Abstract

本发明公开了一种双组份卷曲纺粘长丝无纺布,所述无纺布的纤维通过纺粘法制得,单根纤维由两种不同聚合物组成,在纤维截面中两种材料呈并列复合结构。两种材料的比例为5:5或4:6。在不同材料的不同张力作用下,纤维产生随机的弯曲,形成不同于常规纺粘长丝的卷曲状态。本发明采取并列复合纺丝的方法获得带卷曲的纺粘长丝,用带卷曲的纺粘长丝通过热风粘合制成纺粘无纺布,较同等平方克重的纺粘热风无纺布有更高的蓬松性,更大的厚度,在保持长丝无纺布高强、高效的前提下可获得更大的容尘量。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织新材料领域,涉及一种双组份卷曲纺粘长丝无纺布。
背景技术
纺粘长丝无纺布具有生产效率高,在物理机械性能,耐化学性能,耐气候性能等方面可设计等优势,得到越来越广泛的应用。近年来随着社会环保意识的增强,对各种过滤材料的需求不断提高,多种纺粘无纺布作为粗效过滤、中效过滤和支撑材料进入过滤行业。众所周知过滤材料除需求高滤效,低滤阻外,还希望滤材有较高的容尘能力。以往纺粘无纺布由于其纤维均呈直线无卷曲状态,与短纤产品比较,其三维结构中空隙小,自然容尘量低,虽然在其它物理性能等多方面优于短纤产品且加工成本低,旦仍不能进入对容尘量有较高要求的市场。市场需求能提高容尘量的纺粘无纺布。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷,而提供通过纺粘法加工路线,获得一种高透气,高容尘的纺粘无纺布。
为了实现上述目的,本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双组份卷曲纺粘长丝无纺布,所述无纺布的纤维通过纺粘法制得,单根纤维由两种不同聚合物组成,在纤维截面中两种材料呈并列复合结构。两种材料的比例为5:5或4:6。在不同材料的不同张力作用下,纤维产生随机的弯曲,形成不同于常规纺粘长丝的卷曲状态。
所述聚合物可以为PE、PP、PA、PET和PLA其中一种或者多种材料的组合。
所述纤维细度为2~20d,卷曲率为8~20个/米。
所述无纺布的单位质量为20~250g/m2,厚度0.3~1.5mm,透气量2000~6000L/m2/s。
利用本公司生产的双组份纺粘生产线纺制并列结构的双组份复合长丝,在纤维冷却成形的过程中由于两种组分的收缩应力不同造成纤维向一侧弯曲同时纤维延轴向扭曲,从而形成纤维的自然卷曲。材料可在PP;PE;PET;PLA等不同聚合物中选配,两者的收缩应力差越大,卷曲效果越好。所选聚合物的熔点应有不小于20度的差异,后道采用热风粘合的工艺加固纺粘纤网,这时低熔点的组份成为粘合剂。即可获得高透气、高容尘的纺粘无纺布。
本发明采取并列复合纺丝的方法获得带卷曲的纺粘长丝,用带卷曲的纺粘长丝通过热风粘合制成纺粘无纺布,较同等平方克重的纺粘热风无纺布有更高的蓬松性,更大的厚度,在保持长丝无纺布高强、高效的前提下可获得更大的容尘量。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明的有益效果。
一种双组份卷曲纺粘长丝无纺布,所述无纺布的纤维通过纺粘法制得,单根纤维由两种不同聚合物组成,在纤维截面中两种材料呈并列复合结构。两种材料的比例为5:5或4:6。在不同材料的不同张力作用下,纤维产生随机的弯曲,形成不同于常规纺粘长丝的卷曲状态。
所述聚合物可以为PE、PP、PA、PET和PLA其中一种或者多种材料的组合。
所述纤维细度为2~20d,卷曲率为8~20个/米。
所述无纺布的单位质量为20~250g/m2,厚度0.3~1.5mm,透气量2000~6000L/m2/s。

1.一种双组份卷曲纺粘长丝无纺布,其特征在于,所述无纺布的纤维通过纺粘法制得,单根纤维由两种不同聚合物组成,在纤维截面中两种材料呈并列复合结构。两种材料的比例为5:5或4:6。在不同材料的不同张力作用下,纤维产生随机的弯曲,形成不同于常规纺粘长丝的卷曲状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双组份卷曲纺粘长丝无纺布,其特征在于,所述聚合物可以为PE、PP、PA、PET和PLA其中一种或者多种材料的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双组份卷曲纺粘长丝无纺布,其特征在于,所述纤维细度为2~20d,卷曲率为8~20个/米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双组份卷曲纺粘长丝无纺布,其特征在于,所述无纺布的单位质量为20~250g/m2,厚度0.3~1.5mm,透气量2000~6000L/m2/s。
