Description

Solanaceous fruit seed seedling raising method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of solanaceous fruit seedling culture, in particular to a solanaceous fruit seed seedling culture method.
Background
The solanaceous vegetables refer to fruit and vegetable crops in solanaceae plants, comprise tomatoes, hot peppers, eggplants and the like, are important vegetable plants indispensable to the life of people, and are delicious in taste and rich in nutrition. For more researches on solanaceous fruit seedling culture, for example, patent No. CN201110391612.4 discloses a vegetable seedling culture germination accelerating treatment method, which is characterized in that the tooth growing time is shortened by adopting temperature and humidity control, and the method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a vegetable seedling raising substrate; 2) adding water into the seedling raising pool to enable the water to completely permeate the seedling raising matrix; 3) culturing until the seeds emit 0.4-1 cm plumule, and then unsealing the plastic film; 4) and (5) putting the seedling-raising plate back into the culture pond for culture. The method has the advantages that the quality of the vegetables can be improved, particularly the seedling age of the solanaceous vegetables can be shortened, the seedling management of the vegetables is optimized, and the cost of the vegetables is greatly reduced. Also, for example, patent No. CN201710363542.9 discloses a soilless culture method for solanaceous vegetables, which comprises variety selection, seedling raising, seedling division, field planting, nutrient solution preparation, daily management, plant adjustment and content harvesting; the invention adopts the seedling raising tray for raising seedlings and nutrient solution for cultivation, soil is not needed, the solanberry vegetables cultivated by the method have no pollution, are green food, have rich nutrition and high content of trace elements, and the cultivated vegetables have high yield and good quality; the growth cycle of the solanberry vegetables is short, the solanberry vegetables are quickly listed, and the economic income of vegetable growers is improved.
Solanaceous vegetables are not cold-resistant, the requirements on soil and climate are unique during planting, fertile soil and higher temperature are required, for example, the suitable temperature for the growth of solanaceous fruits is 25-30 ℃, the solanaceous vegetables are generally easily damaged at the temperature higher than 35 ℃, new metabolic disorder is easily caused at the temperature lower than 10 ℃, plants below 5 ℃ are frozen and easily die after emergence of the soil, and in addition, the solanaceous vegetables are influenced by factors such as moisture, seed germination rate, germination vigor and the like, and the severe growth environment with cold and high humidity in the southern twelve months later leads to high seed morbidity; therefore, the existing seedling raising technology is difficult to ensure the uniformity of seedling growth, causes the sizes of plants to be different during field planting, causes the seedling quality to be uneven, causes the seedlings to be weak due to insufficient or unbalanced nutrient supply, and finally influences the subsequent plant growth, yield and quality.
