本发明公开了一种纸尿裤3D压花装置，属于纸尿裤技术领域，为解决现有纸尿裤产品在使用过程中与人体接触面积过大进而使得穿戴不舒服的问题，该纸尿裤3D压花装置包括主压辊、两个设置在主压辊上的驱动电机、设置在主压辊内的滚轴、设置在滚轴上用于驱动滚轴转动的滚轴电机、两个分别设置在主压辊内滚轴两边的主动辊和多个设置在滚轴上的压体；滚轴电机的输出轴与滚轴连接，滚轴电机的本体与主压辊内壁固定连接。能够大大减少纸尿裤与皮肤接触的面积，透气性更好，使皮肤更干爽，降低了皮肤疾病产生的可能性。

技术领域
本发明属于纸尿裤技术领域，涉及一种纸尿裤生产装置，具体为一种纸尿裤3D压花装置。
背景技术
表面采用3D压花处理技术的纸尿裤从上而下依次包括3D面层，导流层，芯体层，背层。3D压花技术原理是自动张力控制器控制无纺布放料卷张力，速度均匀，无纺布不打皱，压花辊通过智能控温系统进行温度控制，可根据实际材料调整压花温度，无纺布经过加热模辊凸纹成型后，与另一层无纺布进行复合，增强无纺布花纹立体感，随意拉扯不变形；输出3D无纺布后与尿裤主体进行复合，复合后自动分切，生产效率提高。3D压花技术用的无纺布是热风无纺布，经过3D压花后的面料表面有许多凸点，产品使用中大大减少了与皮肤接触的面积，透气性更好，使皮肤更干爽，降低了皮肤疾病产生的可能性。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足，本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出一种纸尿裤3D压花装置，解决了现有纸尿裤产品在使用过程中与人体接触面积过大进而使得穿戴不舒服的问题，能够大大减少纸尿裤与皮肤接触的面积，透气性更好，使皮肤更干爽，降低了皮肤疾病产生的可能性。
本发明采用的技术方案为：一种纸尿裤3D压花装置，该纸尿裤3D压花装置包括主压辊、两个设置在主压辊上的驱动电机、设置在主压辊内的滚轴、设置在滚轴上用于驱动滚轴转动的滚轴电机、两个分别设置在主压辊内滚轴两边的主动辊和多个设置在滚轴上的压体；滚轴电机的输出轴与滚轴连接，滚轴电机的本体与主压辊内壁固定连接。
所述主压辊的轴线与水平面平行，主压辊内部中空，主压辊内壁上设有多个安装孔，主动辊的两端和滚轴的两端分别插入安装孔内。主动辊和滚轴之间的间隙大于加工纸尿裤的无纺布的厚度，主动辊的轴线和滚轴的轴线相互平行且与水平面平行，主动辊的轴线和滚轴的轴线在同一个水平面内，主动辊的轴线和滚轴的轴线与主压辊的轴线垂直。所述压体为菱形的棱柱，压体的一端设置在滚轴的外表面。两个驱动电机都设置在主压辊的下方，两个驱动电机在同一个竖直面内，两个驱动电机之间的夹角为锐角。两个主动辊中一个主动辊上设有光压模块和加热模块，该主动辊与滚轴之间的间隙大于加工纸尿裤的无纺布的厚度，另一个主动辊和滚轴之间的间隙小于加工纸尿裤的无纺布的厚度。
本发明的有益效果是：由于将平面面料改成了有很多凸点的凹凸面料，大大增加了表面的吸收面积，使吸液更快，凹凸面阻碍了液体在表面流动，使其顺凹道走向迅速下渗流动，产品不易漏液，吸收能力更强，不易扩散。
由于每个菱形凸点下面是空心的，增加了产品面层到吸收芯体之间的距离，大大增加了产品透气性，使皮肤更干爽，空隙还大大增加了产品的储液能力，使液体流量较大时也能存纳，同时也减少了产品的漏液可能，大量的空隙组合使吸收到芯体的液体不易反渗，干爽性更好。能够大大减少纸尿裤与皮肤接触的面积，透气性更好，使皮肤更干爽，降低了皮肤疾病产生的可能性。

本发明提供了一种纸尿裤3D压花装置，该纸尿裤3D压花装置包括主压辊1、两个设置在主压辊1上的驱动电机2、设置在主压辊1内的滚轴3、设置在滚轴3上用于驱动滚轴3转动的滚轴电机、两个分别设置在主压辊1内滚轴3两边的主动辊和多个设置在滚轴3上的压体。两个驱动电机2分别驱动两个主动辊运动。滚轴电机的输出轴与滚轴3连接，滚轴电机的本体与主压辊1内壁固定连接。
所述主压辊1的轴线与水平面平行，主压辊1内部中空，主压辊1内壁上设有多个安装孔，主动辊的轴线和滚轴3的轴线相互平行且与水平面平行，主动辊的轴线和滚轴3的轴线在同一个水平面内，主动辊的两端和滚轴3的两端分别插入安装孔内。主动辊和滚轴3之间的间隙大于加工纸尿裤的无纺布的厚度，主动辊的轴线和滚轴3的轴线与主压辊1的轴线垂直。所述压体为菱形的棱柱，压体的一端设置在滚轴3的外表面。
两个驱动电机2都设置在主压辊1的下方，两个驱动电机2在同一个竖直面内，两个驱动电机2之间的夹角为锐角，两个主动辊中一个主动辊上设有光压模块和加热模块，该主动辊与滚轴3之间的间隙大于加工纸尿裤的无纺布的厚度，无纺布经过该主动辊和滚轴3之间时被加热，制成第一无纺布，另一个主动辊和滚轴3之间的间隙小于加工纸尿裤的无纺布的厚度，无纺布经过该主动辊和滚轴3之间时被滚轴3上的压体压制制成带有凹凸结构的第二无纺布，第一无纺布和第二无纺布都绕滚轴3，在绕滚轴3时两者贴合，就制作成了纸尿裤的3D压花。
