Description

液晶顯示裝置
本發明涉及顯示技術領域,尤其涉及一種液晶顯示裝置。
液晶顯示裝置,一般包括層疊設置的顯示模組和背光模組。然,目前背光模組和顯示模組結合工藝,存在背光模組的光線會從背光模組與顯示模組結合的區域洩漏的問題。
本發明提供一種液晶顯示裝置,包括背光模組、顯示模組以及攝像頭,所述液晶顯示裝置定義有用於顯示圖像的顯示區和被所述顯示區圍繞用於使外界光線射入所述攝像頭的透光區,所述顯示模組位於所述背光模組的出光側,所述背光模組對應所述透光區設置有貫穿所述背光模組的安裝孔,所述攝像頭設置在所述安裝孔內,所述液晶顯示裝置還包括位於所述顯示模組和所述背光模組的結合處的黑色泡棉,所述黑色泡棉延伸為環狀以圍繞所述安裝孔。
該液晶顯示裝置中,黑色泡棉具有吸光性,可以阻絕背光模組的光線從顯示模組和背光模組結合的區域的洩露,改善漏光問題。

如圖1和圖2所示,本發明一實施例的液晶顯示裝置100定義有顯示區101、圍繞顯示區101的邊框區102以及被顯示區101圍繞用於使外界光線射入攝像頭的鏡頭的透光區103。本實施例中,透光區103為圓形,透光區103位於顯示區101的沿其寬度方向的中間位置。於其他實施例中,透光區103亦可以為其他形狀,透光區103亦可以位於顯示區101的其他位置。
如圖3和圖4所示,液晶顯示裝置100包括依次層疊設置的顯示模組10和背光模組20。顯示模組10位於背光模組20的出光側。顯示模組10包括相對設置的陣列基板12和彩色濾光片基板11,陣列基板12和彩色濾光片基板11之間設置有液晶層(圖未示)。彩色濾光片基板11可包括透明的第一基底(圖未示)、設置在第一基底靠近液晶層一側的黑矩陣(圖未示)、濾光層(圖未示)和保護層(圖未示)等。陣列基板12可包括透明的第二基底(圖未示)、設置在第二基底靠近液晶層一側的薄膜電晶體層(圖未示)。薄膜電晶體層例如包括柵極層、柵絕緣層、有源層和源汲極層等。顯示區101中還設置有圖元電極(圖未示)和公共電極(圖未示)。本實施例中,圖元電極和公共電極位 於顯示區101中除去透光區103之外的區域,用於在透光區103之外的區域產生顯示用電場,驅動液晶層中的液晶分子轉動進行畫面顯示。
背光模組20為側入式背光源,其亦可以為直下式背光源。背光模組20包括光源(圖未示)、光學膜片組22以及背板23(例如金屬材質)。光學膜片組22包括沿遠離顯示模組10的方向依次層疊設置的增亮膜221、擴散片222、導光板223、反射片224。背光模組20對應透光區103設置有貫穿該背光模組20的安裝孔24。安裝孔24為圓形,安裝孔24的尺寸大於或大致等於透光區103的尺寸。攝像頭(圖未示)設置在安裝孔24內。背板23彎折向液晶顯示裝置100的厚度方向延伸直至抵持到陣列基板12遠離彩色濾光片基板11的表面,從而形成安裝孔24的內孔壁。由於攝像頭對應顯示區101設置,和現有技術中將攝像頭設置在顯示區之外的方式相比,提高了液晶顯示裝置100的屏占比。
如圖3和圖4所示,液晶顯示裝置100還包括蓋板60、第一偏光片30和第二偏光片40。第一偏光片30設置在彩色濾光片基板11遠離陣列基板12的一側。蓋板60設置在第一偏光片30遠離彩色濾光片基板11的一側。第二偏光片40設置在陣列基板12遠離彩色濾光片基板11的一側,結合在背光模組20的增亮膜221上。第一偏光片30和第二偏光片40的透光軸的方向相互垂直。第一偏光片30上與透光區103對應的位置設置有第一通光孔32。第二偏光片40上與透光區103對應的位置設置有第二通光孔42。藉此設置,使得第一偏光片30和第二偏光片40不遮蔽安裝孔24。另,蓋板60與第一偏光片30之間可藉由透明光學膠進行貼合。透明光學膠可僅位於第一偏光片30和蓋板60接觸的表面之間。於另一實施例中,透明光學膠在貼合蓋板60與第一偏光片30之後,亦可填充於第一通光孔32內。
背光模組20與顯示模組10的結合處,即,背板23和陣列基板12之間結合處設置有黑色泡棉50。黑色泡棉50延伸為環狀以圍繞安裝孔24。黑色泡棉50的相對兩側可分別藉由雙面膠70貼附於背板23和陣列基板12上。於一實施例中,該黑色泡棉50的厚度未被壓縮時大致為0.3毫米,其被壓縮後大致為0.2毫米。於其他實施例中,可根據實際需要選擇該黑色泡棉50的厚度、可壓縮性等參數。
本實施例中,該黑色泡棉50具有吸光性,可以阻絕背光模組20的光線從顯示模組10和背光模組20結合的區域的洩露,改善漏光問題。另,當該顯示模組10和背光模組20組裝後,進行機械信賴性測試時,該黑色泡棉50可有效起到緩衝作用,避免在此過程中,受外力而分離或者是使陣列基板12包括的第二基底(其材質為玻璃)破裂失效。此外,黑色泡棉50還具有以下優點:黑色泡棉50外型與精度相對穩定,可控性高,製程中只需確保黑色泡棉50貼附位置精度,易掌握;還可吸收部份材料間的尺寸差異;成本低等。

  1. 一種液晶顯示裝置,包括背光模組、顯示模組以及攝像頭,其改良在於,所述液晶顯示裝置定義有用於顯示圖像的顯示區和被所述顯示區圍繞用於使外界光線射入所述攝像頭的透光區,所述顯示模組位於所述背光模組的出光側,所述背光模組對應所述透光區設置有貫穿所述背光模組的安裝孔,所述攝像頭設置在所述安裝孔內,所述液晶顯示裝置還包括位於所述顯示模組和所述背光模組的結合處的黑色泡棉,所述黑色泡棉延伸為環狀以圍繞所述安裝孔;其中,所述背光模組包括背板,所述背板包括沿所述液晶顯示裝置的厚度方向延伸以形成所述安裝孔的孔壁;所述顯示模組包括位於靠近所述背光模組的一側的陣列基板,所述黑色泡棉位於所述背板和所述陣列基板之間;所述顯示模組還包括位於所述陣列基板遠離所述背光模組的一側的彩色濾光片基板以及位於所述陣列基板和所述彩色濾光片基板之間的液晶層;所述液晶顯示裝置還包括位於所述彩色濾光片基板遠離所述陣列基板的一側的第一偏光片以及位於所述陣列基板遠離所述彩色濾光片基板的一側的第二偏光片,所述第一偏光片和所述第二偏光片的透光軸的方向相互垂直,所述第一偏光片與所述透光區對應的位置設置有第一通光孔,所述第二偏光片與所述透光區對應的位置設置有第二通光孔。
  2. 如請求項1所述的液晶顯示裝置,其中,所述黑色泡棉的相對兩側分別藉由雙面膠貼附於所述背板和所述陣列基板上。
  3. 如請求項1所述的液晶顯示裝置,其中,所述彩色濾光片基板包括透明的第一基底以及設置在所述第一基底靠近所述液晶層一側的黑矩陣和濾光層。

  6. 如請求項5所述的液晶顯示裝置,其中,所述蓋板與所述第一偏光片之間藉由透明光學膠進行貼合。
