Abstract
本发明提供了一种高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将去离子水和异丙醇配置成稀释液;(2)PEDOT:PSS原液加入到稀释液中,然后加入消光水性聚氨酯树脂,制得混合物A;(3)将流平剂、润湿剂、爽滑助剂依次加入到混合物A中搅拌均匀,制得高分子水性导电液;(4)将步骤(3)制得的导电液在塑料材料表面进行印刷涂布加工,然后将涂布后的材料烘干,从而制得高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料。本发明制得的包装材料具有优异的防静电效果、良好的耐擦洗性和优良的消光性,因此,本发明制得的包装材料具有广泛的应用价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于新材料技术领域,具体涉及一种高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的包装材料的生产工艺主要是将普通的高分子抗静电涂液通过涂布机,涂布在材料的表面,从而实现普通包装材料到抗静电包装材料的转变,从而解决对于包装材料的抗静电要求。
然而,随着对产品品质管控要求的日益增长,一、要求每个零部件或装载零部件的包装托盘都要通过二维码等扫码识别的数据录入管理,通过二维码对材料进行扫描识别时材料表面反光现象容易造成传感器不能有效识别,影响数据录入;二、要求更加洁净的包装材料,需要将包装材料进行反复的超声波纯水清洗才能实现品质要求;三、要求包装材料具有防灰尘和无指纹残留的特性;四、包装材料作为衬底能够更加突显待包装商品的特性,提高商品包装的档次感。然而现有工艺的制造方法不能同时满足上述要求,因此有必要对现有的包装材料进行进一步研究,以满足对包装材料日益增长的质量需求。
发明内容
为了解决以上现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料及其制备方法,用以解决包装过程中二维码扫码识别时材料表面的反光造成的传感器不能正常有效识别的问题,以及高清洁的超声波纯水清洗后稳定的静电防止效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将去离子水和异丙醇以1:1-1:10的体积比配置成稀释液;
(2)将固含量1.3-1.7%的聚(3,4-亚乙二氧基噻吩)-聚(苯乙烯磺酸)原液以1:1-1:20的体积比加入到稀释液中,然后以10-50%质量体积比g/mL加入消光水性聚氨酯树脂中,于室温下搅拌均匀,制得混合物A;
(3)将流平剂、润湿剂、爽滑助剂依次加入到混合物A中搅拌均匀,制得高分子水性导电液,其中流平剂的质量分数为0.6-4.5%,润湿剂的质量分数为0.8-3%,爽滑助剂的质量分数为0.3-2.2%;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的导电液在塑料材料表面进行印刷涂布加工,然后将涂布后的材料烘干,从而制得高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料。
进一步的,所述消光水性聚氨酯树脂为芳香族消光水性聚氨酯树脂或脂肪族消光水性聚氨酯树脂的一种或两种组合。
进一步的,所述水性聚氨酯树脂的固含量为20-40%。
进一步的,所述流平剂为有机硅氧烷类流平剂、丙烯酸酯类流平剂或丙烯酸类流平剂。
进一步的,所述润湿剂为聚乙二醇、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、二甲基亚砜或吐温80的一种或多种组合。
进一步的,所述爽滑助剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷或高分子硅酮的一种。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中的搅拌时间为30-60min,搅拌转速为200-500r/min。
进一步的,所述塑料材料为聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、非结晶化聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或聚乙烯。
以上所述的制备方法制得的高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料及其制备方法,通过本发明的制备方法将普通材料变为新型的耐水、消光防静电材料,从而满足电子元器件、医疗器械、微电子产品等包装领域对包装材料的防静电需求,同时该材料经清洗以及醇类药剂擦拭后仍保持优异的防静电效果和良好的透明性,并能实现二维码扫描所必要的特殊消除材料光泽感,减少反光性。本发明制得的包装材料具有优异的防静电效果、良好的耐擦洗性和优良的消光性,同时本发明可以在不改变材料材质的情况下对所需性能的包装材料进行制备,通过印刷涂布的制备工艺具有成本低、易成形、批量生产的效果,因此,本发明制得的包装材料具有广泛的应用价值。

本发明所用的原料均为市售原料。
实施例1
高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将去离子水和异丙醇以1:5的体积比配置成稀释液;
(2)将固含量1.3-1.7%的聚(3,4-亚乙二氧基噻吩)-聚(苯乙烯磺酸)原液以1:10的体积比加入到稀释液中,然后以30%质量体积比g/mL加入固含量为30%的芳香族消光水性聚氨酯树脂中,于室温下搅拌均匀,制得混合物A;
(3)将流平剂、润湿剂、爽滑助剂依次加入到混合物A中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为45min,搅拌转速为350r/min,制得高分子水性导电液,其中流平剂的质量分数为2.5%,润湿剂的质量分数为1.8%,爽滑助剂的质量分数为1.2%;所述流平剂为有机硅氧烷类流平剂,所述润湿剂为质量比为1:2的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,所述爽滑助剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的导电液在塑料材料表面进行印刷涂布加工,然后将涂布后的材料烘干,从而制得高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料。
所述塑料材料为聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、非结晶化聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或聚乙烯。
实施例2
高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将去离子水和异丙醇以1:1的体积比配置成稀释液;
(2)将固含量1.3-1.7%的聚(3,4-亚乙二氧基噻吩)-聚(苯乙烯磺酸)原液以1:1的体积比加入到稀释液中,然后以10%质量体积比g/mL加入质量比为1:1固含量为20%的芳香族消光水性聚氨酯树脂和脂肪族消光水性聚氨酯树脂中,于室温下搅拌均匀,制得混合物A;
(3)将流平剂、润湿剂、爽滑助剂依次加入到混合物A中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为30min,搅拌转速为200r/min,制得高分子水性导电液,其中流平剂的质量分数为0.6%,润湿剂的质量分数为0.8%,爽滑助剂的质量分数为0.3%;所述流平剂为有机硅氧烷类流平剂,所述润湿剂为二甲基亚砜,所述爽滑助剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的导电液在塑料材料表面进行印刷涂布加工,然后将涂布后的材料烘干,从而制得高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料。
所述塑料材料为聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、非结晶化聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或聚乙烯。
实施例3
高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将去离子水和异丙醇以1:3的体积比配置成稀释液;
(2)将固含量1.3-1.7%的聚(3,4-亚乙二氧基噻吩)-聚(苯乙烯磺酸)原液以1:5的体积比加入到稀释液中,然后以25%质量体积比g/mL加入固含量为22%的脂肪族消光水性聚氨酯树脂中,于室温下搅拌均匀,制得混合物A;
(3)将流平剂、润湿剂、爽滑助剂依次加入到混合物A中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为40min,搅拌转速为300r/min,制得高分子水性导电液,其中流平剂的质量分数为2%,润湿剂的质量分数为1%,爽滑助剂的质量分数为0.8%;所述流平剂为丙烯酸类流平剂,所述润湿剂为质量比为1:1的聚乙二醇、十二烷基硫酸钠,所述爽滑助剂为高分子硅酮;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的导电液在塑料材料表面进行印刷涂布加工,然后将涂布后的材料烘干,从而制得高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料。
所述塑料材料为聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、非结晶化聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或聚乙烯。
实施例4
高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将去离子水和异丙醇以1:10的体积比配置成稀释液;
(2)将固含量1.3-1.7%的聚(3,4-亚乙二氧基噻吩)-聚(苯乙烯磺酸)原液以1:20的体积比加入到稀释液中,然后以50%质量体积比g/mL加入固含量为40%的芳香族消光水性聚氨酯树脂中,于室温下搅拌均匀,制得混合物A;
(3)将流平剂、润湿剂、爽滑助剂依次加入到混合物A中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为60min,搅拌转速为500r/min,制得高分子水性导电液,其中流平剂的质量分数为4.5%,润湿剂的质量分数为3%,爽滑助剂的质量分数为2.2%;所述流平剂为有机硅氧烷类流平剂;所述润湿剂为十二烷基磺酸钠;所述爽滑助剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的导电液在塑料材料表面进行印刷涂布加工,然后将涂布后的材料烘干,从而制得高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料。
所述塑料材料为聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、非结晶化聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或聚乙烯。
将实施例1-4制得的以聚苯乙烯为基底的包装材料和未经处理的聚苯乙烯材料(对比例)进行耐摩擦测试、摩擦后表面电阻率的测试和光泽度测试,耐摩擦测试:使用弧形耐磨试验机用药棉(分别蘸取水和乙醇)对材料的表面进行往复擦拭,擦拭50次后通过药棉观察材料的表面有无脱落物,表面电阻率参照GB/T1410-2006进行测试,采用60°光泽度仪测试材料表面的光泽度。测试结果如表1所示,从表1中得出,本发明制得的包装材料经过耐摩擦测试后没有脱落物出现,从而说明该材料具有良好的耐摩擦性能,同时该材料的电阻率低至4.85×105,表现出良好的抗静电性能,光泽度低至2.8%,因此具有优异的消光性能。

1.高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将去离子水和异丙醇以1:1-1:10的体积比配置成稀释液;
(2)将固含量1.3-1.7%的聚(3,4-亚乙二氧基噻吩)-聚(苯乙烯磺酸)原液以1:1-1:20的体积比加入到稀释液中,然后以10-50%质量体积比g/mL加入消光水性聚氨酯树脂中,于室温下搅拌均匀,制得混合物A;
(3)将流平剂、润湿剂、爽滑助剂依次加入到混合物A中搅拌均匀,制得高分子水性导电液,其中流平剂的质量分数为0.6-4.5%,润湿剂的质量分数为0.8-3%,爽滑助剂的质量分数为0.3-2.2%;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述消光水性聚氨酯树脂为芳香族消光水性聚氨酯树脂或脂肪族消光水性聚氨酯树脂的一种或两种组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水性聚氨酯树脂的固含量为20-40%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述流平剂为有机硅氧烷类流平剂、丙烯酸酯类流平剂或丙烯酸类流平剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为聚乙二醇、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、二甲基亚砜或吐温80的一种或多种组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述爽滑助剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷或高分子硅酮的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的搅拌时间为30-60min,搅拌转速为200-500r/min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述塑料材料为聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、非结晶化聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或聚乙烯。
9.权利要求1-8任一项所述的制备方法制得的高清洁耐水洗、消光防静电包装材料。
