3)冰糖放入锅中，用适量清水加热溶化至沸，微炼至黄色时，趁热用纱布过滤去渣；
4)将白酒装入酒坛内，将药袋放入酒中，加盖密闭，每日翻动搅拌1次，浸泡10～15天，泡至参杞色淡味薄，用细布滤除沉淀；
5)加入冰糖搅匀，再静置过滤，澄清即成。
