Abstract
一种液晶显示器装置,包括:上盖玻璃;液晶显示器模块,位于所述上盖玻璃下方;以及背光模块,位于所述液晶显示器模块下方,包括发光源、导光板、反射片、扩散片、菱镜片、反射式增亮片、以及胶框。沿着所述上盖玻璃的下方至所述胶框上表面的上方之间的液晶显示器模块的两侧边,包括胶框上表面的部分面积涂覆有不透光可塑性粘合剂。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种用以解决发生漏光现象的液晶显示器装置。
【背景技术】
液晶显示器装置包括由玻璃基板和其他构件叠成的液晶显示器屏幕,液晶显示器屏幕的上下方分别叠有上偏光片和下偏光片,由数个层次构成的光学膜片通过胶片与下偏光片粘接,光学膜片的另一面依次叠有导光板和反射片。上述结构的四周设有胶框,胶框延伸至光学膜片和反射片之间,并且与反射片粘接。上述光学膜片、导光板、反射片以及胶框等构件构成背光源。
习知的液晶显示器装置通常会有光从胶框与装置中框之间的空间漏出,通过装置中框的侧壁反射,从视窗区出来而造成漏光。因此,不能有很好的视觉效果。特别是当影像必须以全黑显示时,漏光的问题会更加明显。
为防止上述漏光问题而影响显示效果,习知手段有通过在构件间黏贴黑双面胶。然而,现今为实现窄边框,甚至极窄边框的显示装置,因机构空间、工艺等限制,已经无法通过常规的贴黑双面胶手段来解决漏光问题。此外,由于黑双面胶是由人工组装黏贴在胶框上,若存在一组装间隙,光仍会从此间隙泄漏出来,使得仍然存在漏光的问题。为了改善漏光的问题,习知技术有提出将胶框结构做成黑色,以黑色胶框的吸光性来解决背光模块周边漏光的问题,但黑色胶框会从侧边吸收导光区边缘的一部分光源,导致背光模块发出来的光亮度偏低,造成发光效率不佳。黑色胶框虽然有效解决来自黑色胶框侧边的漏光问题,却产生背光模块发光效率较低的另一个问题,因此仍然不是解决来自黑色胶框侧边漏光问题的好方法。
如图1所示,为习知的液晶显示器装置,自发光源41发射的光线1从胶框47的侧边透射部分出来,透射出来的光线1通过手机中框10的侧壁反射而经过模块玻璃21的视窗区到手机表面,从侧面进入人眼,造成不良视觉感受。
【发明内容】
为解决上述液晶显示器装置的漏光问题,本发明提一种液晶显示器装置,包括:上盖玻璃;液晶显示器模块,位于所述上盖玻璃下方;背光模块,位于所述液晶显示器模块下方,包括发光源、导光板、光学膜片、以及胶框;其中,沿着所述上盖玻璃的下方至所述胶框上表面的上方之间的液晶显示器模块的两侧边,包括胶框上表面的部分面积涂覆有不透光可塑性粘合剂。
较佳地,所述发光源为冷阴极荧光灯管(cold cathode fluorescent lamp,CCFL)或发光二极管(light-emitting diode,LED)或有机发光二极管(organic light-emittingdiode,OLED)。
较佳地,所述光学膜片包括反射片、扩散片、菱镜片、以及反射式增亮片。
较佳地,所述液晶显示器模块包括玻璃基板、上偏光片和下偏光片。
较佳地,所述液晶显示器装置进一步包括有光学透明胶位在所述上偏光板和所述触控模块之间,和口字胶位在所述下偏光板和所述背光模块之间,所述光学透明胶和所述口字胶的两侧边涂覆有所述不透光可塑性粘合剂。
较佳地,所述可塑性粘合剂为热熔胶或光敏胶。
较佳地,所述可塑性粘合剂为黑色。
较佳地,所述可塑性粘合剂以点胶手段实施,所述点胶手段以配备有喷射阀的点胶器实施。
较佳地,所述喷射阀为压电式喷射阀或气动式喷射阀。
较佳地,所述可塑性粘合剂涂覆的厚度为0.1-0.5毫米(mm)之间。

【具体实施方式】
以下实施例的说明是参考附加的图示,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如[上]、[下]、[前]、[后]、[左]、[右]、[内]、[外]、[侧面]等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。
以下将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
请参考图3,为本发明较佳实施例的液晶显示器装置,包括:触控模块200,包括一模块玻璃201、液晶显示器模块300,包括玻璃基板304,上偏光片301和下偏光片302,位于触控模块200下方、背光模块400,位于液晶显示器模块300下方,包括发光源401、反射片402、导光板403、扩散片404、菱镜片405、以及反射式增亮片406、以及胶框407,其中沿着所述触控模块200的下方至所述胶框407上表面的上方之间的液晶显示器模块300的两侧边(左侧未示出),包括触控模块200下方的光学透明胶299的两侧边和口字胶303的两侧边以及胶框407上表面的部分面积涂覆有不透光的可塑性粘合剂500。
于本发明较佳实施例所述发光源401为冷阴极荧光灯管或可替代地为发光二极管或可替代地为有机发光二极管。所述胶框407以模具注塑成型制造。所述不透光的可塑性粘合剂500为黑色的热熔胶或可替代地为黑色的光敏胶。
如图2所示,所述可塑性粘合剂500以配备有高精密喷射阀52的点胶器54,沿着所述触控模块200的下方至所述胶框407上表面的上方之间的液晶显示器模块300的两侧边,包括触控模块200下方的光学透明胶299的两侧边和口字胶303的两侧边以及胶框407上表面的部分面积以点胶方式实施涂覆。
所述喷射阀52为压电式喷射阀或可替代地为气动式喷射阀。
所述可塑性粘合剂500的点胶厚度为0.1-0.5毫米(mm)之间。
如图3所示,为根据本发明较佳实施例所述的涂覆有黑色的可塑性粘合剂500的液晶显示器装置,由于黑色的不透光可塑性粘合剂500对光线有吸收作用,可以有效阻隔来自胶框407所泄漏,并通过手机中框120反射的光线11,因此有效解决来自背光模块400的发光源401的光线11所产生的漏光问题。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本申请,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本申请的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本申请的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种液晶显示器装置,其特征在于,包括:
上盖玻璃;
液晶显示器模块,位于所述上盖玻璃下方;
背光模块,位于所述液晶显示器模块下方,包括发光源、导光板、光学膜片、以及胶框;
其中,沿着所述上盖玻璃的下方至所述胶框上表面的上方之间的液晶显示器模块的两侧边,包括胶框上表面的部分面积涂覆有不透光可塑性粘合剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器装置,其特征在于,所述发光源为冷阴极荧光灯管或发光二极管或有机发光二极管。
3.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器装置,其特征在于,所述光学膜片包括反射片、扩散片、菱镜片、以及反射式增亮片。
4.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器装置,其特征在于,所述液晶显示器模块包括玻璃基板、上偏光片和下偏光片。
5.如权利要求4所述的液晶显示器装置,其特征在于,进一步包括有光学透明胶位在所述上偏光板和所述触控模块之间,和口字胶位在所述下偏光板和所述背光模块之间,所述光学透明胶和所述口字胶的两侧边涂覆有所述不透光可塑性粘合剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器装置,其特征在于,所述可塑性粘合剂为热熔胶或光敏胶。
7.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器装置,其特征在于,所述可塑性粘合剂为黑色。
8.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器装置,其特征在于,所述可塑性粘合剂以点胶手段实施,所述点胶手段以配备有喷射阀的点胶器实施。
9.如权利要求8述的液晶显示器装置,其特征在于,所述喷射阀为压电式喷射阀或气动式喷射阀。
10.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器装置,其特征在于,所述可塑性粘合剂涂覆的厚度为0.1-0.5毫米(mm)之间。
