The inlet 608 end of the cooling machine is further provided with an exhaust fan 602 in the cooling machine body 603, hot air in the cooling machine body 603 is exhausted by the exhaust fan 602, and cold air is sucked from the outlet 606 of the cooling machine, so that the conveying direction of the fish tofu in the cooling machine body 603 is opposite to the flowing direction of the air flow, and the cooling effect of the fish tofu is facilitated.

One or more sterilization kettles 704 can be provided, a kettle cover 702 is provided at one end of the sterilization kettle 704, when the pressure and temperature in the kettle are reduced, the kettle cover 702 is opened, the sterilized fish tofu can be taken out, and the unsterilized fish tofu can be put into the kettle. The bottom of the sterilizing kettle 704 is also provided with a purified water emptying mechanism 703, and the purified water emptying mechanism 703 can empty the purified water in the kettle. The upper part of the sterilizing kettle 704 is also provided with a pressure detector 708, and the pressure detector 708 can detect the pressure in the kettle. The temperature and pressure control mechanism 701 is arranged at the upper part of the sterilization kettle 704, and the temperature and pressure control mechanism 708 can regulate and control the temperature and pressure in the kettle and prevent the over-pressure and over-temperature of the temperature in the kettle.
The heat storage tank 705 is favorable for utilizing heat energy of the sterilization kettle 704, after sterilization of fish tofu in the sterilization kettle 704 is completed, high-temperature purified water in the sterilization kettle 704 can be conveyed into the heat storage tank 705 through the pump 710, so that the temperature of the sterilization kettle 704 is rapidly reduced on the one hand, when high-temperature sterilization is performed for the second time on the other hand, the high-temperature purified water stored in the heat storage tank 705 is conveyed to the sterilization kettle 704 through the pump 710 for heating and sterilization, the high-temperature purified water of the heat storage tank 705 circulates like this, namely, water consumption of a fish tofu production line is reduced, heating and cooling energy consumption of the sterilization kettle 704 is also reduced, production cost of the fish tofu production line is reduced, and production efficiency of the fish tofu is also improved.
(10) Cleaning and drying device
The fish tofu after high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization is conveyed to a cleaning and drying device through a belt type conveying mechanism to be cleaned and dried, the cleaning and drying device comprises a cleaning machine and a drying machine, the cleaning machine cleans oil stains on the fish tofu packaging bags in a soaking mode, and the drying machine dries water of the cleaned fish tofu packaging bags through hot air.
