Description

Partially burning cigarette
Technical Field
The invention relates to a novel tobacco product, in particular to a partially combusted cigarette.
Background
The traditional tobacco produces aerosol smoke for igniting all tobacco substances, the smoke quantity is sufficient due to strong fragrance, and the use is very convenient. The only disadvantage is the high content of harmful substances in the smoke, which is unfavorable for health, and the most fundamental reason that the traditional tobacco is attacked and stressed for years. Various attempts have been made to reduce the amount of noxious substances produced, such as tar reduction and smoke generation temperature reduction. The main means for reducing tar is to increase the ventilation rate of cigarette, so that the smoke is diluted by a large amount of air when coming out from the mouth rod, and the harmful substances in the smoke are reduced. If the extremely low hazard of smoke is pursued by this method, new problems such as insufficient smoke amount are likely to be brought about. The electric heating non-combustion cigarette is controlled by the electric heating device, the temperature is lower than the combustion requirement of tobacco substances, and is close to or higher than the boiling point of the aerosol generating agent. Tobacco materials used for electrical heating are often supplemented with aerosol-generating agents to compensate for the poor amount of smoke generated by heating of the tobacco material, most commonly glycerol and propylene glycol. The electric heating does not burn the cigarette and needs additional appliances, which causes inconvenience in use.
For low harm cigarettes, it is desirable to have certain characteristics that enable a better smoking experience than existing articles.
For example, no heating device is required, which is very labor-saving and less inconvenient. The choice of heat source is needed but not many reliable alternatives. In addition, the smoke produced is satisfactory. The smoke diluted with air has a light taste and a small visual smoke amount, and thus the satisfaction is low. The smoke diluted by the harmless aerosol can be used for supplementing the satisfaction from the smoke amount.
In a heat-not-burn smoking article, a material having ventilation properties is generally used as a smoking material, and a substance capable of generating aerosol may be supported on the material having ventilation properties. The substance capable of generating an aerosol is typically a polyhydric alcohol such as one or more of propylene glycol, glycerol, erythritol, pentanol, and hexanetriol. The material with air permeability can be tobacco, and other non-tobacco materials can also be used. The heat conduction layer is wrapped outside the smoking material, and the heat conduction layer usually adopts an aluminum foil, a tin foil or a graphene film. The heating material is coated outside the heat conduction layer, and for the existing heating non-combustible tobacco products which do not need heating appliances, the existing heating material usually adopts carbon or cardboard.
For example, patent publication No. CN204180942U discloses a heating non-combustible tobacco product, which comprises tobacco shreds, cigarette paper for wrapping the tobacco shreds, and a filter tip, wherein the cigarette paper for wrapping the tobacco shreds is a double-layer structure composed of a combustible paper combustion layer and an aluminum foil heat-conducting layer, and the combustible paper combustion layer and the aluminum foil heat-conducting layer are uniformly provided with ventilation through holes, and the thickness of the combustible paper combustion layer is 3-10 times of that of the aluminum foil heat-conducting layer. When the non-burning tobacco product is smoked, the burning layer is ignited to generate heat, and the tobacco shred filler is heated through the heat conduction layer to generate smoke. The thickness of combustible paper burning layer is thicker in this patent, faces the difficult problem of lighting on paper burning layer equally, and the combustible paper burning layer of this thickness has very strong cardboard flavor during the burning moreover, has seriously influenced consumer's use and has experienced. While also facing the problem of insufficient smoke density and suction satisfaction.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the partially-combusted cigarette is not enough in the prior art, can be directly ignited without a heating appliance, is convenient to use, and improves the use experience of consumers.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the invention discloses a partially-combusted cigarette, which comprises a smoking material layer, a heat conduction layer and a tobacco combustion layer which are coaxial from inside to outside, wherein the heat conduction layer has the heat conductivity of 50W/(m.K) -400W/(m.K), and the thickness of the tobacco combustion layer is 0.3mm-2.5 mm.
Further preferably, the heat conduction layer has a thermal conductivity of 150W/(m.K) -250W/(m.K), and the tobacco combustion layer has a thickness of 0.3mm-1.0 mm.
The heat-conducting layer wraps the smoking material layer to prevent the smoking material layer from burning, and the tobacco burning layer wraps the heat-conducting layer at the periphery of the heat-conducting layer. Wherein the tobacco combustion layer can be selected from common tobacco shred or tobacco sheet.
In the use process, the tobacco combustion layer is ignited, and the aerosol discharged from the filter tip comes from two aspects, namely the combustion and the cracking of the tobacco combustion layer, the heating of the smoking material layer by the heat generated by the tobacco combustion layer and the steaming out of the aerosol in a non-combustion mode. During smoking, air sucked in enters the partially combusted cigarette through the three airflow channels, the first channel is a smoking material layer channel, the second channel is a tobacco combustion layer channel, and the third channel is the periphery of the tobacco combustion layer, namely the side face of the cigarette.
The tobacco material with the thinner thickness is beneficial to reducing the content of harmful substances in smoke, but the heat energy formed by combustion is less, the generated smoke quantity is less, and the heat quantity as much as possible needs to be transferred to the smoke material layer through the heat conducting layer. A thicker combustion layer will generate more heat and accordingly the heat conducting layer may have a lower thermal conductivity, preventing severe charring and even burning of the smoking material layer. If cut tobacco or cut sheet filling is used, the combustion layer is allowed to be thicker, because the radial gap of the combustion layer is larger. The aerosol-generating substance generates an aerosol at a temperature in the range of 200 ℃ and 400 ℃. The temperature of the smoking material layer is controlled by controlling the heat conductivity of the heat conduction layer and the thickness of the tobacco combustion layer, so that the temperature of the smoking material layer is higher than the smoking temperature and lower than the combustion temperature.
Preferably, the thickness of the heat conduction layer is 0.1mm-0.8mm, and the circumference of the partially combusted cigarette is 22.0mm-28.3 mm. Further preferably, the heat conduction layer has a thickness of 0.1mm to 0.5mm, and the circumference of the partially combusted cigarette is 22.0mm to 25.0 mm. After the thickness of the heat conducting layer and the circumference of the partially combusted cigarette are determined, the diameter of the smoking material layer is determined accordingly, and the temperature of the smoking material layer is further controlled.
Preferably, each square centimeter of the heat conduction layer is provided with 0-20 small air holes with the aperture of 0.05-0.2 mm. Part of the heat generated by the tobacco combustion layer enters the smoking material layer from the small holes through hot air flow, and part of the heat is transferred to the smoking material layer through the heat conduction layer through heat conduction. Whether the heat conductive layer is apertured or not is determined by the combustibility of the material used for the layer of smoking material, and combustion of the layer of smoking material is to be avoided. The material of the smoke material layer is combustible, and the heat conducting layer is not provided with holes, so that excessive heat is prevented, and the temperature exceeds the ignition point of the smoke material layer under the suction condition.
Preferably, the mass of the smoking material layer is 0.4-0.8 g. Further preferably, the mass of the smoking material layer is 0.5-0.7 g. The mass loading of the smoking material layer is preferably such that a suitable pressure drop is achieved. The proper gas flow rate is ensured, and the normal suction is realized. The number of the openings of the heat conduction layer can affect the pressure drop, the number of the openings is determined on the premise of ensuring proper heat transfer, in order to ensure that the smoking resistance of the cigarette is comfortable to smoke, the filling compactness of the smoking material is changed along with the opening number so as to adjust the smoking resistance of the whole cigarette, and the smoking resistance range of the whole cigarette is controlled to be 1100 +/-150 Pa. Where the diameter of the smoking material layer is determined, the mass of the smoking material layer affects the degree of packing of the smoking material, and so the resistance to draw of the whole cigarette is adjusted by adjusting the mass of the smoking material layer.
Preferably, the tobacco combustion layer is formed by rolling a tobacco sheet, a combustion improver is added into the tobacco sheet, the thickness of the tobacco sheet is 0.3-0.5mm, further preferably, the thickness of the tobacco sheet is 0.3-0.4mm, and the commonly used combustion improver is potassium citrate.
Preferably, the tobacco sheet is provided with 1-3 turns. The thickness of the whole tobacco sheet is controlled, so that the tobacco sheet is easy to ignite.
Preferably, the partially combusted cigarette further comprises a filter rod connected to the smoking material layer, the heat conductive layer and the tobacco combustion layer.
Preferably, the partially combusted cigarette further comprises cigarette paper, and the cigarette paper is wrapped outside the tobacco combustion layer.
Preferably, the cigarette paper has a thickness of 35 μm to 65 μm.
Preferably, the air permeability of the cigarette paper is 30-60 cu. When the cigarette resistance is required to be reduced, cigarette paper with high air permeability is selected, otherwise, cigarette paper with low air permeability is selected. Cigarette paper with good ash wrapping performance is preferred.
Further, the cigarette cross-section may be of various shapes, such as circular, equilateral triangular, square, regular polygonal, etc. In order to improve the production efficiency, the round shape can be easily produced and processed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention is convenient to use, can be directly ignited by the tobacco combustion layer, is easy to ignite, does not need to be equipped with expensive smoking set, the heat generated by the tobacco combustion layer is transferred to the smoke generating material layer through the heat conduction layer, aerosol is generated in the smoke generating material layer, the smoke amount is large, the smoking satisfaction is good, the smoke temperature is proper, only a simple cigarette holder can be matched, and the cost is low. Meanwhile, compared with the traditional cigarette, the cigarette can greatly reduce the generation amount of harmful substances, and the harmful components can be reduced by 30-40%.
