Abstract

钢管自动清洗机,在清洗机上装有(4)气动装置与锯切机同步联动,带动棘轮棘爪机构(6)运动;固定杆(3)连接弹簧(2),靠弹簧伸缩控制棘轮棘爪机构(6),能够使清洗机有规律的转动;装有铁罩(8)能够挡住钢管的自动下滑;用水泵(9)高压喷淋待清洗钢管,清洗液可自动流回水槽;在清洗机上装有风机(10),可吹干清洗后的钢管。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动清洗装置,尤其是一种钢管铁屑自动清洗装置。
背景技术
目前钢管锯切后的铁屑大部分留在钢管的内壁和外壁上,直接影响钢管的再加工,极易产生废次品,传统的清除办法是靠人工清洗,然后用气枪吹干,费时费工,还清洗不干净,浪费水资源而且效率低,影响后续加工。因此,设计一种可以自动清洗的装置,是目前需要亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以自动清洗钢管锯切铁屑的装置。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:采用自动清洗机和钢管锯切机同步联动,用气动机构作为自动清洗的动力,带动自动清洗机有规律的运动,清洗机安装在水槽内,由支架固定,水槽内装有水泵,清洗液可循环利用,另外还配有吹干装置,清洗机安装固定时一定的倾斜角度,保证清洗完毕的钢管吹干后能够自动滑落,进入成品槽内。
作为本发明的创新优选方案是:
1、在清洗机上装有气动装置与锯切机同步联动,带动棘轮棘爪转动;
2、在清洗机上装有固定杆,连接弹簧和棘轮棘爪装置,靠弹簧伸缩控制棘轮棘爪装置,能够使清洗机有规律的转动;
3、在清洗机上装有铁罩,能够挡住钢管的自动下滑;
4、在清洗机水槽内装有水泵,高压喷淋待清洗钢管,清洗液可自动流回水槽;
5、在清洗机上装有风机,吹干清洗后的钢管;
本发明的原理:
首先,在清洗机上装有气动装置与锯切机同步联动,带动棘轮棘爪机构转动;固定杆连接弹簧,靠弹簧伸缩控制棘轮棘爪装置,能够使清洗机有规律的转动;装有铁罩能够挡住钢管的自动下滑;水泵高压喷淋待清洗钢管,清洗液可自动流回水槽;在清洗机上装有风机,吹干清洗后的钢管,清洗机转到没有铁罩阻挡的位置时,钢管可自动滑落,掉进成品箱内。
与现有技术相比,本发明占地面积小,工作连续,清洗质量高,降低生产成本,节约资源,提高工作效率。

如图所示,钢管自动清洗机,在清洗机上装有(4)气动装置与锯切机同步联动,带动棘轮棘爪机构(6)运动;固定杆(3)连接弹簧(2),靠弹簧伸缩控制棘轮棘爪机构(6),能够使清洗机有规律的转动;装有铁罩(8)能够挡住钢管的自动下滑;用水泵(9)高压喷淋待清洗钢管,清洗液可自动流回水槽;在清洗机上装有风机(10),可吹干清洗后的钢管。

Claims (5)

1.钢管铁屑自动清洗机,包括气动装置、固定杆、铁罩、水泵和风机,在清洗机上装有气动装置与锯切机同步联动,带动棘轮棘爪转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述,在清洗机上装有固定杆,连接弹簧和棘轮棘爪装置,靠弹簧伸缩控制棘轮棘爪装置,能够使清洗机有规律的转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述,在清洗机上装有铁罩,能够挡住钢管的自动下滑。
4.根据权利要求1所述,在清洗机水槽内装有水泵,高压喷淋待清洗钢管,清洗液可自动流回水槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述,在清洗机上装有风机,吹干清洗后的钢管。
