技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,尤其涉及一种新型非异氰酸酯聚脲型环氧固化剂的环氧防腐涂料产品。
背景技术
金属在周围环境因素作用下会造成性能下降造成材料的腐蚀,这些因素如物理溶解、化学腐蚀、电化学作用等,金属的腐蚀遍及了国民经济的各行各业,给国民经济造成直接或间接的经济损失。根据有关资料显示,世界上每年因金属腐蚀造成的经济损失高达10000亿美元,因此金属的防腐已经成为了一个不可忽视的问题,目前金属的防腐主要以涂料防腐应用最广泛和最有效。传统的防腐涂料主要以溶剂型涂料为主,由于涂料里面含有大量的有机溶剂,这样给周围环境和人们身体健康造成了危害。随着国家对环保力度的不断加大,传统的溶剂型涂料正在逐渐被替代,环保的防腐涂料正向着高效的水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固含涂料和无溶剂涂料方向发展。这几种环保涂料数水性涂料和无溶剂涂料发展的最快,对于金属的防腐尤其是在一些重防腐领域,水性涂料还不能到要求,因此无溶剂涂料成了金属防腐涂料重点研究的热点。
目前的无溶剂防腐涂料主要分为几大体系:丙烯酸体系、聚氨酯体系、聚酯体系和环氧体系,环氧涂料因其对金属具有高的粘结强度、极低的收缩率、极佳的化学稳定性和优良的电绝缘性,因此被广泛应用于金属的防腐领域尤其是在重防腐领域。但是环氧涂料因其固化剂的差别使得环氧涂料漆膜容易开裂、耐冲击不好、抗剥离强度差等缺点。还有就是环氧固化剂好多都是易挥发、有毒的,因此近年大家对环氧固化剂的研究比较多,为了寻找一种高效环保的固化剂,进行了很多研究。钱阳等制备了一种腰果酚醛酰胺固化剂应用到无溶剂环氧防腐涂料提高涂料的烟雾时间。王臻等应用了腰果酚改性胺固化剂和酮亚胺固化剂,并添加纤维增强剂,提高了环氧涂料的韧性和抗冲击性。
发明内容
为了解决环氧涂料的韧性不好、抗冲击性能差、漆膜发脆等问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种非异氰酸酯聚脲型环氧固化剂的环氧防腐涂料,该固化剂能够提高环氧涂料的韧性、抗冲击性能等,同时还能提高环氧涂料的耐热性、对基材的附着力、耐盐雾等性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:提供一种非异氰酸酯聚脲型环氧固化剂的环氧防腐涂料,其特征在于,包括了A组分和B组分;
所述的A组分以质量份数计包括以下各组分:
环氧树脂 20~40份;
活性稀释剂 5~20份;
颜料 10~40份;
填料 10~30份;
分散剂 0.5~1份;
流平剂 0.1~0.5份;
消泡剂 0.2~0.5份。
所述的B组分以质量份数计包括以下各组分:
非异氰酸酯聚脲固化剂 10~40份;
脂肪族胺固化剂 10~40份;
聚酰胺固化剂 6~15份;
脂环族胺固化剂 20~30份;
固化剂促进剂 1~5份。
所述的环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂,优选为环氧树脂E42、环氧树脂E44、环氧树脂E51、环氧树脂E54中的任意一种或多种的混合物。
所述活性稀释剂为缩水甘油醚类,优选为:烷基缩水甘油醚、苯基所述甘油醚、丙烯基所述甘油醚、乙二醇双缩水甘油醚中的任意一种或多种的混合物。
所述颜料为金红石型钛白粉、锐钛型钛白粉、炭黑、氧化铁红,氧化铁黄中的任意一种。
所述填料为滑石粉、高岭土、硫酸钡、碳酸钙、云母粉中的任意一种或多种的混合物。
所述非异氰酸酯聚脲固化剂为自制的,优选分子量在700~1000的非异氰酸酯聚脲固化剂。
所述脂肪胺固化剂为二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺、四乙烯五胺、二乙胺基丙胺、乙二胺中的任意一种或多种的混合物。
所述聚酰胺固化剂为聚酰胺651、聚酰胺300、聚酰胺V-115中的任意一种或多种的混合物。
所述脂环族胺固化剂为异佛尔酮二胺、MDA、N-氨乙基哌嗪、双(4-胺基环己基)甲烷中的任意一种或多种的混合物。
一种新型非异氰酸酯聚脲型环氧固化剂的环氧防腐涂料及制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
(1)A组分制备:按照上述A组分的质量配比依次加入环氧树脂、活性稀释剂、颜料、填料、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂到高速分散釜中进行高速分散,分散时间为30~60min,然后转入研磨机研磨,研磨中物料温度控制在40~70℃,检测细度,当细度达到40um以下时出料包装;
(2)B组分制备:按照上述B组分的质量配比依次加入非异氰酸酯聚脲固化剂、脂肪族胺固化剂、聚酰胺固化剂、脂环族胺固化剂和固化剂促进剂到高速分散釜中进行搅拌,当B组分搅拌均匀后出料包装;
(3)A组分与B组分在使用的时候按照质量比为5:1的配比配制。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的环氧防腐涂料属于无溶剂涂料,安全环保、便于贮存和运输,对人体身体健康无害和不污染环境;引入非异氰酸酯聚脲固化剂,使得该环氧防腐涂料比一般环氧防腐涂料具有更好的抗冲击性、耐热性、耐盐雾性能,更强的附着力;由于非异氰酸酯聚脲固化剂中脲基键的存在,使得漆膜的抗老化性能得到提高,使用时间得到延长;另外本发明所使用的非异氰酸酯聚脲固化剂属于低粘度、高活性,因此易于施工、使用方便。

下面通过具体的实施方案叙述本发明产品及其制备方法。实施方案应理解为说明性的,而非限制本发明的范围。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不背离本发明实质和范围的前提下,对这些实施方案中的物料成分和用量进行的各种改变都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种非异氰酸酯聚脲型环氧固化剂的环氧防腐涂料,以质量份数计含有以下各组分:
环氧树脂E51 35份;
烯丙基缩水甘油醚 15份;
钛白粉 30份;
硫酸钡 19份;
分散剂 0.5份;
流平剂 0.3份;
消泡剂 0.2份;
B组分以质量份数计包括以下各组分:
非异氰酸酯聚脲固化剂 35份;
四乙烯五胺 30份;
聚酰胺 300# 12份;
异佛尔酮二胺 20份;
固化剂促进剂 3份。
一种非异氰酸酯聚脲型环氧固化剂的环氧防腐涂料具体的操作步骤如下:
(1)A组分制备:按照上述A组分的质量配比依次加入环氧树脂、活性稀释剂、颜料、填料、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂到高速分散釜中进行高速分散,分散时间为30~60min,然后转入研磨机研磨,研磨中物料温度控制在40~70℃,检测细度,当细度达到40um以下时出料包装;
(2)B组分制备:按照上述B组分的质量配比依次加入非异氰酸酯聚脲固化剂、脂肪族胺固化剂、聚酰胺固化剂、脂环族胺固化剂和固化剂促进剂到高速分散釜中进行搅拌,当B组分搅拌均匀后出料包装;

(1)A组分制备:按照上述A组分的质量配比依次加入环氧树脂、活性稀释剂、颜料、填料、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂到高速分散釜中进行高速分散,分散时间为30~60min,然后转入研磨机研磨,研磨中物料温度控制在40~70℃,检测细度,当细度达到40um以下时出料包装;
(2)B组分制备:按照上述B组分的质量配比依次加入非异氰酸酯聚脲固化剂、脂肪族胺固化剂、聚酰胺固化剂、脂环族胺固化剂和固化剂促进剂到高速分散釜中进行搅拌,当B组分搅拌均匀后出料包装;
(3)A组分与B组分在使用的时候按照质量比为5:1的配比配制。

一种非异氰酸酯聚脲型环氧固化剂的环氧防腐涂料,以质量份数计含有以下各组分:
环氧树脂E51 35份;
烯丙基缩水甘油醚 15份;
钛白粉 30份;
硫酸钡 19份;
分散剂 0.5份;
流平剂 0.3份;
消泡剂 0.2份;
B组分以质量份数计包括以下各组分:
非异氰酸酯聚脲固化剂 35份;
四乙烯五胺 30份;
聚酰胺 300# 12份;
异佛尔酮二胺 20份;
固化剂促进剂 3份。

1.一种非异氰酸酯聚脲型环氧固化剂的环氧防腐涂料,其特征在于,包括了A组分和B组分;
所述的A组分以质量份数计,包括以下组分:
环氧树脂 20~40份;
活性稀释剂 5~20份;
颜料 10~40份;
填料 10~30份;
分散剂 0.5~1份;
流平剂 0.1~0.5份;
消泡剂 0.2~0.5份;
所述的B组分以质量份数计,包括以下组分:
非异氰酸酯聚脲固化剂 10~40份;
脂肪族胺固化剂 10~40份;
聚酰胺固化剂 6~15份;
脂环族胺固化剂 20~30份;
固化剂促进剂 1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种非异氰酸酯聚脲型环氧固化剂的环氧防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述的环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂,优选为环氧树脂E42、环氧树脂E44、环氧树脂E51、环氧树脂E54中的其中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种非异氰酸酯聚脲型环氧固化剂的环氧防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述的活性稀释剂为缩水甘油醚类,优选为:烷基缩水甘油醚、苯基所述甘油醚、丙烯基所述甘油醚、乙二醇双缩水甘油醚中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种非异氰酸酯聚脲型环氧固化剂的环氧防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述的颜料为金红石型钛白粉、锐钛型钛白粉、炭黑、氧化铁红,氧化铁黄中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种非异氰酸酯聚脲型环氧固化剂的环氧防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述的填料为滑石粉、高岭土、硫酸钡、碳酸钙、云母粉中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种非异氰酸酯聚脲型环氧固化剂的环氧防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述的非异氰酸酯聚脲固化剂为自制的,优选分子量在700~1000的非异氰酸酯聚脲固化剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种非异氰酸酯聚脲型环氧固化剂的环氧防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述的脂肪胺固化剂为二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺、四乙烯五胺、二乙胺基丙胺、乙二胺中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种非异氰酸酯聚脲型环氧固化剂的环氧防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述的聚酰胺固化剂为聚酰胺651、聚酰胺300、聚酰胺V-115中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种非异氰酸酯聚脲型环氧固化剂的环氧防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述的脂环族胺固化剂为异佛尔酮二胺、MDA、N-氨乙基哌嗪、双(4-胺基环己基)甲烷中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
