本发明的碱液提取棉酚法,是一种直接从冷榨粗 棉油中采用碱液提取棉酚的方法,其特征在于使用的 碱性缓冲液pH值为9—10.5,从而大大地提高了棉 酚的产出率。对常规提取棉酚工艺实施改进,是经济 地,有效地。

Description

本发明属于棉酚提取方法的改进。
提取棉酚药物,通常采用的方法是丙酮提取法,苯胺法和乙醚提取法,无论采用三种中的任何一种方法,都要使用有机溶剂,有机溶剂成本高,不易回收,这是大家公知的,特别是从冷榨棉油中直接提取棉酚,再采用上述的方法,就更感到不适宜,不可取了。
本发明的目的在于在冷榨粗棉油直接提取棉酚时,采用碱液提取法,这样可大大提高棉酚的浓缩度,减少后处理中有机溶剂的耗费,然后再用稀酸液沉降,利用棉酚是一种强酸不溶于水,其钠盐易溶于水的原理,使棉酚很快析出。
本发明是一种直接从冷榨棉油中采用碱液提取棉酚的方法,其特征在于使用的碱性缓冲液pH值为9-10.5。
冷榨粗棉油加碱性缓冲液充分搅拌、静置,待明显分层后,放出碱提液,碱提液加稀HCl,产生淡黄色沉淀,此乃棉酚、脂肪酸的混合物,双层沙布过滤,滤物采用乙醚提取法提取,碱液的pH值低于9,提取率低,pH值高于10.5,棉酚易变性。
本发明的提取对象直接是从粗油中,而不是棉籽,它实质上是一个精制提取的方法,虽然油比棉籽的成本高,但生产周期缩短,产出率也就相应提高,如果把工艺过程中的损失棉油部分也计算在内,棉酚的提取采用此法是经济实惠的。
实施例1.20公斤粗毛油,加20公斤3%Na2CO3液充分搅拌,静置,放出碱液,碱液加10%HCl,产生黄色沉淀,过滤,滤渣加2升乙醚搅拌充分,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至1升。加300ml冰乙酸,放入冰箱中过夜,可得棉酚-冰乙醚粗品,粗品用0.4%Na2SO3500ml洗涤两次,再用1升石油醚洗涤,得棉酚42g(含量在96%以上)。
实施例2.20公斤粗毛油,20公斤6%NaHCO3或者6%NaOH,其它条件同上,得棉酚30g。
