背景技术
胃病是困扰人们正常工作和生活的一种常见疾病,随着生活节奏的加快,导致了人们的日常生活规律紊乱,过饱过饥、食物生冷、进食过快等原因都会导致胃功能受到损伤,而且胃病的发病率也呈逐年增高的趋势。
目前,胃病的治疗多以服药的方式进行,常见的胃药主要分为中药和西药两大类。西药虽然能够较快的缓解胃部不适,但无法起到根治的目的,也容易反复发作。同时,由于西药剂量较大,容易造成对于口腔、胃肠黏膜的刺激和损伤。中药制剂具有药性平和、副作用小等优势,在胃病治疗中也越来越受到青睐,然而,中药制剂多以单病但治为主,难以实现综合性胃病的防治,而且中药制剂还存在着中药原料价格高,以及原料炮制等处理方式繁琐和原料药物安全性等问题。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。

本发明的第一目的在于提供一种健脾胃的饮品,所述的健脾胃的饮品以药食同源的药物为原料,不仅原料来源广泛,而且原料安全性高,能够起到有效的胃痛、胃胀的治疗和改善效果。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种所述的健脾胃的饮品的制备方法,本发明制备方法步骤简便,适于规模化生产。
本发明第三目的在于提供一种所述健脾胃的饮品的应用。

一种健脾胃的饮品,所述饮品主要由以下原料制成:麦芽、山楂、红枣、枳壳、陈皮、生姜、莱菔子,以及鸡内金。
优选的,按照重量份数计,本发明所述的健脾胃的饮品主要由以下原料制成:
麦芽1~10份,山楂3~20份,红枣1~10份,枳壳1~10份,陈皮1~10份,生姜1~10份,莱菔子2~12份,以及鸡内金1~15份。
优选的,按照重量份数计,本发明所述的健脾胃的饮品主要由以下原料制成:

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明健脾胃的饮品的原料来源广泛、简便易得,且各原料均为药食同源药物,安全性好;具有消食化积、暖胃和中、健脾开胃等功效,对于胃痛、胃胀等常见胃部疾病具有良好的保健/治疗效果。
(2)本发明健脾胃饮品制备方法简便,流程步骤少且操作简便,适于规模化生产;同时,本发明饮品携带和饮用方式便捷,可代水饮用,适作为日常保健品服用。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限制本发明的范围。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
本发明所提供的健脾胃的饮品,是一种以多种药食同源的药物/食品为原料,以起到对于胃痛、胃胀等胃部疾病和不适起到良好的保健/治疗效果的饮品。
具体的,本发明健脾胃饮品的原料为:麦芽,山楂,红枣,枳壳,陈皮,生姜,莱菔子,以及鸡内金;
其中,麦芽,性味甘平;具有行气消食,健脾开胃,回乳消胀的功效;
山楂,酸甘,微温;具有消食健胃、行气散瘀、化浊降脂的功效;
红枣(大枣),性温味甘;具有补脾益气、养血安神、生津液、解药毒、缓和药性的功效;
枳壳,苦、辛、酸,微寒;具有理气宽中,行滞消胀的功效;
陈皮,苦、辛,性温;具有理气健脾,燥湿化痰的功效;
生姜,辛,性微温;具有解表散寒,温中止呕,温肺止咳,解毒的功效;
莱菔子,辛、甘,平;具有消食除胀,降气化痰的功效;
鸡内金,甘,平;具有健胃消食,涩精止遗,通淋化石的功效。
本发明中,通过将上述原料配合使用,能够起到良好的消食化积、暖胃和中、健脾开胃的功效。同时,由于本发明各原料药物均为药食同源类食品,因而安全性高,能够避免常规中、西药所存在的毒副作用,适宜作为日常保健品饮用,并对于胃痛、胃胀等胃部疾病具有良好的保健/治疗功效。
进一步,按照重量份数计,本发明健脾胃的饮品由以下原料制成:
麦芽1~10份,例如可以为,但不限于2、3、4、5、6、7、8,或者9份等;山楂3~20份,例如可以为,但不限于5、8、10、12、15、18,或者19份等;红枣1~10份,例如可以为,但不限于2、3、4、5、6、7、8,或者9份等;枳壳1~10份,例如可以为,但不限于2、3、4、5、6、7、8,或者9份等;陈皮1~10份,例如可以为,但不限于2、3、4、5、6、7、8,或者9份等;生姜1~10份,例如可以为,但不限于2、3、4、5、6、7、8,或者9份等;莱菔子2~12份,例如可以为,但不限于3、5、6、8、10,或者11份等;以及鸡内金1~15份,例如可以为,但不限于2、3、5、7、8、10,或者12份等。
优选的,按照重量份数计,本发明健脾胃的饮品由以下原料制成:
麦芽3~8份,山楂5~15份,红枣3~9份,枳壳3~8份,陈皮2~5份,生姜2~5份,莱菔子5~10份,以及鸡内金2~10份。
更优选的,按照重量份数计,本发明健脾胃的饮品由以下原料制成:
麦芽6~7份,山楂10~12份,红枣5~6份,枳壳4~5份,陈皮3~4份,生姜3~4份,莱菔子6~8份,以及鸡内金3~5份。
进一步优选的,按照重量份数计,本发明健脾胃的饮品由以下原料制成:
麦芽7份,山楂10份,红枣5~6份,枳壳5份,陈皮3份,生姜3份,莱菔子6份,以及鸡内金3~5份。
同时,本发明健脾胃饮品的制备方法也较为简便,具体可以按照如下任意的方法进行:
(a)将各原料粉碎后混合,然后将所得混合物加水冲泡,即得所述健脾胃饮品;
即,本发明饮品可以由各原料经冲泡后直接代水饮用。
(b)将各原料浸泡后煎煮提取,过滤后收集提取液,即为健脾胃饮品;
具体的,可以将各原料分别进行粉碎处理,混合后加水浸泡;然后,将浸泡后的原料混合物加水煎煮,过滤分别收集滤液和滤渣;
滤渣再次煎煮后,过滤收集二次滤液,然后将一次滤液和二次滤液合并,可选的经过一定的浓缩后,得到健脾胃饮品;
进一步的,为了避免饮品变质,也可以加入防腐剂,同时,也可以适量加入调味剂,以改善饮品的风味。
(c)将各原料浸泡后煎煮提取,所得提取液醇沉浓缩后与辅料混合,得到健脾胃饮品。
具体的,可以将各原料分别进行粉碎处理,混合后加水浸泡;然后,将浸泡后的原料混合物加水煎煮,过滤分别收集滤液和滤渣;
滤渣再次煎煮后,过滤收集二次滤液,然后将一次滤液和二次滤液合并后进行浓缩,浓缩至比重为1.15左右;
向所得浓缩液中加入1.5倍质量的95%的乙醇进行醇沉,搅匀后静置24h醇沉;所得醇沉液离心除去沉淀得到澄清液,再浓缩至浸膏比重为1.25左右;
然后,将所得浸膏辅料混合,得到对应的饮剂。
由于本发明健脾胃的饮剂原料天然,安全性高,且对于胃病具有良好的保健/治疗的功效,因而可以作为胃病改善的保健品或者胃病治疗的药物使用。
实施例1
按照质量份数:
麦芽1份,山楂20份,红枣10份,枳壳1份,陈皮10份,生姜10份,莱菔子12份,以及鸡内金15份,分别称取适量各原料。
然后,将各原料分别进行粉碎后混合,将所得混合物料以100倍(v/m)热水冲泡,即得实施例1的健脾胃的饮品。
实施例2
按照质量份数:
麦芽10份,山楂3份,红枣1份,枳壳10份,陈皮1份,生姜1份,莱菔子2份,以及鸡内金15份,分别称取适量各原料。
然后,将各原料分别进行粉碎后混合,将所得混合物料以100倍(v/m)热水冲泡,即得实施例2的健脾胃的饮品。
实施例3
按照质量份数:
麦芽8份,山楂5份,红枣3份,枳壳3份,陈皮5份,生姜5份,莱菔子10份,以及鸡内金2份,分别称取适量各原料。
然后,将各原料分别进行粉碎后混合,加水浸泡后,以3倍质量的水进行煎煮,过滤,分别收集滤渣和滤液;
将滤渣以相同条件再次进行煎煮,收集二次滤液。
将一次滤液和二次滤液合并,然后减压浓缩,即得到实施例3的健脾胃饮品。
实施例4
按照质量份数:
麦芽3份,山楂15份,红枣9份,枳壳8份,陈皮2份,生姜2份,莱菔子5份,以及鸡内金10份,分别称取适量各原料。
然后,将各原料分别进行粉碎后混合,加水浸泡后,以3倍质量的水进行煎煮,过滤,分别收集滤渣和滤液;
将滤渣以相同条件再次进行煎煮,收集二次滤液。
将一次滤液和二次滤液合并,然后减压浓缩,即得到实施例4的健脾胃饮品。
实施例5
按照质量份数:
麦芽7份,山楂10份,红枣5份,枳壳5份,陈皮3份,生姜3份,莱菔子6份,以及鸡内金5份,分别称取适量各原料。
然后,将各原料分别进行粉碎后混合,加水浸泡后,以3倍质量的水进行煎煮,过滤,分别收集滤渣和滤液;
将滤渣以相同条件再次进行煎煮,收集二次滤液。
将一次滤液和二次滤液合并后减压浓缩至比重为1.15左右;
向所得浓缩液中加入1.5倍质量的95%的乙醇进行醇沉,搅匀后静置24h醇沉;醇沉液离心除去沉淀得到澄清液,再浓缩至浸膏比重为1.25左右;

然后,将各原料分别进行粉碎后混合,加水浸泡后,以3倍质量的水进行煎煮,过滤,分别收集滤渣和滤液;
将滤渣以相同条件再次进行煎煮,收集二次滤液。
将一次滤液和二次滤液合并后减压浓缩至比重为1.15左右;
向所得浓缩液中加入1.5倍质量的95%的乙醇进行醇沉,搅匀后静置24h醇沉;醇沉液离心除去沉淀得到澄清液,再浓缩至浸膏比重为1.25左右;
将浸膏与辅料混合,得到实施例6的健脾胃饮品。
实验例1本发明饮品胃病治疗效果实验
门诊数据统计:浅表性胃炎患者143例,其中女性56人,男性87人,临床表现为上腹痛,嗳气,腹胀,食欲不振
治疗方法:以本发明实施例5饮品代水饮用,用以胃病治疗,每日至少饮用600ml,30天为1疗程,共进行2疗程治疗试验。
疗效判断标准:参照《新药(中药)临床研究指导原则》(卫生部1988年)。
痊愈:症状消失,3个月至半年内不复发,理化检查痊愈或明显改善。
有效:症状消失,3个月至半年内虽有发作,但疼痛次数减少,程度减轻,持续时间缩短。
无效:症状体征、理化检查无明显变化。
试验结果发现,参与实验人员中,58人痊愈,79人治疗有效,6例无效,有效率大于95%,由此可见,本发明饮品对于胃痛、胃胀等胃病具有良好的治疗效果。
尽管已用具体实施例来说明和描述了本发明,然而应意识到,在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下可以作出许多其它的更改和修改。因此,这意味着在所附权利要求中包括属于本发明范围内的所有这些变化和修改。
Claims (8)
1.一种健脾胃的饮品,其特征在于,所述饮品主要由以下原料制成:
麦芽、山楂、红枣、枳壳、陈皮、生姜、莱菔子,以及鸡内金。
2.根据权利要求1所述的健脾胃的饮品,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,所述饮品主要由以下原料制成:
麦芽1~10份,山楂3~20份,红枣1~10份,枳壳1~10份,陈皮1~10份,生姜1~10份,莱菔子2~12份,以及鸡内金1~15份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的健脾胃的饮品,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,所述饮品主要由以下原料制成:
麦芽3~8份,山楂5~15份,红枣3~9份,枳壳3~8份,陈皮2~5份,生姜2~5份,莱菔子5~10份,以及鸡内金2~10份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的健脾胃的饮品,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,所述饮品主要由以下原料制成:
麦芽6~7份,山楂10~12份,红枣5~6份,枳壳4~5份,陈皮3~4份,生姜3~4份,莱菔子6~8份,以及鸡内金3~5份。
5.权利要求1-4中任一项所述的健脾胃饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤中的任一种:
(a)将各原料粉碎后混合,然后将所得混合物加水冲泡,即得所述健脾胃饮品;
或者,(b)将各原料浸泡后煎煮提取,过滤后收集提取液,即为健脾胃饮品;
或者,(c)将各原料浸泡后煎煮提取,所得提取液醇沉浓缩后与辅料混合,得到健脾胃饮品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(b)中,所述煎煮提取包括至少进行两次煎煮提取;
或者,步骤(b)中,所述煎煮提取包括至少进行两次煎煮提取。
7.权利要求1-4中任一项所述的健脾胃饮品在胃痛胃胀药品或保健品中的应用。
8.包含权利要求1-4中任一项所述的健脾胃饮品的胃痛胃胀药品或保健品。
