本发明涉及汽车环保领域,特别是指一种汽车尾气净化器。本发明的汽车尾气净化器包括固定装置、进气管、烟气净化室、过滤室、三元催化室和排气管,其特征在于,所述固定装置连接尾气排放端,所述进气管将汽车燃烧箱内产生的尾气引入至烟气净化室,所述烟气净化室与过滤室相连接,所述过滤室与三元催化室之间相连接,所述三元催化室连接排气管。本发明的汽车尾气净化器,结构简单,不易堵塞,净化效果好,使用寿命也得到大大的提高,同时降低了汽车的噪音污染,又达到了较好的减震效果。

一种汽车尾气净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车环保领域,具体是指一种汽车尾气净化器。
背景技术
汽车排出的尾气成分主要有碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、一氧化碳、颗粒碳等。三元催化主要是将汽车尾气中的碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、一氧化碳等有害气体通过氧化和还原作用转变为无害的二氧化碳、水和氮气。但是催化剂表面沉积颗粒会使催化剂表面活性降低甚至失效,因此大多数尾气净化器会在催化剂载体前加设过滤装置。但是现在采用的过滤装置上沉积颗粒碳的效果不是太好,容易堵塞,因此需要频繁更换过滤装置,大大降低了净化器的使用寿命。
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种净化效果好、使用寿命长的汽车尾气净化器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种汽车尾气净化器,包括固定装置、进气管、烟气净化室、过滤室、三元催化室和排气管,其特征在于,所述固定装置连接尾气排放端,所述进气管将汽车燃烧箱内产生的尾气引入至烟气净化室,所述烟气净化室与过滤室相连接,所述过滤室与三元催化室之间相连接,所述三元催化室连接排气管。
进一步的,所述烟气净化室上部设有注液口,所述注液口设有盖子可以打开闭合,所述烟气净化室下部设有排液口和排液阀,所述排液口由排液阀控制开关,所述烟气净化室内的液体通过排液口排除到烟气净化室之外。
进一步的,所述烟气净化室中注入的液体为高锰酸钾溶液。
进一步的,所述过滤室为蜂窝状陶瓷网或蜂窝状氧化铝网。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明所达到的技术效果为:该净化器,结构简单,不易堵塞,净化效果好,使用寿命也得到大大的提高,同时降低了汽车的噪音污染,又达到了较好的减震效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的汽车尾气净化器作进一步说明:
实施例:汽车尾气净化器包括固定装置1、进气管2、烟气净化室3、过滤室4、三元催化室5和排气管6,固定装置通过螺纹连接尾气排放端,所述的进气管将汽车燃烧箱内产生的尾气引入至烟气净化室,然后依次通过过滤室、三元催化室,并通过排气管将净化的尾气排放到空气中。
所述烟气净化室上部设有注液口7,所述注液口设有盖子可以打开闭合,所述烟气净化室下部设有排液口8和排液阀9,所述排液口由排液阀控制开关,所述烟气净化室内的液体通过排液口排除到烟气净化室之外。
所述烟气净化室中注入的液体为高锰酸钾溶液。
所述过滤室为蜂窝状陶瓷网或蜂窝状氧化铝网。
在使用过程中,汽车排放的尾气通过进气口引入烟气净化室,烟气净化室内的高锰酸钾溶液有效的吸收二氧化硫气体,以及固体颗粒,然后通过过滤室进一步的去除固体颗粒,最后经过过滤的尾气通过三元催化室将碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、一氧化碳等转化为二氧化碳、水和氮气排入到大气中。
本发明的汽车尾气净化器,结构简单,不易堵塞,净化效果好,使用寿命也得到大大的提高,同时降低了汽车的噪音污染,又达到了较好的减震效果。

1.一种汽车尾气净化器,包括固定装置、进气管、烟气净化室、过滤室、三元催化室和排气管,其特征在于,所述固定装置连接尾气排放端,所述进气管将汽车燃烧箱内产生的尾气引入至烟气净化室,所述烟气净化室与过滤室相连接,所述过滤室与三元催化室之间相连接,所述三元催化室连接排气管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于,所述烟气净化室上部设有注液口,所述注液口设有盖子可以打开闭合,所述烟气净化室下部设有排液口和排液阀,所述排液口由排液阀控制开关,所述烟气净化室内的液体通过排液口排除到烟气净化室之外。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于,所述烟气净化室中注入的液体为高锰酸钾溶液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于,所述过滤室为蜂窝状陶瓷网或蜂窝状氧化铝网。
