Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of novel heated cigarettes, and particularly relates to a method for improving the smoking stability of the heated cigarettes.
Background
In recent years, with the enhancement of public awareness of cigarette harmfulness and the increase of government regulation of cigarettes, the international traditional cigarette market is gradually sliding down, and meanwhile, the new tobacco products are rapidly growing in a reverse manner. The sales volume of the heated cigarettes is increased year by year, and particularly, the electrically heated type heated cigarettes are popular in the market, and the technology maturity and the smoking experience of the electrically heated type heated cigarettes are far ahead of other novel tobacco products.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the prior art: during the heating and smoking process of the electrically heated cigarette, the substance released by the smoking medium may be greatly attenuated or fluctuated as smoking progresses. The general method is to carry out certain adjustment by adjusting the heat release curve of a heat source or changing the material of the smoking medium, but the condition of the smoking medium release fluctuation in the smoking process cannot be effectively changed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
The invention provides a method for improving the smoking stability of a heated cigarette, which comprises the following steps of: the cigarette comprises a smoking medium section, the smoking medium section is prepared by wrapping a smoking medium rod 1 with a composite cigarette paper 2, and the preparation method of the composite cigarette paper 2 comprises the following steps: the smoking medium rod is formed by bonding a first cigarette paper layer 2a, a metal layer 2b and a coating layer 2c through an adhesive layer 2m, wherein the coating layer 2c is in contact with the smoking medium rod 1.
Preferably, the thickness of the metal layer 2b is 4-10 μm.
Preferably, the metal layer 2b is an aluminum foil layer.
Preferably, the coating layer 2c is made by coating the second cigarette paper layer with the desired additives.
Preferably, the additive comprises a smoke agent, and/or a flavour.
Preferably, the second cigarette paper layer is cigarette paper with the gram weight of 20-40g per square meter and the air permeability of 30-1000 CU.
The technical scheme can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the current method for solving the problem of fluctuation of the smoking medium release process in the smoking process is to change the structure of the cigarette body in ways of adjusting the heat release curve of a heat source or changing the material of the smoking medium and the like. The invention develops a new method, the composite cigarette paper 2 wrapping the smoking medium is designed into a three-layer structure formed by bonding a first cigarette paper layer 2a, a metal layer 2b and a coating layer 2c, and the coating layer 2c is prepared by coating required additives on a second cigarette paper layer, so that the uniformity of material release in the smoking process is effectively improved, the smoking stability is better, and the smoking amount of up to 12 cigarettes can be smoked without obvious reduction.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of a heated cigarette A prepared in example 1.
Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the composite cigarette paper of the heated cigarette a prepared in example 1.
FIG. 3 is a line graph showing the results of smoking amount of two cigarettes of example 2.
List of reference numerals:
1. the cigarette comprises a smoking medium rod, 2 composite cigarette paper, 3 tipping paper, 4 a filter stick supporting section, 5 a filter stick cooling section, 6 a filter stick filtering section, 2a first cigarette paper layer, 2b a metal layer, 2c a coating layer, 2m and an adhesive layer.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments.
Example 1
A method of improving the smoking stability of a heated cigarette, the cigarette being prepared using the operations of: the cigarette comprises a smoking medium section, the smoking medium section is prepared by wrapping a smoking medium rod 1 with a composite cigarette paper 2, and the preparation method of the composite cigarette paper 2 comprises the following steps: the smoking medium rod is formed by bonding a first cigarette paper layer 2a, a metal layer 2b and a coating layer 2c through an adhesive layer 2m, wherein the coating layer 2c is in contact with the smoking medium rod 1.
The thickness of the metal layer 2b is 6 μm.
The metal layer 2b is an aluminum foil layer.
The second cigarette paper layer used in the coating layer 2c is cigarette paper with the gram weight of 40g per square meter and the air permeability of 1000CU, and the surface of the coating layer 2c is coated with additives, wherein the additives comprise 30 wt% of smoke agent, 20 wt% of essence and 50 wt% of gel. The gel only acts to absorb the dispersed smoke agent and flavour.
The smoking medium section prepared by the method is jointed with tipping paper 3, a filter stick supporting section 4, a filter stick cooling section 5 and a filter stick filtering section 6, and the heated cigarette is manufactured according to the conventional cigarette preparation process to obtain the heated cigarette A.
Example 2
The same smoking media was used to make a heated cigarette B of the same construction, differing from the heated cigarette a only in that the composite wrapper 2 of example 1 was replaced by plain wrapper. The smoking test was conducted on heated cigarette A, B, and the results of the amount of smoke during smoking of both cigarettes are shown in FIG. 3.
FIG. 3 shows: when the number of the suction openings is 7-12, the relative smoke quantity of the heated cigarette A can still be kept high, and the relative smoke quantity of the heated cigarette B is obviously reduced. Therefore, compared with the common cigarette, the cigarette prepared by the method has the advantages that the release of substances required in the smoking process is more uniform, the smoking stability is better, and the smoking amount can be up to 12 mouths without obvious reduction.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
