技术领域
本发明涉及密封垫片技术领域,尤其涉及一种渗水高压管道用密封垫片。
背景技术
现有深水高压管道连接中,广泛使用密封垫片完成密封连接。但是在压力作用下,密封垫片易产生变形,然而当介质温度剧变时,特别是在温度升高的情况下,密封垫片的补偿能力较差,易发生泄漏,如何增加密封垫片的热稳定性,成为目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种渗水高压管道用密封垫片,耐热效果好,耐油效果显著。
本发明提出的一种渗水高压管道用密封垫片,其原料按重量份包括:天然橡胶100-130份,三元乙丙橡胶12-20份,丁苯橡胶4-16份,改性阿拉伯树胶2-8份,填料40-60份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-2份,硫化体系3-5.6份,三羟甲基甲胺2-2.8份,三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯0.1-0.4份,三烯丙基异氰尿酸酯0.2-0.8份,硬脂酸1-2份,氧化镁0.1-0.4份。
优选地,硫化体系包括过氧化二异丙苯、二硫化二苯并噻唑、N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺。
优选地,过氧化二异丙苯、二硫化二苯并噻唑、N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺的重量比为1-2:1-1.8:1-1.8.
优选地,所述填料为炭黑。
优选地,改性阿拉伯树胶采用如下工艺制备:将碳酸钙、阿拉伯树胶混合研磨,加入水搅拌,继续超声分散,喷雾干燥,得到改性阿拉伯树胶。
优选地,碳酸钙、阿拉伯树胶的重量比为15-25:20-40。
优选地,将碳酸钙、阿拉伯树胶混合研磨,混合研磨时间为10-20min,研磨速度为1200-1400r/min,研磨压力为0.12-0.18MPa。
优选地,加入水搅拌,搅拌温度70-80℃,搅拌时间为10-20min,搅拌速度为200-300r/min。
优选地,改性阿拉伯树胶采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将15-25份碳酸钙、20-40份阿拉伯树胶混合研磨10-20min,研磨速度为1200-1400r/min,研磨压力为0.12-0.18MPa,加入50-100份水,在温度70-80℃搅拌10-20min,搅拌速度为200-300r/min,继续超声分散5-15min,喷雾干燥,得到改性阿拉伯树胶。
本发明中,天然橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、丁苯橡胶复配为主料,通过加入三羟甲基甲胺可改善三者的极性,改善相容性,配合邻苯二甲酸二辛酯作用可显著改善胶料加工工艺性能,经过交联固化后可增加产品的耐热和耐油效果,其中采用过氧化二异丙苯、二硫化二苯并噻唑、N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺复配为硫化体系,可显著增加产品的硬度及耐撕裂性能。
在改性阿拉伯树胶中,阿拉伯树胶与碳酸钙在一定条件下研磨,在碳酸钙表面包覆阿拉伯树胶,经过成分分散后喷雾干燥,形成松软微球,分散与悬浮性好,与三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、三烯丙基异氰尿酸酯与硬脂酸复配,可增强上述组合物材料的分散性能,产品经过固化后对耐磨、曲挠龟裂、热氧老化具有较好的防护作用,另外可促使天然橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、丁苯橡胶在硫化体系中分布均匀且硫化同步,进而提高产品的交联密度与交联程度,制品耐热强度和耐油效果优异,且原料成本低,节约成本。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种渗水高压管道用密封垫片,其原料按重量份包括:天然橡胶130份,三元乙丙橡胶12份,丁苯橡胶16份,改性阿拉伯树胶2份,炭黑60份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1份,过氧化二异丙苯2份,二硫化二苯并噻唑1份,N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺1.8份,三羟甲基甲胺2份,三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯0.4份,三烯丙基异氰尿酸酯0.2份,硬脂酸2份,氧化镁0.1份。
改性阿拉伯树胶采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将25份碳酸钙、200份阿拉伯树胶混合研磨20min,研磨速度为1200r/min,研磨压力为0.18MPa,加入50份水,在温度80℃搅拌10min,搅拌速度为300r/min,继续超声分散5min,喷雾干燥,得到改性阿拉伯树胶。
实施例2
一种渗水高压管道用密封垫片,其原料按重量份包括:天然橡胶100份,三元乙丙橡胶20份,丁苯橡胶4份,改性阿拉伯树胶8份,炭黑40份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2份,过氧化二异丙苯1份,二硫化二苯并噻唑1.8份,N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺1份,三羟甲基甲胺2.8份,三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯0.1份,三烯丙基异氰尿酸酯0.8份,硬脂酸1份,氧化镁0.4份。
改性阿拉伯树胶采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将15份碳酸钙、40份阿拉伯树胶混合研磨10min,研磨速度为1400r/min,研磨压力为0.12MPa,加入100份水,在温度70℃搅拌20min,搅拌速度为200r/min,继续超声分散15min,喷雾干燥,得到改性阿拉伯树胶。
实施例3
一种渗水高压管道用密封垫片,其原料按重量份包括:天然橡胶120份,三元乙丙橡胶14份,丁苯橡胶6份,改性阿拉伯树胶4份,炭黑52份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1.4份,过氧化二异丙苯1.2份,二硫化二苯并噻唑1.6份,N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺1.2份,三羟甲基甲胺2.6份,三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯0.2份,三烯丙基异氰尿酸酯0.4份,硬脂酸1,4份,氧化镁0.2份。
改性阿拉伯树胶采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将17份碳酸钙、24份阿拉伯树胶混合研磨12min,研磨速度为1300r/min,研磨压力为0.14MPa,加入60份水,在温度76℃搅拌12min,搅拌速度为220/min,继续超声分散7min,喷雾干燥,得到改性阿拉伯树胶。
实施例4
一种渗水高压管道用密封垫片,其原料按重量份包括:天然橡胶124份,三元乙丙橡胶18份,丁苯橡胶12份,改性阿拉伯树胶6份,炭黑52份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1.6份,过氧化二异丙苯1.8份,二硫化二苯并噻唑1.4份,N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺1.6份,三羟甲基甲胺2.6份,三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯0.3份,三烯丙基异氰尿酸酯0.7份,硬脂酸1.8份,氧化镁0.3份。
改性阿拉伯树胶采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将21份碳酸钙、29份阿拉伯树胶混合研磨18min,研磨速度为1300r/min,研磨压力为0.16MPa,加入92份水,在温度78℃搅拌12min,搅拌速度为260r/min,继续超声分散12min,喷雾干燥,得到改性阿拉伯树胶。
将实施例4所述的渗水高压管道用密封垫片进行性能检测,测试结果如下:

1.一种渗水高压管道用密封垫片,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:天然橡胶100-130份,三元乙丙橡胶12-20份,丁苯橡胶4-16份,改性阿拉伯树胶2-8份,填料40-60份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-2份,硫化体系3-5.6份,三羟甲基甲胺2-2.8份,三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯0.1-0.4份,三烯丙基异氰尿酸酯0.2-0.8份,硬脂酸1-2份,氧化镁0.1-0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的渗水高压管道用密封垫片,其特征在于,硫化体系包括过氧化二异丙苯、二硫化二苯并噻唑、N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的渗水高压管道用密封垫片,其特征在于,过氧化二异丙苯、二硫化二苯并噻唑、N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺的重量比为1-2:1-1.8:1-1.8。
4.根据权利要求1所述的渗水高压管道用密封垫片,其特征在于,所述填料为炭黑。
5.根据权利要求1所述的渗水高压管道用密封垫片,其特征在于,改性阿拉伯树胶采用如下工艺制备:将碳酸钙、阿拉伯树胶混合研磨,加入水搅拌,继续超声分散,喷雾干燥,得到改性阿拉伯树胶。
6.根据权利要求5所述的渗水高压管道用密封垫片,其特征在于,碳酸钙、阿拉伯树胶的重量比为15-25:20-40。
7.根据权利要求5所述的渗水高压管道用密封垫片,其特征在于,将碳酸钙、阿拉伯树胶混合研磨,混合研磨时间为10-20min,研磨速度为1200-1400r/min,研磨压力为0.12-0.18MPa。
8.根据权利要求5所述的渗水高压管道用密封垫片,其特征在于,加入水搅拌,搅拌温度70-80℃,搅拌时间为10-20min,搅拌速度为200-300r/min。
