Abstract
本发明涉及一种防磨同步带,包括聚氨酯基层,所述聚氨酯基层内设有芯绳骨架,所述聚氨酯基层的表面设有耐磨聚氨酯层,所述耐磨聚氨酯层为有机硅改性聚氨酯弹性体,所述耐磨聚氨酯层的厚度为1~10mm;所述防磨同步带的制备步骤包括:先将聚氨酯和芯绳骨架通过挤出成型制备一体成型,获得聚氨酯基层;然后将耐磨聚氨酯层通过热熔贴合工艺黏贴聚氨酯基层表面。与现有技术相比,本发明具有同步带质量轻、抗冲击性能优、耐磨耐切割等优点,可广泛应用于传动输送行业。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及输送带制造技术领域,尤其是涉及一种防磨同步带。
背景技术
目前,包括传动、输送的物流、工业输送领域,同步带应用广泛,但物流输送带存在不耐磨,不耐穿刺等现象,同步带的使用寿命大大降低。特别是钢板输送领域,钢板的毛刺极容易刺伤、磨损同步带的表面,同步带表面刮伤,刺破现象频发发生,工厂不得不加大同步带的更换频率。这一现象极大降低了工厂生产效率,不适应现代工业发展的需要。
中国专利CN 207107621U公布了一种传输用聚氨酯同步带,包括带体,带体内设有骨架绳,带体的齿形面和齿背面均粘结设置有抗磨布,抗磨布表面设有特氟龙涂层,抗磨布通过粘结方式连接到齿形面和齿背面,然后将特氟龙喷涂到抗磨布表面,从而得到耐高温、高抗磨的同步带。但是特氟龙涂料具有不易粘合的特性,表面添加有特氟龙涂料的同步带需要配备专用的特氟龙涂料喷涂设备,制作工艺复杂,并且耐磨聚氨酯的拉伸强度以及冲击强度均优于特氟龙涂料。
通过在同步带表层热贴合高耐磨聚氨酯材料,制备出了可在钢板等加工行业适用的耐磨同步带,大大增加了耐磨同步带的使用寿命,提高工厂的生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种防磨同步带。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种防磨同步带,包括聚氨酯基层,所述聚氨酯基层内设有芯绳骨架,所述聚氨酯基层的表面设有耐磨聚氨酯层。
所述耐磨聚氨酯层为有机硅改性聚氨酯弹性体。
聚氨酯基层的材料为普通聚氨酯,即市售普通的未经改良处理的聚氨酯。
所述的耐磨聚氨酯层的厚度为1~10mm,耐磨层厚度越厚,耐磨性越好,优选为1~10mm。
所述的聚氨酯基层上设有齿形面和齿背面,所述齿形面上沿着所述同步带本体间隔形成若干个带齿。
所述的表面耐磨层设于所述齿背面。
所述的带齿为梯形齿或圆弧齿。
所述的芯绳骨架为钢丝绳芯或玻璃纤维绳芯,优选为钢丝绳芯。
所述聚氨酯基层和芯绳骨架通过挤出成型制备一体成型。
所述耐磨层通过热熔胶贴合的方式固定在所述聚氨酯基层上。
本发明各部分的作用为:
耐磨聚氨酯层:保护同步带表面,提高带子背面的耐磨性和耐刮刺性;
芯绳骨架:承载带子的纵向拉力;
齿形面:通过与带轮的啮合传递动力。
一种防磨同步带的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯和芯绳骨架通过挤出成型制备一体成型,获得聚氨酯基层;
(2)将耐磨聚氨酯层通过热熔贴合工艺黏贴在步骤(1)获得的聚氨酯基层表面。
与现有技术相比,本发明在同步带承载货物的输送面添加耐磨层,有效地阻隔了货物对同步带表面的刺穿、磨损伤害,增加了同步带的耐磨性;耐磨材料优选为耐磨聚氨酯材料,聚氨酯弹性体是一种内聚能较强的材料,耐磨性能优异,与天然橡胶相比,其抗磨性能可提高2~10倍之多。同时,它还具有较高的机械强度和撕裂强度,加之它所具备的优异的减震缓冲性能,使它具备了较好的“以柔克刚”的本领,使用耐磨聚氨酯材料为耐磨层,不仅提高了同步带表面的耐磨性,还增加了同步带表面抗撕裂的能力,提高了同步带的整体质量。同时,耐磨聚氨酯层通过热熔贴合的方式固定到同步带本体表面,热熔贴合步骤不需要热熔胶进行贴合,利用耐磨聚氨酯层本身的粘性直接贴合上去即可,因此简化了制备流程,制备方法简单并且二者粘结牢固,有效防止了耐磨聚氨酯层从同步带本体上剥离而造成耐磨效果下降或丧失,同时此工艺步骤简单,缩短了制备工艺流程,提高了生产效率。
本发明获得的防磨同步带具有质量轻、抗冲击性能优、耐磨耐切割等优点,可广泛应用于传动输送行业。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种防磨同步带,包括聚氨酯基层,聚氨酯基层内设有芳纶绳芯作为绳芯骨架,聚氨酯基层上设有齿形面和齿背面,齿形面上沿着同步带本体间隔形成若干个梯形带齿;聚氨酯基层的齿背面上设有耐磨聚氨酯层,作为表面耐磨层;其中,聚氨酯基层的厚度为7mm,耐磨聚氨酯层厚度为3mm,防磨同步带的表面邵氏硬度为95HA;聚氨酯基层采用市售的普通聚氨酯制得,耐磨聚氨酯层为有机硅改性聚氨酯弹性体。
本实施例防磨同步带的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯和芯绳骨架通过挤出成型制备一体成型,获得聚氨酯基层;
(2)将耐磨聚氨酯层通过热熔贴合工艺黏贴在步骤(1)获得的聚氨酯基层表面。
本发明通过在同步带表面添加耐磨聚氨酯层提高了同步带的防磨性能以及耐穿刺性能;通过热熔胶贴合工艺使耐磨聚氨酯层和聚氨酯基层之间贴合的更加牢固,有效防止在使用过程中耐磨层从同步带本体上剥离造成防磨效果的下降,具有质量轻、抗冲击性能优、耐磨耐切割等优点,可广泛应用于传动输送行业。
实施例2
一种防磨同步带,包括聚氨酯基层,聚氨酯基层内设有钢丝绳芯作为绳芯骨架,聚氨酯基层上设有齿形面和齿背面,齿形面上沿着同步带本体间隔形成若干个圆弧带齿;聚氨酯基层的齿背面上设有耐磨聚氨酯层,作为表面耐磨层;本实施例中聚氨酯基层的厚度为7mm,耐磨聚氨酯层厚度为1mm,防磨同步带的表面邵氏硬度为90HA。防磨同步带表面的台伯尔磨耗10万转磨耗量为4mg。
本实施例防磨同步带的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯和芯绳骨架通过挤出成型制备一体成型,获得聚氨酯基层;
(2)将耐磨聚氨酯层通过热熔贴合工艺黏贴在步骤(1)获得的聚氨酯基层表面。
实施例3
一种防磨同步带,包括聚氨酯基层,聚氨酯基层内设有玻璃纤维绳芯作为绳芯骨架,聚氨酯基层上设有齿形面和齿背面,齿形面上沿着同步带本体间隔形成若干个梯形带齿;聚氨酯基层的齿背面上设有耐磨聚氨酯层,作为表面耐磨层;本实施例中聚氨酯基层的厚度为7mm,耐磨聚氨酯层厚度为2mm,防磨同步带的表面邵氏硬度为95HA,防磨同步带表面的台伯尔磨耗10万转磨耗量为2mg。
本实施例防磨同步带的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯和芯绳骨架通过挤出成型制备一体成型,获得聚氨酯基层;
(2)将耐磨聚氨酯层通过热熔贴合工艺黏贴在步骤(1)获得的聚氨酯基层表面。
实施例4
一种防磨同步带,包括聚氨酯基层,聚氨酯基层内设有玻璃纤维绳芯作为绳芯骨架,聚氨酯基层上设有齿形面和齿背面,齿形面上沿着同步带本体间隔形成若干个梯形带齿;聚氨酯基层的齿背面上设有耐磨聚氨酯层,作为表面耐磨层;本实施例中聚氨酯基层的厚度为7mm,耐磨聚氨酯层厚度为10mm,防磨同步带的表面邵氏硬度为100HA,防磨同步带表面的台伯尔磨耗10万转磨耗量为2mg。
本实施例防磨同步带的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯和芯绳骨架通过挤出成型制备一体成型,获得聚氨酯基层;
(2)将耐磨聚氨酯层通过热熔贴合工艺黏贴在步骤(1)获得的聚氨酯基层表面。

1.一种防磨同步带,包括聚氨酯基层,所述聚氨酯基层内设有芯绳骨架,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯基层的表面设有耐磨聚氨酯层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防磨同步带,其特征在于,所述耐磨聚氨酯层为有机硅改性聚氨酯弹性体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种防磨同步带,其特征在于,所述的耐磨聚氨酯层的厚度为1~10mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防磨同步带,其特征在于,所述的聚氨酯基层上设有齿形面和齿背面,所述齿形面上沿着所述同步带本体间隔形成若干个带齿。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种防磨同步带,其特征在于,所述的耐磨聚氨酯层设于所述齿背面。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种防磨同步带,其特征在于,所述的带齿为梯形齿或圆弧齿。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防磨同步带,其特征在于,所述的芯绳骨架为钢丝绳芯或芳纶绳芯、玻璃纤维绳芯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防磨同步带,其特征在于,所述芯绳骨架为钢丝绳芯。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种防磨同步带的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯和芯绳骨架通过挤出成型制备一体成型,获得聚氨酯基层;
(2)将耐磨聚氨酯层通过热熔贴合工艺黏贴在步骤(1)获得的聚氨酯基层表面。
