本发明公开一种防水型家具板材生产工艺,包括以下步骤,a、选料;b、将中纤板整齐放置在一起,然后均匀涂抹上黄胶,在进行粘贴和涂胶的过冲中需要将粘贴好的中纤板厚度控制在12‑18cm;c、将涂完胶的中纤板均匀堆叠放置在压机上进行压制,压制后进行冷却,使得胶水凝固后取出;d、对压制成型的板材进行修边、打磨,去毛刺,进行防腐处理;e、防腐处理后,对板材进行包边、封装。本发明采用中纤板均匀涂抹上黄胶之后在压机上进行压制完成后的中纤板具有抗变形和不开裂的特性,因此在进行老板椅扶手的制作过程中更能保证形状的美观和耐用度,同时防水性能也非常好。

本发明属于家具板材加工技术领域,具体涉及一种防水型家具板材生产工艺。
背景技术
在目前的办公家具行业中,有很多都是采用钢铁材料或者一些塑料材料制作的设备来使用,因此在实木家具行业中很少有生产企业来制作木质办公家具,但是木质办公家具的前景同样非常广泛,尤其是在老板椅的生产制作过程中有些部件采用木质的比其它材质的更能体现产品的档次,因此所使用的板材就起着决定性的作用。
但是目前在同类的生产企业中,都是简单将中纤板进行堆叠和固定之后直接进行切割和加工,这样生产出来的产品尤其是老板椅扶手就非常容易变形、和开裂,同时防水效果也非常差,这样就影响了整个老板椅的质量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种防水型家具板材生产工艺,它不易变形、不易开裂、防水性较好。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种防水型家具板材生产工艺,包括以下步骤,
a、选料,选取密度为720、厚度分别为1.2㎝、1.5㎝和1.8㎝的中纤板和水性黄胶;
b、将中纤板整齐放置在一起,然后均匀涂抹上黄胶,在进行粘贴和涂胶的过冲中需要将粘贴好的中纤板厚度控制在12-18cm;
c、将涂完胶的中纤板均匀堆叠放置在压机上进行压制,压制后进行冷却,使得胶水凝固后取出;
d、对压制成型的板材进行修边、打磨,去毛刺,使得板材表面光滑,然后对板材进行防腐处理;
e、防腐处理后,对板材进行包边、封装。
作为优选,所述切割之前可以进行画线。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明采用中纤板均匀涂抹上黄胶之后在压机上进行压制完成后的中纤板具有抗变形和不开裂的特性,因此在进行老板椅扶手的制作过程中更能保证形状的美观和耐用度,同时防水性能也非常好。

实施例:一种防水型家具板材生产工艺,包括以下步骤,

a、选料,选取密度为720、厚度分别为1.2㎝、1.5㎝和1.8㎝的中纤板和水性黄胶;
b、将中纤板整齐放置在一起,然后均匀涂抹上黄胶,在进行粘贴和涂胶的过冲中需要将粘贴好的中纤板厚度控制在12-18cm;
c、将涂完胶的中纤板均匀堆叠放置在压机上进行压制,压制后进行冷却,使得胶水凝固后取出;
d、对压制成型的板材进行修边、打磨,去毛刺,使得板材表面光滑,然后对板材进行防腐处理;
e、防腐处理后,对板材进行包边、封装。
