本发明涉及快速卷帘门用轻型门帘带,具体涉及轻型门帘带及其制备方法。
背景技术
快速卷帘门,具有保温、保冷、防虫、防风、防尘、隔音、防火、防异味、采光等多项功能,并广泛用于食品、化学、纺织、电子、超市、冷冻、物流、仓储等多种场所,可极高的满足高性能物流及洁净场所,并且节省能源,高速自动关闭,提高作业效率,创造更佳的作业环境等优点。随着大型卷帘门的使用,对门帘带的要求也越来越高。传统的门帘带是采用横向稳定聚酯织物,因此横向和纵向性能差异较大,不能换方向使用,因此受加工设备宽度的限制已经很难满足现在客户的需求。
CN201210167868.1公开了一种工业用无方向性门帘带及其制造方法,采用聚酯织物作为基布,采用二基布间贴合PVC胶粘层结构,其中,所述的基布为无横向稳定聚酯织物,织物中不含单丝,织物经纬密度为4030,其中,经、纬向细度均为1000D的超低收缩聚酯复丝,加捻60转/米。该发明采用了PVC胶粘层结构,解决了门帘带定向使用的问题,但是,强度和耐磨性很差。
聚氯乙烯(PVC)价格低廉,耐磨、耐酸碱性、阻燃、电绝缘性性好,已广泛用于门帘带的生产中。PVC发泡材料具有密度小用材少、质量轻、隔音、节能保温、防水性好、不吸湿等优点,将其用于门帘带的涂层,会赋予其质轻、柔软的优点,提高作业效率,节省能源。PVC发泡材料主要应用于硬质PVC,还未见用于制备软质PVC门帘带生产的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种质轻且成本低,强度高,耐磨性好,提高作业效率,节省能源的轻型门帘带及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:一种轻型门帘带,该门帘带由基布上下表面涂覆PVC发泡涂层制得,其特征在于,所述的PVC发泡涂层的配方包括以下重量份的组分:
PVC 100,
增塑剂40~80,
稳定剂2~6,
发泡剂0.1~5,
空心玻璃微珠1-50,
色浆0.1~5。
所述的PVC的聚合度为1000-1800,发泡后PVC树脂密度为0.3-1.1g/cm3,硬度为shoreA45~85°。
所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯(DOP),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP),邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DNOP),对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)中的一种或几种。
所述的稳定剂为钡锌热稳定剂或钙锌热稳定剂。
所述的发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)。
空心玻璃微珠是一种轻质非金属多功能材料,具有质量轻、强度高、隔热性能好等独特的特点,被誉为“空间时代新材料”。空心玻璃微珠用于树脂的填充,吸油率比碳酸钙等普通填料要小得多,可使粘度显著下降,具有更好的流动性,适用于制造面积大而薄的板材,提高生产效率。提高树脂强度和耐磨性,可使材料具有良好的尺寸稳定性,提高刚性和耐热温度。
上述轻型门帘带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份将PVC 100,增塑剂40~80,稳定剂2~6,发泡剂0.1~5,空心玻璃微珠1-50,色浆0.1~5,混合均匀,得到PVC发泡糊料;
(2)采用聚酯或聚酰胺织物作为基布,首先基布定型处理后,在基布的上、下表面底涂PVC胶粘层、接着按厚度0.1-2mm涂覆PVC发泡糊料,控制温度为150~220℃使PVC涂层熟化,待涂层烘干,定型处理结束后,整理收卷。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.PVC发泡材料质轻,省料,保温,隔热,降低成本。
2.PVC糊料里添加空心玻璃微珠,大大改善了生产操作条件,提高生产效率,提高材料强度和耐磨性等性能。
3.空心玻璃微珠成本较PVC糊树脂低,将其作为填充剂,降低成本,具有很好的经济效益。

采用聚酯织物作为基布,热定型处理后,在基布的上、下表面底涂PVC胶粘层、接着按厚度0.1mm涂覆PVC发泡糊料,控制温度为150~220℃使PVC涂层熟化,待涂层烘干,定型处理结束后,整理收卷。
按重量份计,PVC发泡涂层配方为:PVC 100;增塑剂DOP50;钙锌稳定剂5;发泡剂AC0.1;空心玻璃微珠20;色浆0.5。
实施例2
轻型门帘带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份将PVC 100,增塑剂DOP 40,钡锌热稳定剂2,偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)0.1,空心玻璃微珠1,色浆2,混合均匀,得到PVC发泡糊料;
(2)采用聚酯或聚酰胺织物作为基布,首先基布定型处理后,在基布的上、下表面底涂PVC胶粘层、接着按厚度0.3mm涂覆PVC发泡糊料,控制温度为150℃使PVC涂层熟化,待涂层烘干,定型处理结束后,整理收卷。
实施例3
轻型门帘带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份将PVC 100,增塑剂DBP 80,钡锌热稳定剂6,偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)3,空心玻璃微珠50,色浆5,混合均匀,得到PVC发泡糊料;
(2)采用聚酯或聚酰胺织物作为基布,首先基布定型处理后,在基布的上、下表面底涂PVC胶粘层、接着按厚度2mm涂覆PVC发泡糊料,控制温度为220℃使PVC涂层熟化,待涂层烘干,定型处理结束后,整理收卷。

由上述数据可以看出本发明所述的门帘带的密度较对比例降低很多,本发明得到的门帘带密度可低至0.3-1.1g/cm3,与对比例相比,耐磨性好,质量轻,硬度小,柔软易卷,力学性能相差不太大,可降低企业成本,节省能源。

所述的PVC的聚合度为1000-1800,发泡后PVC树脂密度为0.3-1.1g/cm3,硬度为shoreA45~85°,所述的发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)。
