本发明涉及复合门领域,具体而言涉及一种强化复合门的制作方法,上述制作方法包括:门框组件和门板组件;其中所述门板组件适于嵌入门框组件的前、后面,并通过至少一根锁止杆从门框组件的外侧插入以锁止门板组件,即组成复合门;本发明通过将门板组件嵌入门框组件,以组成复合门;门板组件与门框组件之间通过主安装柱、副安装柱与锁止杆紧固配合,强化了门板组件与门框组件的连接,提高了复合门中门框组件和门板组件之间高强度拼接。

一种强化复合门的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及复合门领域,具体而言涉及一种强化复合门的制作方法。
背景技术
复合门是由两种或两种以上主要材料做成的门;通用结构是内框架+门芯+饰面板组成;在工厂生产时,多采用胶水沾合;长时间过后会胶水会开胶,复合门会出现质量问题;为了结局复合门板材复合的问题,所以需要设计一种强化复合门及制作方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种强化复合门的制作方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种强化复合门的制作方法,包括:将门板组件嵌入门框组件的前、后面,并通过至少一根锁止杆从门框组件的外侧插入以锁止门板组件,即组成复合门。
进一步,所述门板组件包括主门板组件和副门板组件;所述主门板组件和副门板组件分别安装在门框组件的前、后面,以组成复合门。
进一步,所述门框组件的前、后面设有门板衬底;所述门板衬底上排布有的若干通孔,以及在门框组件的侧边向门板衬底的内部开设有若干个分别与各通孔正交的贯通孔;所述主门板组件的内侧面设有若干主安装柱,所述副门板组件的内侧面设有若干个副安装柱,且主安装柱与副安装柱采用错位设置;以及主安装柱、副安装柱径向设置有适于锁止杆插入的锁止孔;在所述主门板组件、副门板组件嵌入门框组件的前、后面后,所述主安装柱与副安装柱分别从通孔穿过,以及锁止杆从贯通孔插入穿过锁止孔以使主门板组件、副门板组件与门框组件紧固。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明通过将门板组件嵌入门框组件,以组成复合门;门板组件与门框组件之间通过主安装柱、副安装柱与锁止杆紧固配合,强化了门板组件与门框组件的连接,提高了复合门中门框组件和门板组件之间高强度拼接。

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
图1是本发明强化复合门的结构图;
如图1所示,本提供了一种强化复合门,包括:门框组件1和门板组件2;其中所述门板组件2适于沿F1方向、F2方向分别嵌入门框组件1的前、后面,并通过至少一根锁止杆3从门框组件1的外侧插入以锁止门板组件2,即组成复合门;在复合门受到外力后,锁止杆3能够保证复合门的结构不变,实现了门框组件1与门板组件2高强度连接。
在本实施例中,所述门板组件2包括主门板组件201和副门板组件202;所述主门板组件201和副门板组件202分别安装在门框组件1的前、后面,以组成复合门;所述主门板组件201和副门板组件202可以是不同的材质的板材,能够根据需求使用不同的板材实现组成不同的复合门。
在本实施例中,所述门框组件1门板衬底102内嵌设有门板衬底102;所述门板衬底102上排布有的若干通孔101,以及在门框组件1的侧边向门板衬底102的内部开设有若干个分别与各通孔101正交的贯通孔;所述主门板组件201的内侧面设有若干主安装柱,所述副门板组件202的内侧面设有若干个副安装柱,且主安装柱与副安装柱采用错位设置;以及主安装柱、副安装柱径向设置有适于锁止杆3插入的锁止孔4;在所述主门板组件201、副门板组件202嵌入门框组件1的前、后面;所述主安装柱与副安装柱分别从通孔101穿过,以及锁止杆3从贯通孔插入穿过锁止孔4以使主门板组件201、副门板组件202与门框组件1紧固;所述主门板组件201的内侧面布设有主门板减震层,在安装主门板组件时填充主门板组件与门框组件之间的间隙;所述副门板组件的内侧面布设有副门板减震层,在安装副门板组件时填充副门板组件与门框组件之间的间隙;通孔101的大小与相应的安装柱匹配,以正确安装相应的门板组件;通过错位设置的主安装柱和副安装柱,能够使主门板组件201、副门板组件202嵌入到门板组件的前、后面。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种强化复合门制作方法,包括:将门板组件2嵌入门框组件1的前、后面,并通过至少一根锁止杆3从门框组件1的外侧插入以锁止门板组件2,即组成复合门。
在本实施例中,所述门板组件2包括主门板组件201和副门板组件202;所述主门板组件201和副门板组件202分别安装在门框组件1的前、后面,以组成复合门;通过主门板组件201和副门板组件202实现不同材料的复合。
进一步,所述门框组件1的前、后面设有门板衬底102;所述门板衬底102上排布有的若干通孔101,以及在门框组件1的侧边向门板衬底102的内部开设有若干个分别与各通孔101正交的贯通孔;所述主门板组件201的内侧面设有若干主安装柱,所述副门板组件的内侧面设有若干个副安装柱,且主安装柱与副安装柱采用错位设置;以及主安装柱、副安装柱径向设置有适于锁止杆3插入的锁止孔4;在所述主门板组件201、副门板组件202嵌入门框组件1的前、后面后,所述主安装柱与副安装柱分别从通孔101穿过,以及锁止杆3从贯通孔插入穿过锁止孔4以使主门板组件201、副门板组件202与门框组件1紧固;通过锁止杆3从贯通孔插入穿过锁止孔4固定门框组件1和门板组件2。
综上所述,本发明通过锁止杆3从贯通孔插入穿过锁止孔4固定门框组件1和门板组件2,以制成复合门,提高了复合门中门框组件1和门板组件2之间高强度拼接。

1.一种强化复合门的制作方法,其特征在于,包括:
将门板组件嵌入门框组件的前、后面,并通过至少一根锁止杆从门框组件的外侧插入以锁止门板组件,即
组成复合门;
所述门板组件包括主门板组件和副门板组件;
所述主门板组件和副门板组件分别安装在门框组件的前、后面,以组成复合门;
所述门框组件的前、后面设有门板衬底;
所述门板衬底上排布有的若干通孔,以及在门框组件的侧边向门板衬底的内部开设有若干个分别与各通孔正交的贯通孔;
所述主门板组件的内侧面设有若干主安装柱,所述副门板组件的内侧面设有若干个副安装柱,且主安装柱与副安装柱采用错位设置;以及
主安装柱、副安装柱径向设置有适于锁止杆插入的锁止孔;
在所述主门板组件、副门板组件嵌入门框组件的前、后面后,所述主安装柱与副安装柱分别从通孔穿过,以及锁止杆从贯通孔插入穿过锁止孔以使主门板组件、副门板组件与门框组件紧固。
