本发明涉及一种少废料大耳贴分切机构,包括机架及依流水线可转动地设于机架上的切废辊、第一底辊、第二底辊、吸附转移辊、压紧辊,所述机架上设有驱动切废辊的第一电机,所述第一底辊、第二底辊、吸附转移辊分别通过齿轮传动相连,所述机架上设有与第二底辊配合的切刀辊,所述机架上设有驱动切刀辊的第二电机。其实现了切断废料能够快速回收的技术问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一次性卫生用品设备领域,尤其涉及一种少废料大耳贴分切机构。
背景技术
目前,耳贴、腰贴的成型往往是通过成卷的材料剪裁而成型的,但是现有的剪裁往往会产生许多废料,而且废料都是一个一个的片状物,无法再利用。现有的切断装置的结构,通常包括一个切刀辊及与其配合的底辊,如中国专利号:CN201620624791.X所公开的一种切断贴合机构,包括上刀辊装置、下刀辊装置和刀架,所述上刀辊装置和下刀辊装置均可转动的置于所述刀架内,所述上刀辊装置处于所述下刀辊装置的上方,且所述上刀辊装置的第一刀辊辊径和下刀辊装置的第二刀辊辊径一致;所述上刀辊装置和下刀辊装置之间输入切割材料,所述上刀辊装置对切割材料进行切割。如何利用切刀装置的设置使其所切废料能够快速回收也就成为了本申请人研究的方向。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提出一种少废料大耳贴分切机构,其实现了切断废料能够快速回收的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种少废料大耳贴分切机构,包括机架及依流水线可转动地设于机架上的切废辊、第一底辊、第二底辊、吸附转移辊、压紧辊,所述机架上设有驱动切废辊的第一电机,所述第一底辊、第二底辊、吸附转移辊分别通过齿轮传动相连,所述机架上设有与第二底辊配合的切刀辊,所述机架上设有驱动切刀辊的第二电机。
进一步的,所述第一底辊、第二底辊、吸附转移辊的结构相同,均包括紧固于机架上的轴套、可转动地设于轴套内的转轴、内筒支架、锁紧于转轴自由端上且罩设于内筒支架外的外筒,所述外筒的圆周侧壁上设有连通内筒支架内部的吸附孔,所述内筒支架包括固于转轴上的内筒套、设于内筒套上的两个隔板、设于内筒套上的间隔板,两隔板将外筒分隔成气腔部与非气腔部,所述间隔板将气腔部分隔成负压腔与正压腔,所述正压腔上设有连通外部正压装置的正压口,所述负压腔上设有连通外部负压装置的负压口,所述内筒支架上设有与外筒实现密封的密封侧板,两隔板上设有与外筒实现密封的密封隔板。
进一步的,所述间隔板上设有与外筒实现密封的密封间隔板。
进一步的,所述轴套外设有一固定板,所述机架上设有一调整板,所述调整板上设有容置轴套穿设且移动的通孔,所述固定板可沿调整板上下滑移,所述调整板上下两端均设有用于紧固固定板的第一紧固螺栓,所述机架上位于调整板的一侧设有用于紧固调整板的第二紧固螺栓,所述机架上位于调整板的一侧设有用于紧固固定板的第三紧固螺栓。
进一步的,所述通孔为椭圆形孔,椭圆形孔的短轴为水平方向且等于轴套的外径。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本方案通过多个辊的设置,使得切废辊切除多余废料后,能够将废料带走,而剩余材料继续输送进入第一底辊、切刀辊、第二底辊、吸附转移辊、压紧辊,从而实现耳贴的成型,使得耳贴的成型效果更好,而且废料能够完整被回收;进一步的,通过结构上的变化使得其稳定性更好,而密封侧板与密封隔板的设置可以使其气密性更好,密封侧板与密封隔板采用较好的密封材料,如聚四氟乙烯;进一步的,密封间隔板的设置,可以进一步提升气密性;进一步的,通过固定板、调整板、通孔、第一紧固螺栓、第二紧固螺栓、第三紧固螺栓的设置,可以实现轴套的微调,当转轴与输出轴不同轴时,可以实现调整使其同轴,从而减少振动;进一步的,椭圆形孔及椭圆形孔的短轴为水平方向且等于轴套的外径的设置,可以使得在左右调整时依靠调整板进行,而上下调整依靠固定板进行,从而实现其良好的稳定性。

参考图1至图6,本实施例提供一种少废料大耳贴分切机构,包括机架1及依流水线可转动地设于机架1上的切废辊2、第一底辊3、第二底辊4、吸附转移辊5、压紧辊6,所述机架1上设有驱动切废辊2的第一电机7,所述第一底辊3、第二底辊4、吸附转移辊5分别通过齿轮传动相连,所述机架1上设有与第二底辊4配合的切刀辊8,所述机架1上设有驱动切刀辊8的第二电机9。
所述第一底辊3、第二底辊4、吸附转移辊5的结构相同,均包括紧固于机架1上的轴套52、可转动地设于轴套52内的转轴53、内筒支架54、锁紧于转轴53自由端上且罩设于内筒支架54外的外筒55,所述外筒55的圆周侧壁上设有连通内筒支架54内部的吸附孔551,所述内筒支架54包括固于转轴上的内筒套541、设于内筒套541上的两个隔板542、设于内筒套541上的间隔板543,两隔板542将外筒55分隔成气腔部552与非气腔部553,所述间隔板543将气腔部552分隔成负压腔5521与正压腔5522,所述正压腔5522上设有连通外部正压装置的正压口544,所述负压腔5521上设有连通外部负压装置的负压口545,所述内筒支架54上设有与外筒55实现密封的密封侧板546,两隔板542上设有与外筒5实现密封的密封隔板547。所述间隔板543上设有与外筒55实现密封的密封间隔板548。
所述轴套52外设有一固定板56,所述机架1上设有一调整板57,所述调整板7上设有容置轴套52穿设且移动的通孔521,所述通孔521为椭圆形孔,椭圆形孔的短轴为水平方向且等于轴套52的外径。所述固定板56可沿调整板57上下滑移,所述调整板57上下两端均设有用于紧固固定板56的第一紧固螺栓571,所述机架上位于调整板57的一侧设有用于紧固调整板57的第二紧固螺栓511,所述机架1上位于调整板57的一侧设有用于紧固固定板56的第三紧固螺栓512。

1.一种少废料大耳贴分切机构,其特征在于:包括机架及依流水线可转动地设于机架上的切废辊、第一底辊、第二底辊、吸附转移辊、压紧辊,所述机架上设有驱动切废辊的第一电机,所述第一底辊、第二底辊、吸附转移辊分别通过齿轮传动相连,所述机架上设有与第二底辊配合的切刀辊,所述机架上设有驱动切刀辊的第二电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种少废料大耳贴分切机构,其特征在于:所述第一底辊、第二底辊、吸附转移辊的结构相同,均包括紧固于机架上的轴套、可转动地设于轴套内的转轴、内筒支架、锁紧于转轴自由端上且罩设于内筒支架外的外筒,所述外筒的圆周侧壁上设有连通内筒支架内部的吸附孔,所述内筒支架包括固于转轴上的内筒套、设于内筒套上的两个隔板、设于内筒套上的间隔板,两隔板将外筒分隔成气腔部与非气腔部,所述间隔板将气腔部分隔成负压腔与正压腔,所述正压腔上设有连通外部正压装置的正压口,所述负压腔上设有连通外部负压装置的负压口,所述内筒支架上设有与外筒实现密封的密封侧板,两隔板上设有与外筒实现密封的密封隔板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种少废料大耳贴分切机构,其特征在于:所述间隔板上设有与外筒实现密封的密封间隔板。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种少废料大耳贴分切机构,其特征在于:所述轴套外设有一固定板,所述机架上设有一调整板,所述调整板上设有容置轴套穿设且移动的通孔,所述固定板可沿调整板上下滑移,所述调整板上下两端均设有用于紧固固定板的第一紧固螺栓,所述机架上位于调整板的一侧设有用于紧固调整板的第二紧固螺栓,所述机架上位于调整板的一侧设有用于紧固固定板的第三紧固螺栓。
