The pellet 5 is put into the containing basket 7 for cooling, after cooling, the containing basket 7 is lifted to a discharging position, the first material passing channel 62 is communicated with the second material passing channel 75, and then the pellet 5 in the containing basket 7 enters the hopper 61 through the first material passing channel 62 and the second material passing channel 75 to be collected. When the containment basket 7 is in the cooling position, the pellets 5 in the containment basket 7 cannot pass through the first material passing channel 62 due to the relative misalignment of the first material passing channel 62 and the second material passing channel 75.
When the containing basket 7 is in the discharging position, since the first material passing channel 62 is communicated with the second material passing channel 75, the pellets 5 stacked in the containing basket 7 can automatically roll towards the first material passing channel 62 and then enter the hopper 61. Compared with the method that the containing basket 7 is completely lifted out of the ice water containing barrel 6 and then the pill products 5 are poured out, the first material passing channel 62 and the second material passing channel 75 which are communicated when the material discharging position is set only need to lift the containing basket 7 to the material discharging position, the containing basket 7 does not need to be completely lifted out of the ice water containing barrel 6, the lifting stroke of the containing basket 7 can be reduced, and therefore the labor intensity of workers or the volume and the complexity of machinery can be reduced. Preferably, the cooling means may be used in conjunction with the brewing means, or may be used separately.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the discharge plate 3 is preferably rotatably connected to the wide side of the saucepan 1 by a rotating shaft 32. The outlet of the discharging plate 3 is overlapped on the containing basket 7; when the containing basket 7 is in the cooling position, the outlet position of the discharging plate 3 is lower than the rotating shaft 32 of the discharging plate 3; when the containing basket 7 is in the discharging position, the outlet position of the discharging plate 3 is higher than the rotating shaft 32 of the discharging plate 3. The cooked pellet product 5 slides down into the holding basket 7 through the discharging plate 3 to be cooled, and manual operation is not needed in the middle.
When the containing basket 7 is in the unloading position, the pill products 5 cannot enter the containing basket 7 through the discharging plate 3 because the outlet position of the discharging plate 3 is higher than the rotating shaft 32 of the discharging plate 3, and are blocked in the saucepan 1 by the discharging plate 3; thus, when the containing basket 7 is in the unloading state, the situation that the pill products 5 in the saucepan 1 directly enter the hopper 61 of the ice water containing barrel 6 and are not cooled by the ice water is avoided, the uniformity of the taste of the pill products 5 is ensured, and the quality of the pill products 5 is favorably improved.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 1, a limiting convex column 33 is integrally arranged on the discharging plate 3, an ear plate 34 is arranged on the saucepan 1, and an arc-shaped through groove 35 is arranged in the ear plate 34; the limiting convex column 33 slides in the arc-shaped through groove 35. The range of the rotation angle of the discharging plate 3 is limited by the arc-shaped through groove 35, so that the discharging plate 3 can be effectively supported when the cooling device moves away.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6 to 9, the containing basket 7 comprises a first side plate 71, a bottom plate 72, a second side plate 73 and a top plate 74, and the second material passing channel 75 is formed on the first side plate 71; an inlet 741 for introducing the pellet product 5 into the accommodating basket 7 is formed in the top plate 74; the first side plate 71 is hinged with a bottom plate 72, the bottom plate 72 is hinged with a second side plate 73, the second side plate 73 is hinged with a top plate 74, and the top plate 74 is hinged with the first side plate 71; the first side plate 71, the bottom plate 72, the second side plate 73 and the top plate 74 form a parallelogram structure; the edges of the two sides of the first side plate 71, the bottom plate 72, the second side plate 73 and the top plate 74 are respectively connected with a blocking net (not shown in the figure), and the two blocking nets, the first side plate 71, the second side plate 73 and the bottom plate 72 together enclose an empty accommodating space for preventing the leakage of the pill products 5; a drive mechanism is also connected to the top plate 74 and lifts the containment basket 7 to a discharge position and tilts the end of the bottom plate 72 remote from the first side plate 71 upwardly. Therefore, the first side plate 71, the bottom plate 72, the second side plate 73 and the top plate 74 form a parallelogram structure, under the driving of the mechanism, one end, away from the first side plate 71, of the bottom plate 72 of the containing basket 7 at the discharging position inclines upwards, the pellet products 5 in the containing basket 7 can roll to the second material passing channel 75 more easily under the action of the inclined bottom plate 72, the pellet products 5 in the containing basket 7 can be guaranteed to roll completely to the hopper 61 of the ice water containing barrel 6, the condition that the discharging is complete due to the intervention of workers is avoided, the use effect of the cooling device is improved, and the labor intensity of the workers is reduced.
As shown in fig. 5 to 11, the driving mechanism includes a driving rod 8, a holder 81, and a sliding groove 811, the driving rod 8 is fixedly connected to the top plate 74, the holder 81 is integrally formed with the ice water containing tub 6, and the sliding groove 811 is formed on the holder 81; the driving rod 8 abuts against the sliding groove 811.
A limiting convex block 82 is formed on the first side plate 71, a limiting sliding seat 83 is formed on the inner side wall of the ice water containing barrel 6, and the limiting convex block 82 is arranged in the limiting sliding seat 83 in a sliding mode. Preferably, the number of the limiting lugs 82 in the limiting slide seat 83 is at least 3; the limiting convex block 82 and the limiting slide seat 83 are used for ensuring that the distance between the second material passing channel 75 and the side wall of the ice water containing barrel 6 where the first material passing channel 62 is located is smaller than the diameter of the pill product 5. It is possible to avoid the pellets 5 from entering the gap between the first side plate 71 and the ice water containing tub 6. The limiting projection 82 and the limiting slide seat 83 enable the first side plate 71 to slide only in the vertical direction, and the action of lifting the first side plate 71 is completed in cooperation with the driving rod 8.
When the accommodating basket 7 needs to be switched from the cooling position to the discharging position, a worker breaks the driving rod 8 downwards, the driving rod 8 abuts against the sliding groove 811, and the driving rod 8 takes the sliding groove 811 as a pivot to form a lever, so that the top plate 74 is driven to move upwards, and the accommodating basket 7 is driven to move upwards. Because the actuating lever 8 with roof 74 fixed connection, actuating lever 8 can rotate certain angle when actuating lever 8 drives roof 74 upward movement, and roof 74 also rotates certain angle simultaneously, with first curb plate 71, bottom plate 72, second curb plate 73 and roof 74 form the parallelogram structure, the one end that first curb plate 71 was kept away from to bottom plate 72 can the tilt up. Thereby enabling the end of the bottom panel 72 remote from the first side panel 71 to be angled upwardly at the same time as the drive mechanism lifts the containment basket 7 to the discharge position to facilitate complete discharge of the pellets 5 within the containment basket 7. Preferably, the driving rod 8 is further formed with a driving handle 84; the driving lever 8 can be driven by the handle more easily and comfortably by the worker.
In order to limit the maximum angle between the top plate 74 and the first side plate 71 and avoid forming a dead point position, a propping and folding block 742 for limiting the rotation angle between the top plate 74 and the first side plate 71 is further formed on the top plate 74, as shown in fig. 10.
The abutting folding block 742 is matched with the driving rod 8, when the abutting folding block 742 abuts against and contacts with the first side plate 71, the angle between the top plate 74 and the first side plate 71 is the largest, so that the maximum rotating angle of the driving rod 8 can be limited, a worker only needs to drive the driving rod 8 until the driving rod 8 does not rotate, and the operation is simple.
Preferably, the boiling device comprises a saucepan 1, an electrothermal tube 2 and a discharge plate 3; the horizontal section of the saucepan 1 is rectangular, the electric heating tube 2 is arranged below the saucepan 1, and the discharge plate 3 is arranged on the wide edge of the saucepan 1; the boiling device also comprises a poking wheel which is arranged above the saucepan 1 and pokes the pill products 5 to the direction of the discharging plate 3, and the poking wheel is provided with blades 43 for poking the pill products 5. Further, the dial wheel is driven by a motor (not shown) through a transmission mechanism (not shown).
Preferably, said blades 43 are immersed in water to a maximum depth greater than the diameter of the pellet 5. The electric heating tube 2 heats the water in the saucepan 1 to 80-90 ℃, when in use, the pill product 5 is thrown from one side far away from the discharge plate 3, and the pill product 5 can sink into the water because the pill product 5 is in an incomplete cooked state; along with the heating, the pill products 5 can float upwards gradually, and after the pill products 5 are well cooked, the pill products can float to the water surface 12 and are collected to the discharge plate 3 through the poking wheel.
Preferably, the length of the saucepan 1 and the rotating speed of the poking wheel are adjusted, so that the time of the pill products 5 in the saucepan 1 is 10-20 minutes.
Preferably, the poking wheels comprise a discharging poking wheel 41 and a plurality of transmission poking wheels 42, the blades 43 of the discharging poking wheel 41 poke the pill products 5 to the discharging plate 3, and the transmission poking wheels 42 are arranged at intervals and poke the pill products 5 to the discharging poking wheel 41. Therefore, the pill products 5 floating on the water surface 12 are gradually conveyed to the discharging poking wheel 41 by the conveying poking wheel 42 and then are poked out of the pill products 5 by the discharging poking wheel 41, so that automatic collection is realized. Compared with the traditional manual fishing of the pill products 5, the automatic discharging of the cooked pill products 5 is realized through the matching of the transmission poking wheel 42 and the discharging poking wheel 41, and the automatic and efficient production is realized. Furthermore, the discharging toggle wheel 41 and the transmission toggle wheel 42 can be driven by a single motor and a transmission mechanism, and each discharging toggle wheel 41 and each transmission toggle wheel 42 can be driven by a motor.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 to 4 and 12, a buffer platform 11 is disposed between the discharging dial wheel 41 and the discharging plate 3, and the buffer platform 11 includes a horizontal section 111 and an inclined section 112; the inclined section 112 is connected with the horizontal section 111 and is connected with the wide side of the saucepan 1 where the discharging plate 3 is positioned; the distance between the horizontal section 111 and the water surface 12 is larger than the maximum depth of the blades 43 of the discharging poking wheel 41 immersed in the water; and the distance between the horizontal section 111 and the water surface 12 is less than the sum of the maximum depth of the blades 43 of the discharging poking wheel 41 immersed in the water and the diameter of the pellet 5. Therefore, the pill products 5 are gradually conveyed into the buffering platform 11 by the discharging poking wheel 41, the pill products 5 in the buffering platform 11 are continuously increased, the pill products 5 are mutually extruded, and the pill products 5 on the inclined section 112 are gradually extruded to the discharging plate 3 for collection. Furthermore, the side walls of the saucepan 1 on both sides of the buffer platform 11 are heightened in order to ensure that the pellets 5 on the buffer platform 11 do not slide off from both sides.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, an inclined surface 113 is arranged below the buffering platform 11; the inclined surface 113 can prevent the pill products 5 below the buffering platform 11 from being prevented from floating upwards due to the blocking of the buffering platform 11 when floating upwards; due to the provision of the inclined surface 113, the pellet 5 can follow the inclined surface 113 to the water surface 12.
Preferably, a plurality of water permeable holes 31 are arranged on the discharging plate 3. Part of water is taken out when the pill products 5 are conveyed from the saucepan 1 to the discharging plate 3; by providing water permeable holes 31, water will leak out of the water permeable holes 31, avoiding that too much water will enter the next step along with the pellet 5.

Claims (6)
1. A preparation method for preparing a pill product by using a centrifugal separation technology is characterized by comprising the following process steps:
a. preparing soybean protein isolate: extracting, centrifugally separating, acid precipitating, secondarily separating, neutralizing and drying the degreased soybean meal to obtain soybean protein isolate;
b. selecting materials: selecting pig hind leg lean meat and pig back fat meat which are preserved at-18 ℃ in a freezing way;
c. unfreezing: unfreezing lean meat and fat meat of a back leg of a pig at 0-10 ℃;
d. mincing meat: placing the thawed pork back leg lean meat and the pork back fat meat into a meat grinder for grinding finely;
e. pulping: adding the finely ground lean pork on the hind legs and fat meat on the back of the pig into a beating barrel, stirring for 3 minutes, stopping the machine, sequentially adding corn starch, phosphate, seasonings and soybean protein isolate, and continuously mixing for 2 minutes;
f. pickling: pickling at 0-5 deg.C for 10 hr;
g. shaping: shaping the pill product by a shaping machine, and then putting the pill product into water at the temperature of 50-55 ℃ for 10-20 minutes;
h. cooking;
i. and (3) cooling: quickly putting the boiled pill products into ice water for cooling, then fishing out the pill products, controlling the moisture, sending the pill products into a quick freezer at the temperature of minus 35 ℃ for cooling until the central temperature is lower than minus 18 ℃;
j. packaging: packaging with a vacuum packaging bag;
the cooling step is realized by adopting a cooling device; the cooling device comprises an ice water containing barrel, and ice water is arranged in the ice water containing barrel; a first material passing channel for the pellet products to pass through is arranged on the side wall of the ice water containing barrel, and a hopper is formed below the first material passing channel; a containing basket is arranged in the ice water containing barrel, and a second material passing channel is arranged on the side wall of the containing basket opposite to the first material passing channel; the distance between the second material passing channel and the side wall of the ice water containing barrel where the first material passing channel is located is smaller than the diameter of the pellet product; the accommodating basket is provided with a cooling position and a discharging position, when the accommodating basket is at the cooling position, the first material passing channel and the second material passing channel are staggered relatively, and the position of the second material passing channel is lower than that of the first material passing channel; when the containing basket is positioned at a discharging position, the first material passing channel is communicated with the second material passing channel;
the containing basket comprises a first side plate, a bottom plate, a second side plate and a top plate, and the second material passing channel is formed in the first side plate; the top plate is provided with a throwing port for throwing the pill products into the containing basket; the first side plate is hinged with the bottom plate, the bottom plate is hinged with the second side plate, the second side plate is hinged with the top plate, and the top plate is hinged with the first side plate; the first side plate, the bottom plate, the second side plate and the top plate form a parallelogram structure; the edges of the two sides of the first side plate, the bottom plate, the second side plate and the top plate are respectively connected with blocking nets, and the two blocking nets, the first side plate, the second side plate and the bottom plate jointly enclose an empty containing space for preventing the pill products from leaking out; the top plate is further connected with a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism lifts the containing basket to the discharging position and enables one end, far away from the first side plate, of the bottom plate to incline upwards.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the drying step in the step of preparing the soy protein isolate is performed using a spray dryer.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the grinding step comprises grinding the ham to obtain a ham-pork product with a 4mm diameter perforated plate and grinding the fat to obtain a ham-pork product with a 3mm diameter perforated plate.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the cooking step comprises: and (3) putting the shaped pill product into water at the temperature of 80-90 ℃ for 10-20 minutes.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a driving rod, a support and a sliding groove, the driving rod is fixedly connected with the top plate, the support is integrally formed with the ice water containing barrel, and the sliding groove is formed on the support; the driving rod is propped against the inside of the sliding groove; a limiting convex block is formed on the first side plate, a limiting sliding seat is formed on the inner side wall of the ice water containing barrel, and the limiting convex block is arranged in the limiting sliding seat in a sliding mode.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the top plate further comprises a stop flap for limiting the angle of rotation between the top plate and the first side plate.
