Description

Indoor cutting seedling method for hemp
Technical Field
The invention relates to a hemp indoor cutting seedling method.
Background
Cannabis sativa (Cannabis sativa) belongs to the genus Cannabis (Cannabinaceae) of the family Cannabis. It is an annual herbaceous plant, and is mostly a male and female heteroplant. The hemp has important economic value and can be used for various aspects such as textile, food, medicine, building materials, paper making and the like; more and more researches prove that the cannabinoid has wide pharmacological action, is widely applied to the treatment of chronic diseases and has large market demand.
The industrial hemp propagation is an important link of the cultivation technology, and the propagation modes widely applied in production are sexual propagation and vegetative propagation; wherein the seed propagation and growth period is long and the plant is easy to generate diseases in the seedling stage; the cutting seedling method is simple to operate, low in cost, fast in seedling and regular in growth, can effectively solve the problem of large individual difference of seed propagation, and is an optimal method for quickly obtaining hemp seedlings with high content and consistent characteristics.
In conventional cuttage, such as soil matrix cuttage propagation and novel soilless rapid propagation method, cutting slips start to root after half a month, and seedlings are lifted and transplanted after one month. About 100 cuttage seedlings can be obtained after 3 months, the seedling raising period is long, and the cuttage seedlings are planted outdoors, are easily influenced by the environment and have low survival rate; the seedling culture space requirement is large, the production quantity is small, and the soil-borne disease rate is high. The soilless rapid propagation method adopts a nutrient solution circulating system, the nutrient solution used for seedling culture is large in amount, the nutrient solution needs to be replaced in stages, and the soilless rapid propagation method has the defects of complex operation, low utilization rate of the nutrient solution, long seedling culture period and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention aims to provide an indoor cutting seedling method for hemp, which is used for solving the problems of long seedling time and low survival rate in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a hemp indoor cutting seedling method, which at least comprises the following steps:
(1) matrix treatment: soaking the rock wool blocks in water with the pH value of 5.0-5.7; then soaking the mixture in a nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium compound nutrient solution with the pH value of 5.7-6.0;
(2) cuttage: soaking the hemp cutting slips in a rooting agent or a mixed solution of naphthylacetic acid and indoleacetic acid, inserting rock wool blocks, and keeping the humidity at 60-65%; the temperature is 22-24 ℃, and the light intensity is 55-65 mu mol/(m)2S), culturing seedlings indoors under the condition that the density ratio of the red light to the blue light is 0.55:1-0.63: 1;
(3) management: spraying amino acid foliar fertilizer twice a day, wherein the concentration of the foliar fertilizer is 0.05-0.1%; when the total mass loss of the substrate is 20-25%, if the cutting shoot does not root, the substrate is soaked in a nitrogen-potassium-phosphorus mixed fertilizer with the pH value of 5.7-6.0 and the EC value of 0-0.4 ms/cm, and if the cutting shoot roots, the substrate is soaked in a nitrogen-potassium-phosphorus mixed fertilizer with the pH value of 5.7-6.0 and the EC value of 0.4-1.0 ms/cm
And (4) adding nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus mixed fertilizer, and then continuously culturing to obtain the seedling.
Further, the cutting box containing the rock wool blocks is sterilized before the rock wool blocks are processed in the step (1). The disinfection can be carried out by the disinfection method in the prior art, for example, the disinfection method is cleaning by using disinfectant water, and 500ppm hypochlorous acid can be selected as the disinfectant.
Further, the water soaking time in the step (1) is 5-10 minutes, and the water is controlled for 1-2 minutes; the nutrient solution is soaked for 5-10 minutes, and water is controlled for 1-2 minutes. The pH of the water may be adjusted to 5.0 to 5.7 by adding an acid to the water, and for example, 0.5% hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, or other inorganic acid may be used.
Further, the nutrient solution in the step (1) is a nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium composite nutrient solution, wherein the mass ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus to potassium is 12-15: 7-15: 8-15. The nutrient solution can be purchased in the market or prepared by self, for example, quick-acting ternary compound fertilizer, Meile universal concentrated liquid fertilizer or 1:1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate: ammonium nitrate and the like are adopted in the mass ratio.
Further, in the step (2), a fluorescent lamp or an LED lamp is used for illumination.
Further, the length of the hemp cutting shoot selected in the step (2) is 10cm-17cm, the diameter is more than or equal to 2.0mm, the leaves are trimmed, so that the cutting shoot has three pairs of true leaves, and the tail end of the cutting shoot is cut into an inclined plane of 30-60 degrees.
Further, the branch of the cutting shoot adopts a twig with a single bud, and the twig can be lignified or semi-lignified.
Further, the rooting agent in the step (2) is any one or more of trypan, flourishing root powder or rapid root growth liquid, and the soaking time is 30-60 seconds. The rooting agent mainly comprises the components of indbutyl-naphthylacetic acid. The rooting agent produced by the three manufacturers is added with water to prepare a solution if the rooting agent is solid, and water can be added or not added if the rooting agent is liquid, so long as the concentration of an effective substance of the solution of the rooting agent is 500-800 mg/L. For example, ABT produced by guang agrichemical corporation of the four kingdom countries can be used as it is.
Furthermore, the concentration of the naphthylacetic acid in the mixed liquid of the naphthylacetic acid and the indoleacetic acid is 350-450 mg/L, and the concentration of the indoleacetic acid is 80-120 mg/L. Furthermore, the soaking time in the mixed solution of the marijuana cutting naphthylacetic acid and the indoleacetic acid is 90-150S.

Further, the depth of the hemp cutting slips inserted into the rock wool blocks in the step (2) is 1.5-2 cm; the row spacing of the cutting is 5-10 cm, and the planting spacing is 2-5 cm.
Further, the time for soaking the substrate in the step (3) in the mixed fertilizer is 10-20 seconds.
Further, the amino acid foliar fertilizer can adopt a foliar fertilizer of commercially available common amino acid. Such as fish peptide chitinase, carbohydrase fish protein, and spray green.
Further, the mass ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium mixed fertilizer used in the step (3) is 12-15: 7-15: 8-15. The nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizer can be prepared by self or can be obtained commercially, such as 1:1 quick-acting ternary compound fertilizer, Meile-particle general concentrated liquid fertilizer or 1:1 monopotassium phosphate, ammonium nitrate and the like.
Furthermore, the management in the step (3) also comprises the step of placing each rock wool block on a shelf, so that the purpose of saving space is achieved.
