An annular heating non-combustion cigarette paper is characterized in that the annular heating non-combustion cigarette paper sequentially consists of a cigarette paper layer, an adhesive layer and a tin foil paper layer from outside to inside, wherein the cigarette paper layer contains 10-20% of heat-conducting fibers and 0.1-1.0% of aroma substances which have volatility at the temperature higher than 200 ℃ by weight of the cigarette paper layer; the heat conducting fibers are carbon fibers with the diameter of 0.01-0.15 mm and the length of 0.5-5.0 mm; the adhesive layer is a white latex adhesive layer for cigarettes; the gram weight of the tinfoil paper layer is 25-65 g/m2
2. The annular heating non-combustion cigarette paper according to claim 1, characterized in that the cigarette paper layer contains 13-16% of heat-conducting fibers and 0.3-0.8% of the aromatic substances by weight of the cigarette paper.
3. The annular heating non-combustible cigarette paper according to claim 1, characterized in that the heat conducting fibers are carbon fibers with a diameter of 0.04-0.10 mm and a length of 1.5-4.0 mm.
4. The annular heating non-combustible cigarette paper according to claim 1, characterized in that the thickness of the adhesive layer is 0.01 to 0.10 mm.
5. The annular heating non-combustible cigarette paper according to claim 1, characterized in that the gram weight of the cigarette paper layer is 35-80 g/m2
6. The annular heating non-combustible cigarette paper according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the aroma substance is one or more aroma substances selected from floral, fruity, vinous or tobacco aroma.
7. The annular heating non-combustible cigarette paper according to claim 6, characterized in that the aroma substance is a floral type of osmanthus, rose, jasmine or gardenia; the fruity type is Hami melon, grape, mango or strawberry; the bouquet type is Maotai-flavor liquor, brandy, wine or whiskey; or the tobacco flavor type is a tobacco original flavor, a mixed tobacco flavor or an aromatic tobacco flavor.
