Abstract

一种优先短停的泊位分级动态定价方法，对某停车区域中的泊位进行分级，并对其中优质泊位进行定价，其步骤包括：(1)简历泊位信息表；(2)对泊位进行分级，确定优质泊位数量；(3)确定单位计费时长；(4)确定优质泊位停车收费价格，并对其进行调节；(5)确定实时检测时隔时长，每隔时长对在优质泊位处停车的实际车辆数和优质泊位的占有率进行实时统计与检测；(6)将实时检测数据与预测数据进行比较，确定之后时段的优质泊位停车收费价格。该方法通过对不同停车资源进行时间、空间差异化定价，实现对停车需求的管理和引导，通过递增累进计费的方式，精细化地设定优质泊位的收费价格并根据实际情况进行动态调整，以达到将有限的优质泊位优先供给停车时长较短的车辆的目的。
