Abstract

本发明公开了一种羊毛面料的防毡缩整理工艺,包括以下步骤:S1:配置防毡缩整理液,整理液的主要组成为漆酶、角蛋白酶、能电离产生镧离子和/或铽离子的水溶性稀土化合物和水,其中漆酶的浓度为10~20U/mL,角蛋白酶的浓度为3~8U/mL;S2:将防毡缩整理液导入整理槽中,将防毡缩整理液加热至45~55℃,将面料浸渍于防毡缩整理液中反应4~6h;S3:将S2所得面料置于85~95℃的热水中浸渍5~10min,然后依次经过热水和冷水清洗,干燥。该羊毛面料的防毡缩整理工艺采用含有水溶性稀土化合物的整理液,利用稀土离子对于漆酶活性的激活作用,促进酶促反应的进行,降低整理液中酶浓度、反应时间和生产成本。

一种羊毛面料的防毡缩整理工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及面料整理技术领域,具体涉及一种羊毛面料的防毡缩整理工艺。
背景技术
羊毛具有定向摩擦效应和弹性。由于毛纤维逆鳞片的摩擦阻力大于顺鳞片的摩擦阻力,因此在一组不同方向力的作用下毛纤维总是向根部方向移动,这种现象称毛纤维的定向摩擦效应。当纤维不能自由移动时,在这些力的作用下就会产生弯曲缠绕毡并。羊毛的弹性使羊毛在外力除去后,变形能够充分恢复,这种作用也能促使缠绕毡并加速进行。影响毡缩性的还有羊毛鳞片密度、鳞片形状、纤维的卷曲和细度等。
传统的防毡缩整理采用氧化法,破坏羊毛鳞片层的二硫键,但是氧化法不仅对纤维损伤明显,而且会导致纤维色泽的改变。改进的技术方案采用蛋白酶、壳聚糖、等离子体、纳米溶胶-凝胶等方法或者整理液处理羊毛纤维。
根据羊毛纤维毡缩产业的原因和羊毛鳞片层的组成和结构特点,改进的技术方案如CN102965955 A所述的,将角质酶、角蛋白酶和蛋白酶三种酶联合和一浴法处理羊毛,通过它们的协同作用,有效去除羊毛表面的鳞片层,达到理想的防毡缩效果,但是整理液中酶含量较高,处理时间长,生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种羊毛面料的防毡缩整理工艺,在防毡缩整理的整理液中含有游离的稀土离子,对漆酶具有活化作用,促进漆酶与羊毛表面基团的反应,降低生产成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种羊毛面料的防毡缩整理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:配置防毡缩整理液,整理液的主要组成为漆酶、角蛋白酶、能电离产生镧离子和/或铽离子的水溶性稀土化合物和水,其中漆酶的浓度为10~20U/mL,角蛋白酶的浓度为3~8U/mL;
S2:将防毡缩整理液导入整理槽中,将防毡缩整理液加热至45~55℃,将面料浸渍于防毡缩整理液中反应4~6h;
S3:将S2所得面料置于85~95℃的热水中浸渍5~10min,然后依次经过热水和冷水清洗,干燥。
优选的技术方案为,水溶性稀土化合物为能电离产生镧离子的化合物。
优选的技术方案为,水溶性稀土化合物为选自氯化镧、乙酸镧、草酸镧、柠檬酸镧中的一种或两种以上的组合。
优选的技术方案为,防毡缩整理液中水溶性稀土化合物的重量百分比为0.1~0.5%。
优选的技术方案为,防毡缩整理液中还含有C12~C16的阴离子表面活性剂。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
该羊毛面料的防毡缩整理工艺采用含有水溶性稀土化合物的整理液,利用稀土离子对于漆酶活性的激活作用,促进酶促反应的进行,降低整理液中酶浓度和反应时间,有助于降低生产成本。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
实施例1的羊毛面料的防毡缩整理工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:配置防毡缩整理液,整理液的主要组成为漆酶、角蛋白酶、能电离产生铽离子的水溶性稀土化合物和水,其中漆酶的浓度为10U/mL,角蛋白酶的浓度为8U/mL;
S2:将防毡缩整理液导入整理槽中,将防毡缩整理液加热至45℃,将面料浸渍于防毡缩整理液中反应6h;
S3:将S2所得面料置于85℃的热水中浸渍10min,然后依次经过热水和冷水清洗,干燥。
水溶性稀土化合物为氯化铽。
防毡缩整理液中水溶性稀土化合物的重量百分比为0.1%。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1的区别在于:
整理液中漆酶的浓度为20U/mL,角蛋白酶的浓度为3U/mL;
S2:将防毡缩整理液加热至55℃,将面料浸渍于防毡缩整理液中反应4h;
S3:将S2所得面料置于95℃的热水中浸渍5min。
水溶性稀土化合物为氯化铽和氯化镧以重量比2:1组合而成。
防毡缩整理液中水溶性稀土化合物的重量百分比为0.1%。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例1的区别在于:
水溶性稀土化合物为柠檬酸镧。
防毡缩整理液中还含有十二烷基磺酸钠的阴离子表面活性剂。
对比例
对比例与实施例1的区别在于,对比例不包括稀土化合物。
相较于实施例,对比例羊毛面料的纤维表面鳞片层损伤小,整理液对于羊毛的定向摩擦效应改善不明显,处理后的面料仍然具有较强的毡缩性能。
加入阴离子表面活性剂的整理液处理羊毛面料,由于整理液更容易深入羊毛鳞片之间,实施例整理液对鳞片层的剥离量较大,处理后的羊毛纤维表面较为光滑。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种羊毛面料的防毡缩整理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:配置防毡缩整理液,整理液的主要组成为漆酶、角蛋白酶、能电离产生镧离子和/或铽离子的水溶性稀土化合物和水,其中漆酶的浓度为10~20U/mL,角蛋白酶的浓度为3~8U/mL;
S2:将防毡缩整理液导入整理槽中,将防毡缩整理液加热至45~55℃,将面料浸渍于防毡缩整理液中反应4~6h;
S3:将S2所得面料置于85~95℃的热水中浸渍5~10min,然后依次经过热水和冷水清洗,干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛面料的防毡缩整理工艺,其特征在于,水溶性稀土化合物为能电离产生镧离子的化合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛面料的防毡缩整理工艺,其特征在于,水溶性稀土化合物为选自氯化镧、乙酸镧、草酸镧、柠檬酸镧中的一种或两种以上的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛面料的防毡缩整理工艺,其特征在于,防毡缩整理液中水溶性稀土化合物的重量百分比为0.1~0.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛面料的防毡缩整理工艺,其特征在于,防毡缩整理液中还含有C12~C16的阴离子表面活性剂。
