Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a knitted fabric, in particular to a double-sided mesh towel cloth.
Background
Weft knitted fabrics have three main types of structural units, namely, knit, tuck, and miss. The looping means that a whole needle is eaten, and the knitting needle finishes the whole knitting process to form a coil; tucking means that half needles are eaten, knitting needles only eat yarns but do not drop off and form loops, and loop forming arcs are formed on old coils; the non-knitting means that the needle is not eaten, the knitting needle is not eaten, the floating line is formed on the back surface of the fabric, and the structure for finishing the knitting of a group of loops becomes a way.
The towel cloth on the market at present mainly comprises cotton fibers and a common single-gauge looped pile structure, has poor moisture absorption effect, dry hand feeling and no elasticity, and is easy to hook and ball on the surface of the fabric in the use process of people, so that the surface of the skin is damaged.
In view of the above phenomenon, patent CN 102115942 a discloses a knitted terry cloth, which comprises a bottom yarn and a face yarn woven together, wherein the bottom yarn can be made of 70D/18F high-elasticity nylon yarn and is a plain weave loop-forming structural unit, and the face yarn can be made of 40S pure cotton combed yarn and is a mixed weaving unit of a loop-forming structure and a non-weaving structure. The back of the towel cloth woven by the bottom yarn and the face yarn is smooth and flat, and the front of the towel cloth has a terry structure with concave-convex feeling. The towel woven by the towel cloth has the excellent characteristics of good hand feeling, good elasticity, high moisture absorption and the like; however, the terry cloth with the structure still has certain disadvantages in the actual use process: the towel cloth with the structure is of a single-side plain structure, and only one side of the towel cloth is of a terry structure with concave-convex feeling, so that the towel cloth is relatively poor in hand feeling when being wiped by a smooth and flat surface in the using process; in addition, the fancy variety of the fabric is single.
