背景技术
随着现代人生活水平的提高以及饮食结构的改变,高血脂症的病人越来越多, 高血脂症是指高胆固醇、高甘油三脂、极低密度脂蛋白增高和高密度脂蛋白降低的脂蛋白代谢异常性疾病,高血脂症是动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、高血压、糖尿病的危险因素,严重威胁着人类身体健康。高血脂症是一种很顽固的慢性疾病,不是一朝一夕就能治好的,对于高血脂症患者,除了要改变日常生活中的饮食、生活方式外,还需要进行药物治疗,但是所有降脂药都有一定的副作用。所以,近年来利用天然食用原料加工成食用安全的降血脂产品成了本领域科研工作者研究的热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种口感好、果香浓郁、饮用安全的具有降血脂功能的口服液的制作方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
把马铃薯洗净去皮,取180-220克切成4-5毫米厚的土豆片,加水1000毫升,煮沸半小时后过滤得滤液,在滤液中加入20g葡萄糖,2g磷酸二氢钾,1g 硫酸镁,搅拌溶解并定容至1000毫升得马铃薯提取液。
将橙子榨汁得橙汁,按照质量比1:1的比例将马铃薯提取液和橙汁混合均匀,在90-95℃条件下灭菌10分钟,降温到22-28℃,从斜面上接入猴头菇菌种,在22-28℃、160-200rpm的条件下摇床培养80-96小时得猴头菇发酵液,猴头菇发酵液经菌丝体胶体磨磨浆得营养浆液,营养浆液再经过滤、调配、浓缩、灌装、封口、灭菌即得成品。
本发明的口服液有益效果包括以下几个方面:
第一,本发明的口服液的原料经过了猴头菇的发酵作用,猴头菇代谢产生大量的猴头菇多糖,猴头菇多糖能降低血清中甘油三酯和总胆固醇的含量,具有明显的降血脂作用,另外,猴头菇多糖还有保护胃黏膜和保护肝脏的作用,高血脂症患者很多都同时伴有高血压和高血糖的症状,猴头菇多糖可以减少降压药和降糖药对胃和肝脏的损害。
第二,本发明的口服液所用原料都是天然食材,不含药物成分,对人体没有副作用,食用是安全的。
第三,本发明的口服液的原料含有橙子,橙子中丰富的维生素P能增强毛细血管壁的弹性,对高脂血症有益,橙子中所含的黄酮和柠檬素成分可以增加血液中高密度脂蛋白含量,降低低密度脂蛋白的含量,另外,橙子中的黄酮大部分以糖苷的形式存在,不易被人体吸收,猴头菇代谢产生的β-葡萄糖苷酶可以将橙子中的糖苷型黄酮转化成苷元型黄酮,苷元型黄酮不仅易被人体吸收,而且其生理活性也比其相应的糖苷型黄酮高,经过测定,本发明实施例的口服液中黄酮糖苷转化成黄酮苷元的转化率为90%。
第四,本发明的口服液具有浓郁的果香,橙汁经过猴头菇发酵后,猴头菇代谢产生的β-葡萄糖苷酶可以将橙子中的结合态呈香物质转化成游离态呈香物质,增加本发明口服液的香气。
具体实施方式
本发明采用的猴头菌CICC50081采购于中国工业微生物菌种保藏管理中心。
把马铃薯洗净去皮,取200克切成4-5毫米厚的土豆片,加水1000毫升,煮沸半小时后过滤得滤液,在滤液中加入20g葡萄糖,2g磷酸二氢钾,1g 硫酸镁,搅拌溶解并定容至1000毫升得马铃薯提取液。
将橙子榨汁得橙汁,按照质量比1:1的比例将马铃薯提取液和橙汁混合均匀,在90℃条件下灭菌10分钟,降温到25℃,从斜面上接入猴头菇菌种,在25℃、180rpm的条件下摇床培养88小时得猴头菇发酵液,猴头菇发酵液经菌丝体胶体磨磨浆得营养浆液,营养浆液再经过滤、调配、浓缩、灌装、封口、灭菌即得成品。
本发明降血脂口服液实施效果试验:
筛选体检血脂四项 ( TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C )中有1-4项异常的受试者20人,让这20位受试者饮用本发明实施例的降血脂口服液,试验时间为60天,试验期间每天早饭后和晚饭后各饮用50毫升,这期间不服用降血脂类药物,60天后,测定其血液中TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C浓度,并与饮用本发明降血脂口服前体检情况进行比较,结果显示,受试者总胆固醇( TC )平均下降了18.11%,甘油三酯( TG ) 平均降低15.33%,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C) 平均降低21.49%,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C) 平均升高了8.34%,从以上数据可以看出,本发明的口服液具有明显的降血脂功效,同时本发明的降血脂口服液还可以提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C) 对血管有保护作用,可以大大降低冠心病发病几率。
以下举例说明 :
周×,男,46 岁,体检时总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯三项都超标,320排冠脉CT显示右冠状动脉非钙化及钙化斑块,官腔狭窄25-49%,伴有胸闷、气短、活动后喘憋等症状,试验期间每天早饭后和晚饭后各饮用本发明实施例的口服液50毫升,连续饮用60天后,复查时总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯都恢复正常水平,胸闷、气短、活动后喘憋等症状消失。
孙××,女,51岁,体检时总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯三项都超标,同时患有2型糖尿病,试验期间每天早饭后和晚饭后各饮用本发明实施例的口服液50毫升,连续饮用60天后,复查时总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯都恢复正常水平,同时血糖指标也得到明显改善。

⑴把马铃薯洗净去皮,取180-220克切成4-5毫米厚的土豆片,加水1000毫升,煮沸半小时后过滤得滤液,在滤液中加入20g葡萄糖,2g磷酸二氢钾,1g 硫酸镁,搅拌溶解并定容至1000毫升得马铃薯提取液;
