本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示装置,一般包括层叠设置的显示模组和背光模组。然而,目前背光模组和显示模组结合工艺,存在背光模组的光线会从背光模组与显示模组结合的区域泄漏的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种液晶显示装置,包括背光模组、显示模组以及摄像头,所述液晶显示装置定义有用于显示图像的显示区和被所述显示区围绕用于使外界光线射入所述摄像头的透光区,所述显示模组位于所述背光模组的出光侧,所述背光模组对应所述透光区设置有贯穿所述背光模组的安装孔,所述摄像头设置在所述安装孔内,所述液晶显示装置还包括位于所述显示模组和所述背光模组的结合处的黑色泡棉,所述黑色泡棉延伸为环状以围绕所述安装孔。
该液晶显示装置中,黑色泡棉具有吸光性,可以阻绝背光模组的光线从显示模组和背光模组结合的区域的泄露,改善漏光问题。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本发明一实施例的液晶显示装置100定义有显示区101、围绕显示区101的边框区102以及被显示区101围绕用于使外界光线射入摄像头的镜头的透光区103。本实施例中,透光区103为圆形,透光区103位于显示区101的沿其宽度方向的中间位置。于其他实施例中,透光区103也可以为其他形状,透光区103也可以位于显示区101的其他位置。
如图3和图4所示,液晶显示装置100包括依次层叠设置的显示模组10和背光模组20。显示模组10位于背光模组20的出光侧。显示模组10包括相对设置的阵列基板12和彩色滤光片基板11,阵列基板12和彩色滤光片基板11之间设置有液晶层(图未示)。彩色滤光片基板11可包括透明的第一基底(图未示)、设置在第一基底靠近液晶层一侧的黑矩阵(图未示)、滤光层(图未示)和保护层(图未示)等。阵列基板12可包括透明的第二基底(图未示)、设置在第二基底靠近液晶层一侧的薄膜晶体管层(图未示)。薄膜晶体管层例如包括栅极层、栅绝缘层、有源层和源漏极层等。显示区101中还设置有像素电极(图未示)和公共电极(图未示)。本实施例中,像素电极和公共电极位于显示区101中除去透光区103之外的区域,用于在透光区103之外的区域产生显示用电场,驱动液晶层中的液晶分子转动进行画面显示。
背光模组20为侧入式背光源,其也可以为直下式背光源。背光模组20包括光源(图未示)、光学膜片组22以及背板23(例如金属材质)。光学膜片组22包括沿远离显示模组10的方向依次层叠设置的增亮膜221、扩散片222、导光板223、反射片224。背光模组20对应透光区103设置有贯穿该背光模组20的安装孔24。安装孔24为圆形,安装孔24的尺寸大于或大致等于透光区103的尺寸。摄像头(图未示)设置在安装孔24内。背板23弯折向液晶显示装置100的厚度方向延伸直至抵持到阵列基板12远离彩色滤光片基板11的表面,从而形成安装孔24的内孔壁。由于摄像头对应显示区101设置,和现有技术中将摄像头设置在显示区之外的方式相比,提高了液晶显示装置100的屏占比。
如图3和图4所示,液晶显示装置100还包括盖板60、第一偏光片30和第二偏光片40。第一偏光片30设置在彩色滤光片基板11远离阵列基板12的一侧。盖板60设置在第一偏光片30远离彩色滤光片基板11的一侧。第二偏光片40设置在阵列基板12远离彩色滤光片基板11的一侧,结合在背光模组20的增亮膜221上。第一偏光片30和第二偏光片40的透光轴的方向相互垂直。第一偏光片30上与透光区103对应的位置设置有第一通光孔32。第二偏光片40上与透光区103对应的位置设置有第二通光孔42。如此设置,使得第一偏光片30和第二偏光片40不遮蔽安装孔24。另外,盖板60与第一偏光片30之间可通过透明光学胶进行贴合。透明光学胶可仅位于第一偏光片30和盖板60接触的表面之间。于另一实施例中,透明光学胶再贴合盖板60与第一偏光片30之后,也可填充于第一通光孔32内。
背光模组20与显示模组10的结合处,即,背板23和阵列基板12之间结合处设置有黑色泡棉50。黑色泡棉50延伸为环状以围绕安装孔24。黑色泡棉50的相对两侧可分别通过双面胶70贴附于背板23和阵列基板12上。于一实施例中,该黑色泡棉50的厚度未被压缩时大致为0.3毫米,其被压缩后大致为0.2毫米。于其他一实施例中,可根据实际需要选择该黑色泡棉50的厚度、可压缩性等参数。
本实施例中,该黑色泡棉50具有吸光性,可以阻绝背光模组20的光线从显示模组10和背光模组20结合的区域的泄露,改善漏光问题。另外,当该显示模组10和背光模组20组装后,进行机械信赖性测试时,该黑色泡棉50可有效起到缓冲作用,避免在此过程中,受外力而分离或者是使阵列基板12包括的第二基底(其材质为玻璃)破裂失效。此外,黑色泡棉50还具有以下优点:黑色泡棉50外型与精度相对稳定,可控性高,制程中只需确保黑色泡棉50贴附位置精度,易掌握;还可吸收部份材料间的尺寸差异;成本低等。

1.一种液晶显示装置,包括背光模组、显示模组以及摄像头,其特征在于,所述液晶显示装置定义有用于显示图像的显示区和被所述显示区围绕用于使外界光线射入所述摄像头的透光区,所述显示模组位于所述背光模组的出光侧,所述背光模组对应所述透光区设置有贯穿所述背光模组的安装孔,所述摄像头设置在所述安装孔内,所述液晶显示装置还包括位于所述显示模组和所述背光模组的结合处的黑色泡棉,所述黑色泡棉延伸为环状以围绕所述安装孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述背光模组包括背板,所述背板包括沿所述液晶显示装置的厚度方向延伸以形成所述安装孔的孔壁。
3.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括光学膜片组,所述光学膜片组包括沿远离所述显示模组的方向依次层叠设置的增亮膜、扩散片、导光板和反射片。
4.如权利要求3所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示模组包括位于靠近所述背光模组的一侧的阵列基板、位于所述阵列基板远离所述背光模组的一侧的彩色滤光片基板以及位于所述阵列基板和所述彩色滤光片基板之间的液晶层,所述黑色泡棉位于所述背板和所述阵列基板之间。
5.如权利要求4所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述黑色泡棉的相对两侧分别通过双面胶贴附于所述背板和所述阵列基板上。
6.如权利要求5所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述彩色滤光片基板包括透明的第一基底以及设置在所述第一基底靠近所述液晶层一侧的黑矩阵和滤光层。
7.如权利要求6所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述阵列基板包括透明的第二基底以及设置在所述第二基底靠近所述液晶层一侧的薄膜晶体管层。
8.如权利要求4至7中任意一项所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶显示装置还包括位于所述彩色滤光片基板远离所述阵列基板的一侧的第一偏光片以及位于所述阵列基板远离所述彩色滤光片基板的一侧的第二偏光片,所述第一偏光片和所述第二偏光片的透光轴的方向相互垂直,所述第一偏光片与所述透光区对应的位置设置有第一通光孔,所述第二偏光片与所述透光区对应的位置设置有第二通光孔。
9.如权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶显示装置还包括盖板,所述盖板位于所述第一偏光片远离所述彩色滤光片基板的一侧。
10.如权利要求9所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述盖板与所述第一偏光片之间通过透明光学胶进行贴合。
