本发明提供一种农用拖拉机排烟管过滤器,包括密封垫,法兰,排烟弯管,排渣口,过滤网,过滤装置和排放管,本发明法兰和密封垫的设置,通过法兰使密封垫紧紧的与柴油机进行密封连接,加强了排烟弯管和柴油机之间的密封效果,有效的防止出现跑烟的现象;玻璃纤维棉和吸油棉的设置,吸油棉能够对燃烧不完全的废油进行吸附,减少废弃油雾的排出量,减少对空气的污染,玻璃纤维棉能够吸附大量的噪音,并减少排烟管的整体热量,避免误碰发生烫伤的情况;过滤网和排渣口的设置,过滤网能够实现烟气颗粒的过滤,减少pm2.5的排出量,排渣口便于对烟气颗粒进行清除,保证了排烟管的清洁性。

一种农用拖拉机排烟管过滤器
技术领域
本发明属于尾气过滤技术领域,尤其涉及一种农用拖拉机排烟管过滤器。
背景技术
目前,普通的汽车柴油机尾气过滤器,其排放的污染物中含有碳烟颗粒物(PM)、烃类(HC)、CO和NOx等。因为尾气中O2含量较高,故HC和CO排放量较少,一般只有汽油机的1/10,NOx排放量与汽油机大致相同,而PM的排放量约为汽油机的几十倍,因此现有的柴油机尾气过滤器不能有效过滤碳烟颗粒物,这样排放的尾气会有大量黑烟,造成环境污染。
中国专利公开号为CN 104234793 A,发明创造的名称为一种柴油机尾气过滤器。它包括过滤箱(1),所述过滤箱(1)内沿气流设置有氧化型催化器(2)和陶瓷蜂窝载体(3),过滤箱(1)的内表面涂覆有二氧化硅隔热涂层,氧化型催化器(2)和陶瓷蜂窝载体(3)的外表面均设置有隔热减震层(7)。本发明一种柴油机尾气过滤器,在陶瓷蜂窝载体和氧化型催化器两级过滤下,将主要成分为 CO、HC、NOx 的尾气,反应成 CO2、H2O、N2和O2,同时隔壁上的微孔能有效过滤废气中的碳烟颗粒,并在催化剂涂层的作用下碳烟颗粒会被燃烧掉,进一步提高了尾气净化效果。
但是现有的柴油机尾气过滤器还存着与柴油机安装的位置密封性差,容易出现跑烟现象,在输出功率大的时候柴油燃烧不完全,不能对废气中的油雾进行吸附,造成油雾污染的现象,以及噪音过滤不完全,产生了大量的噪音污染的问题。
因此,发明一种农用拖拉机排烟管过滤器显得非常必要。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种农用拖拉机排烟管过滤器,以解决现有的柴油机尾气过滤器还存着与柴油机安装的位置密封性差,容易出现跑烟现象,在输出功率大的时候柴油燃烧不完全,不能对废气中的油雾进行吸附,造成油雾污染的现象,以及噪音过滤不完全,产生了大量的噪音污染的问题。一种农用拖拉机排烟管过滤器,包括密封垫,法兰,排烟弯管,排渣口,过滤网,过滤装置和排放管,所述密封垫嵌装在法兰的一侧;所述法兰焊接在排烟弯管的右端;所述排烟弯管的顶部与进气管密封连接;所述排渣口开设在排烟弯管的转弯部的下方,外侧并扣接有盖板;所述过滤网嵌装在排烟弯管的内部的上端;所述过滤装置的两端分别与排烟弯管和排放管密封连接;所述排放管的顶部设置为微弯曲状。
所述过滤装置包括进气管,油雾过滤机构,固定板,散气孔,出气管,噪音回弹室,通孔和气体、噪音转换室,所述进气管通过固定板固定在油雾过滤机构的左端;所述固定板采用2个;所述散气孔采用若干个,分别开设在进气管和出气管的一端;所述出气管通过固定板固定在油雾过滤机构的右端;所述噪音回弹室设置在油雾过滤机构的右端;所述通孔开设在固定板上,并连通噪音回弹室和气体、噪音转换室。
所述散气孔设置的位置处于气体、噪音转换室内,有利于实现气体和噪音的转换,将过滤后的噪音和废气进行排放。
所述油雾过滤机构包括金属外壳,玻璃纤维棉和吸油棉,所述玻璃纤维棉设置在金属外壳的内部;所述吸油棉贴合在玻璃纤维棉的内侧。
所述密封垫具体采用丁晴橡胶密封垫,加强了排烟弯管和柴油机之间的密封效果,有效的防止出现跑烟的现象。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明法兰和密封垫的设置,通过法兰使密封垫紧紧的与柴油机进行密封连接,加强了排烟弯管和柴油机之间的密封效果,有效的防止出现跑烟的现象。
2.本发明的玻璃纤维棉和吸油棉的设置,吸油棉能够对燃烧不完全的废油进行吸附,减少废弃油雾的排出量,减少对空气的污染,玻璃纤维棉能够吸附大量的噪音,并减少排烟管的整体热量,避免误碰发生烫伤的情况。
3.本发明的噪音回弹室,通孔和气体、噪音转换室的设置,废气和声波进入进气管,通过进气管排入噪音回弹室,然后废气和声波经过噪音回弹室的反弹通过通孔反射到气体、噪音转换室内,再通过散气孔进入出气管内,在这里发生转换,然后通过出气管排出,有效的减少了噪音的污染和油雾的排出量,具有良好的废气,废油过滤效果。
4.本发明的过滤网和排渣口的设置,过滤网能够实现烟气颗粒的过滤,减少pm2.5的排出量,排渣口便于对烟气颗粒进行清除,保证了排烟管的清洁性。

工作原理
本发明中,使用时,首先将本新型通过法兰2与柴油机进行安装,中间并安装有密封垫1,法兰2使密封垫1紧紧的与柴油机进行密封连接,加强了排烟弯管7和柴油机之间的密封效果,有效的防止出现跑烟的现象,当烟气排放时,过滤网5能够实现烟气颗粒的过滤,减少pm2.5的排出量,排渣口4便于对烟气颗粒进行清除,保证了排烟管3的清洁性,经过过滤网5过滤后的废气和声波进入进气管61,通过进气管61排入噪音回弹室66,然后废气和声波经过噪音回弹室66的反弹通过通孔67反射到气体、噪音转换室68内,再通过散气孔64进入出气管65内,在这里发生转换,然后通过出气管65排出,有效的减少了噪音的污染和油雾的排出量,吸油棉623能够对燃烧不完全的废油进行吸附,减少废弃油雾的排出量,减少对空气的污染,玻璃纤维棉622能够吸附大量的噪音,并减少过滤装置6的整体热量,避免误碰发生烫伤的情况。
利用本发明所述技术方案,或本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案的启发下,设计出类似的技术方案,而达到上述技术效果的,均是落入本发明的保护范围。
