The cigarette comprises a smoking medium rod (1) and composite cigarette paper (2); wherein the composite cigarette paper (2) is wrapped outside the smoking medium rod (1); the composite cigarette paper (2) is formed by superposing a metal layer (a), an oil-proof hydrophobic layer (b) and an adhesive layer (c) between the two layers, wherein the metal layer (a) is in contact with the smoking medium rod (1). The invention also discloses a preparation method of the cigarette. The composite cigarette paper is formed by compounding the metal layer and the oil-proof hydrophobic layer, wherein the metal layer plays a role in preventing permeation, and the oil-proof hydrophobic layer arranged outside the metal layer plays a role in preventing substances permeated from the joint of the end surface of the tobacco medium section and the lap of the composite cigarette paper from diffusing on the surface of the composite cigarette paper, and plays roles in preventing permeation and diffusion.

Background
In recent years, with the enhancement of public awareness of cigarette harmfulness and the increase of government regulation of cigarettes, the international traditional cigarette market is gradually sliding down, and meanwhile, the new tobacco products are rapidly growing in a reverse manner. The novel tobacco products mainly refer to tobacco products different from traditional cigarettes, including three types of heating cigarettes, smokeless tobacco products and electronic cigarettes, can meet the requirements of smoking crowds, greatly reduce the harmfulness to human bodies, can produce less smoke or no smoke, and reduce the harm to the public and the environment. The heating type cigarettes are the novel tobacco products which are developed most rapidly at present and have the potential to replace the traditional cigarettes, and can be divided into three types of electric heating type cigarettes, fuel heating type cigarettes and chemical reaction heating type cigarettes according to different heating modes, the cigarette paper used in the three types of cigarettes is not combusted, and only the smoking media in the cigarettes are wrapped and molded. However, because the smoking medium has strong moisture absorption and absorption capacity, substances added into the smoking medium are easy to permeate out of the cigarette paper or diffuse to the surface of the cigarette through capillary action, and meanwhile, in the heating and smoking process, substances such as moisture, nicotine and the like in the smoking medium are also easy to diffuse to the surface of the cigarette through the outward permeation of the cigarette paper, so that the smoking experience is influenced.
The anti-seepage cigarette paper for cigarettes is researched and applied at home and abroad. In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the prior art:
the existing impermeable cigarette paper is prepared by two methods:
firstly, the method comprises the following steps: the method for coating the anti-seepage agent layer on the surface of the cigarette paper has the advantages that a certain anti-seepage effect can be achieved by a traditional common cigarette with general anti-seepage requirements, but the traditional common cigarette does not have an ideal anti-seepage effect in heating the cigarette, and particularly, the anti-seepage effect is obvious under the condition that more essence and spice are added into a smoking medium, because the material seeps out and diffuses on the surface of the cigarette due to the fact that the porosity of the interior and the cross section of the paper is large no matter how the surface of the paper is treated.
Secondly, the method comprises the following steps: the existing aluminum foil paper or the composite material of metal and common paper is directly adopted as an impermeable layer in the cigarette. The method can achieve a good anti-seepage effect, but substances in the smoking medium still permeate from two end faces of the smoking medium and then start to diffuse on the surface of the smoking medium through capillary action after contacting the paper outside the metal layer.
It is desirable to develop a cigarette that prevents the extravasation of materials in the smoking medium and prevents the diffusion of materials from the smoking medium to the surface of the cigarette rod.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
The invention provides a cigarette for preventing substances in a smoking medium from permeating and diffusing to the surface of the cigarette, which comprises a smoking medium rod (1) and composite cigarette paper (2);
wherein the composite cigarette paper (2) is wrapped on the periphery of the smoking medium rod (1);
the composite cigarette paper (2) is formed by superposing a metal layer (a), an oil-proof hydrophobic layer (b) and an adhesive layer (c) between the two layers, wherein the metal layer (a) is in contact with the smoking medium rod (1).
Preferably, the preparation method of the oil-proof hydrophobic layer (b) is that an oil-proof agent and a hydrophobic agent are added in the sizing process in the cigarette paper preparation process, and the obtained cigarette paper is the oil-proof hydrophobic layer (b). The oil-proof agent and the water repellent agent are uniformly distributed in the oil-proof hydrophobic layer (b), and no matter what direction the substances penetrate into the oil-proof hydrophobic layer (b), the substances cannot be diffused in the composite cigarette paper (2) through capillary action.
Preferably, the oil-repellent and water-repellent layer (b) has a grammage of 24 to 60 grams per square meter.
Preferably, the thickness of the metal layer (a) is 4 to 12 μm.
Preferably, the metal layer (a) comprises an aluminum foil layer.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a method for preparing the cigarette of the first aspect, comprising the following steps:
A. adding an oil-proof agent and a water repellent agent in the sizing process in the cigarette paper preparation process to obtain the cigarette paper, namely the oil-proof hydrophobic layer (b);
B. and (B) bonding the metal layer (a) and the oil-proof hydrophobic layer (b) prepared in the step A to form the composite cigarette paper (2), and then wrapping the smoking medium rod (1) by the composite cigarette paper (2) with the metal layer (a) as the inner side.
The oil-repellent agent and the water-repellent agent can be prepared by any known method. The oil-proof agent is one or a mixture of more of fluorine acrylate copolymer, styrene acrylic resin, polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin and melamine formaldehyde resin. The hydrophobic agent comprises polysilazane, sodium methylsiliconate, alkyl ketene dimer and the like.
The technical scheme can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. in the existing preparation process of the anti-seepage cigarette paper, the problem of substance permeation and diffusion in the cigarette is generally solved, and the anti-seepage and anti-diffusion effects are realized by developing the cigarette paper with high anti-seepage performance, such as coating an anti-seepage agent on the surface of the cigarette paper, adopting aluminum foil paper and the like, but the effects of anti-seepage and anti-diffusion cannot be realized, and particularly the effect of anti-diffusion cannot be realized.
The invention develops a new method, separately solves the problems of seepage prevention and diffusion prevention, adopts the composite cigarette paper compounded by the metal layer and the oil-proof hydrophobic layer, wherein the metal layer plays a role of seepage prevention, and the oil-proof hydrophobic layer arranged outside the metal layer plays a role of preventing substances permeated from the end surface of the tobacco medium section and the bonding part of the lap of the composite cigarette paper from diffusing on the surface of the composite cigarette paper, and plays roles of seepage prevention and diffusion prevention.
2. The composite cigarette paper has the effects of heat insulation and heat preservation on the smoking medium rod. In the heating and smoking process, because the reflection coefficient of the metal layer is larger, compared with the common cigarette paper, more heat transmitted to the metal layer is reflected back to the smoking medium rod, and the lost heat is smaller, after the smoking medium rod absorbs the same heat, the cigarette using the composite cigarette paper is heated more fully, and the release of nicotine, spice and the like is more sufficient.

wherein the composite cigarette paper 2 is wrapped outside the smoking medium rod 1;
the composite cigarette paper 2 is formed by superposing a metal layer a, an oil-proof hydrophobic layer b and an adhesive layer c between the two layers, wherein the metal layer a is in contact with the smoking medium rod 1.
The metal layer a is an aluminum foil layer.
The preparation method of the cigarette comprises the following steps:
A. in the sizing process in the cigarette paper preparation process, adding an oil-proof agent styrene acrylic resin accounting for 0.8% of the dry weight of paper pulp and a hydrophobic agent AKD (alkyl ketene dimer) emulsion accounting for 1% of the dry weight of the paper pulp to obtain the cigarette paper, namely the oil-proof hydrophobic layer b; the gram weight of the oil-repellent hydrophobic layer b is 36g per square meter;
B. bonding a metal layer a aluminum foil layer with the thickness of 6.5 mu m and the oil-proof hydrophobic layer b by using a solvent-free laminating adhesive to form the composite cigarette paper 2, and then wrapping the smoking medium rod 1 by taking the metal layer a as the inner side to obtain a smoking medium section;
C. and C, rolling and connecting the smoking medium section obtained in the step B with tipping paper 3, a filter stick supporting section 4, a filter stick cooling section 5 and a filter stick filtering section 6 for forming, wherein the tipping paper 3 is lapped and bonded on the composite cigarette paper 2 to obtain the cigarette.
The cigarette structure of the example 1 is shown in figure 1, and the structural schematic diagram of the composite cigarette paper 2 is shown in figure 2.

Example 2
The two types of cigarette products A, B are prepared by respectively adopting conventional process operations, liquid spices are added into tobacco media, the difference is that the composite cigarette paper 2 described in the embodiment 1 is only used for wrapping the smoking media rod 1 by the cigarette product A, the common cigarette paper is used for wrapping the smoking media rod 1 by the cigarette product B, the two types of cigarette products A, B are placed in an environment with the temperature of 40 ℃ and the humidity of 62%, the permeation and diffusion conditions of the spices and the moisture in the smoking media rod on the cigarettes are observed after 24 hours, and the surface conditions of the cigarette products are shown in figure 3.
FIG. 3 shows: the surface of the cigarette product A is clean and has no permeation and diffusion phenomena, and the permeation and diffusion of the spice and the moisture of the cigarette product B at the port of the smoking medium rod are serious. This demonstrates that the composite cigarette paper 2 of the present invention has better barrier and diffusion barrier properties than conventional cigarette paper.
Example 3
The two types of cigarette products A, B of example 2 were subjected to detection of total particulate matter and nicotine in smoke components, respectively, and the results are shown in table 1.
Table 1 shows that: after the composite cigarette paper 2 is used, the total particulate matter and the smoke nicotine in smoke components are increased in different degrees, which shows that the composite cigarette paper is used for more fully heating the tobacco core material and has higher utilization rate.

Example 4
And (3) replacing the oil-proof hydrophobic layer b with the cigarette paper coated with the common anti-permeability agent only by using the preparation method of the composite cigarette paper 2 in the embodiment 1 to obtain the C-type composite cigarette paper.
The anti-penetration agent is water repellent agent AKD (alkyl ketene dimer) emulsion and oil-proof agent styrene acrylic resin, and the coating weight of the anti-penetration agent is respectively the same as the addition amount of the water repellent agent and the oil-proof agent in the oil-proof water-repellent layer b.
A cigarette product C is prepared by adopting a conventional process, liquid spices are added into a smoking medium rod, the difference from the cigarette product A in the embodiment 2 is that the composite cigarette paper 2 in the embodiment 1 wraps the smoking medium rod, the C-type composite cigarette paper prepared in the embodiment wraps the smoking medium rod by the cigarette product C, the cigarette product C is placed in the environment with the temperature of 40 ℃ and the humidity of 62% in the embodiment 2, and after 24 hours, the permeation and diffusion conditions of the spices and moisture in the tobacco medium on the cigarette are observed, and the surface condition of the cigarette product is shown in figure 4.
FIG. 4 shows that: substances such as spices and moisture in the smoking medium rod C of the cigarette product cannot permeate through the aluminum foil layer of the C-shaped composite cigarette paper, but can be diffused through the two end surfaces of the smoking medium rod and the lap joint of the C-shaped composite cigarette paper.
This shows that the oil-repellent and water-repellent layer of the present invention has better diffusion resistance than the wrapper coated with a conventional permeation preventive agent.
