在D3步骤中主要有两种方法进行复合,干法工艺包括将粘合剂涂覆到铝箔1上,经过烘箱干燥,再与另一层相同方式制作的薄膜热压贴合成复合薄膜,而热法工艺包括将塑料粒子经螺杆塑化后由平模头模口成线型挤出,拉伸后附着于铝箔1上,冷却后挤压成型。塑料粒子经螺杆塑化后由平模头模口成线型挤出,拉伸后附着于铝箔1上,冷却定型压合成兼有塑料薄 膜层的阻隔性和热封性、基材的强韧度和功能特性的复合材料,而干法工艺相对简单,初期投入少,同时由于材料未受到高温破坏,产品冲深性能优。而热法工艺原材成本较干法低,产品耐电解液性能好,产品寿命长。

1.一种铝塑膜,其特征在于:包括铝箔(1),所述铝箔(1)的上下面分别设有第一表面处理层(2)和第二表面处理层(3),所述第一表面处理层(2)和第二表面处理层(3)上分别设有第一粘接层(4)和第二粘接层(5),所述第一粘接层(4)上还设有双向拉伸尼龙层(6),所述第二粘接层(5)下方设有流延聚丙烯薄膜层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝塑膜,其特征在于:所述双向拉伸尼龙层(6)厚度为25μm,所述第一粘接层(4)和第二粘接层(5)厚度为4μm,所述流延聚丙烯薄膜层(7)厚度为40μm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种铝塑膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
D1、对铝箔(1)进行表面处理;
D2、对双向拉伸尼龙层(6)与铝箔(1)进行表层干法复合;
D3、通过干法工艺或热法工艺进行复合;
D4、对表面涂覆爽化剂;
D5、进行瑕疵检测;
D6、分切出货。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种铝塑膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述D3步骤中,干法工艺包括将粘合剂涂覆到铝箔(1)上,经过烘箱干燥,再与另一层相同方式制作的薄膜热压贴合成复合薄膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种铝塑膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述D3步骤中,热法工艺包括将塑料粒子经螺杆塑化后由平模头模口成线型挤出,拉伸后附着于铝箔(1)上,冷却后挤压成型。
