Abstract
本发明涉及在内部和外部具有不同层叠结构的复合钢管及复合波形钢管,更具体地,涉及为了实现如上所述的结构而使用的钢管制造用粘结组合物,或者包含其的粘结膜及使用其来制造的复合镀锌钢板或复合镀锌波形钢管、它们的制造方法。在钢板的上部面或钢管的外部面中导入可同时确保刚性和粘结性两种特性的网纱并使用特有的粘结组合物,从而可防止薄膜粘结力下降而产生的自然剥离现象。并且具有如下的优点,即,可解决钢管的外部表面的耐久性或耐腐蚀性及耐磨性提高但耐冲击性弱的问题,可有效解决钢板的下部面或钢管的内部面的耐久性、耐腐蚀性及耐冲击性优秀但在钢管的内部中因异物(杂石或沙子等)而导致耐磨性相对降低的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及在内部和外部具有不同层叠结构的复合钢管及复合波形钢管,更具体地,涉及为了实现如上所述的结构而使用的钢管制造用粘结组合物,或者包含其的粘结膜及使用其来制造的复合镀锌钢板或复合镀锌波形钢管、它们的制造方法。
本发明的复合钢管及复合波形钢管具有如下的复合结构,即,通过高频感应加热来使聚乙烯片熔敷在镀锌钢板或镀锌波形钢管的内侧内部,在外侧外部具有附着于聚乙烯片的上部的网纱。本发明的特征在于,为了使上述聚乙烯片与作为基材的镀锌钢板或镀锌波形钢管稳定地熔敷结合,在上述聚乙烯片涂敷具有特定组成成分的粘结组合物,或者还包含浸渍有这种粘结组合物的粘结片。
背景技术
波形钢管在污水及废水的排放、农业用水、盐海地区、海洋工程、建筑领域等中作为中空铸模或建筑溜槽而广泛使用。以往的混凝土管存在施工时的人力不足和费用及环境毁损等问题,因此最近,高外压强度和结构性稳定性、耐久性、经济性及施工性优秀的薄型钢管备受瞩目。
图1为以往的普遍使用的公知的波形钢管的结构图。如上述图1所示,波形钢管10具有形成峰和谷并向长度方向以螺纹形态连续缠绕的形态,镀锌层12、聚乙烯膜层13对称形成在钢板11的外周面和内周面。
在这种以往的波形钢管的情况下,为了防止由污水、废水、生活废水的毒性引起的腐蚀和氧化而将聚乙烯膜涂敷在镀锌上。但是,这种现有技术中的聚乙烯膜本身怕外部冲击且存在拉力下降的问题。即,通常,考虑到波形钢管的腐蚀而使用镀锌钢板,但为了保护这种镀锌钢板而仅涂敷聚乙烯膜时,在波形钢管的生产、运输、施工过程中产生薄膜的表面容易受损的现象,从而存在波形钢管的寿命缩短的问题。
例如,在施工时,在利用如起重机或挖掘机等重型装备来移送波形钢管并埋设在设置场所的过程中,因重型装备而在波形钢管的外周面产生刮痕(压痕、划痕),因而可产生聚乙烯膜及甚至其下部的镀锌钢板受损的现象。
并且,在施工之后,在波形钢管的内周面的内部不仅移送污废水,而且还有石头、小石块等也被移送,因这种石头、小石块等而产生聚乙烯膜及甚至其下部的镀锌钢板受损的现象。
为了改善如上所述的问题,在作为另一现有文献的韩国公开专利第2006-106592号中,首先,在无纺布的上部面通过加热压接聚乙烯膜来进行粘结之后,在无纺布的下部面通过加热压接聚乙烯膜来进行粘结。即,在上述现有文献中,可在波形钢管的表面插入无纺布来使强度和耐久性增加,但是,织物形态的无纺布在特性上存在无纺布与聚乙烯膜之间的粘结力下降的问题。即,由于无纺布与聚乙烯膜不是直接粘结的形态,因此,仍然存在在施工前后上述聚乙烯膜被剥离的问题。
并且,对于这种波形钢管的外周面的聚乙烯膜中由重型装备产生的外部冲击和在内周面的聚乙烯膜中由排水流量中所掺杂的石头、小石块产生的外部冲击,高强度聚乙烯膜的无纺布无法充分起到冲击缓冲作用,因此仍然存在波形钢管的寿命缩短的问题。
同时,存在因使用昂贵的无纺布而使波形钢管的成本变高的问题,尤其,在以聚乙烯膜和无纺布及聚乙烯膜的层叠结构产生薄膜的过程中,存在制造费用相当变高的问题。

发明内容
为了解决如上所述的现有技术中的问题,通过使以往的镀锌波形钢管的内部和外部表面具有不同的层叠结构,来提高镀锌波形钢管的外部表面的耐久性或耐腐蚀性及耐磨性,并有效解决所存在的耐冲击性弱的问题和内部表面的耐久性、耐腐蚀性及耐冲击性优秀但在钢管的内部中因异物(杂石或沙子等)而导致耐磨性相对降低的问题。
为此,本发明提出使用特有粘结组合物及浸渍有这种粘结组合物的粘结片来制造的镀锌波形钢管及其制造方法。
本发明的一实施例的波形钢管制造用粘结组合物的特征在于,包含:a)100重量份的由下述化学式(1)表示的化合物;b)5~25重量份的由下述化学式(2)表示的化合物;以及c)选自由丙酮(acetone)、乙酸叔丁酯(tert-butyl acetate)及碳酸二甲酯(dimethylcarbonate)组成的组中的一种以上溶剂,

(在化学式(1)中,R1为氢或C1-4烷基,X为C1-10亚烃基,在化学式(2)中,R1、R2及R4分别独立地为酮(Ketone)、硅酮(Silanone)、碳数为1至10的烷基或烷基甲硅烷基,R3为包含碳数为1至15的直链状或环状的碳链的烷基甲硅烷基,R5为碳数为10至20的芳香族化合物,n为5~20整数)。
作为本发明的再一实施方式,可举出使用上述粘结组合物或浸渍有上述粘结组合物的粘结片的由保护膜涂敷的复合镀锌钢板,其特征在于,上述保护膜包括:第一聚乙烯膜,附着于上述镀锌钢板的上部;第二聚乙烯膜,附着于上述第一聚乙烯膜的上部,且在上部面涂敷有如上所述的粘结组合物或者层叠有浸渍有粘结组合物的粘结片;以及网纱,附着于上述第二聚乙烯膜的上部,上述网纱为由高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯及母料的合成树脂形成且具有多个孔(hole)的网状结构,上述网纱以涂敷于上述第二聚乙烯膜的上部面的粘结组合物渗透至上述网纱的孔的形态附着于上述第二聚乙烯膜,从而提高上述保护膜的刚性的同时提高上述第一聚乙烯膜与上述第二聚乙烯膜之间的粘结性,通过高频感应加热来使聚乙烯熔敷覆盖在上述复合镀锌钢板的下部。
并且,本发明还包括使用这种复合镀锌钢板的由保护膜涂敷的镀锌波形钢管,其特征在于,上述保护膜包括:第一聚乙烯膜,附着于上述镀锌钢管的外部面;第二聚乙烯膜,附着于上述第一聚乙烯膜的上部,且在上部面涂敷有如上所述的粘结组合物或者层叠有浸渍有粘结组合物的粘结片;以及网纱,附着于上述第二聚乙烯膜的上部,上述网纱为由高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯及母料的合成树脂形成且具有多个孔的网状结构,上述网纱以涂敷于上述第二聚乙烯膜的上部面的粘结组合物渗透至上述网纱的孔的形态附着于上述第二聚乙烯膜,从而提高上述保护膜的刚性的同时提高上述第一聚乙烯膜与上述第二聚乙烯膜之间的粘结性,通过高频感应加热来使聚乙烯熔敷覆盖在上述复合镀锌钢管的内部面。
作为本发明名的另一实施方式,可举出由保护膜涂敷的复合镀锌钢板的制造方法和由保护膜涂敷的复合镀锌波形钢管的制造方法。
本发明的由保护膜涂敷的镀锌钢板制造方法包括:开卷步骤,以使所卷绕的镀锌钢板具有规定的宽度和长度的方式进行开卷;预处理步骤,将所开卷的镀锌钢板沿水平装进喷丸器(Shot-Blaster),通过从设置于喷丸器的内部的喷嘴排出的弹丸的打击来去除镀锌钢板的上部面和下部面的杂质;加热步骤,使镀锌钢板通过高频感应加热器(high-Frequency Induction heating I/C)并在约120℃~500℃的温度下进行瞬间加热;第一熔敷步骤,通过向所加热的镀锌钢板的上部面供给第一聚乙烯膜且向下部面供给聚乙烯膜来进行熔敷覆盖;涂敷步骤,在经过上述第一熔敷步骤的镀锌钢板的上部涂敷如上所述的粘结组合物或者层叠浸渍有上述粘结组合物的粘结片;以及第二熔敷步骤,通过向涂敷有粘结组合物的镀锌钢板的上部供给第二聚乙烯膜和网纱来进行熔敷覆盖。
本发明的由保护膜涂敷的复合镀锌波形钢管的制造方法的特征在于,经过如下步骤制造上述由保护膜涂敷的镀锌钢板:开卷步骤,以使所卷绕的镀锌钢板具有规定的宽度和长度的方式进行开卷;预处理步骤,将所开卷的镀锌钢板沿水平装进喷丸器,通过从设置于喷丸器的内部的喷嘴排出的弹丸的打击来去除镀锌钢板的上部面和下部面的杂质;加热步骤,使镀锌钢板通过高频感应加热器并在约120℃~500℃的温度下进行瞬间加热;第一熔敷步骤,通过向所加热的镀锌钢板的上部面供给第一聚乙烯膜且向下部面供给聚乙烯膜来进行熔敷覆盖;涂敷步骤,在经过上述第一熔敷步骤的镀锌钢板的上部涂敷如上所述的粘结组合物或者层叠浸渍有上述粘结组合物的粘结片;以及第二熔敷步骤,通过向涂敷有粘结组合物的镀锌钢板的上部供给第二聚乙烯膜和网纱来进行熔敷覆盖,在制造上述由保护膜涂敷的镀锌钢板之后,使由保护膜涂敷的上述镀锌钢板冷却至常温后向波形折弯机供给来形成具有规定的螺距的波形折弯板Sa,使上述波形折弯板Sa通过制管机14来形成以规定的扭角进行螺旋折弯的波形钢管P。
优选地,上述网纱为由高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯及母料的合成树脂形成且具有多个孔(hole)的网状结构,上述第一聚乙烯膜为粘结性聚乙烯膜,第二聚乙烯膜为高强度聚乙烯膜。
为了解决在以往的镀锌波形钢板或钢管中所存在的问题,在本发明中,在钢板的上部面或钢管的外部面中导入可同时确保刚性和粘结性两种特性的网纱并使用特有的粘结组合物,从而可防止薄膜粘结力下降而产生的自然剥离现象,尤其,可解决钢管的外部表面的耐久性或耐腐蚀性及耐磨性提高但耐冲击性弱的问题。
并且,可有效解决钢板的下部面或钢管的内部面的耐久性、耐腐蚀性及耐冲击性优秀但在钢管的内部中因异物(杂石或沙子等)而导致耐磨性相对降低的问题。
因此,本发明的复合镀锌钢板或镀锌波形钢管的内部和外部面分别具有不同的结构,并改善形成于这种内部面和外部面的层叠结构的稳定性和耐久性,从而具有可延长寿命的效果。

图2为层叠有本发明的复合镀锌钢板的网纱的薄膜的结构图。如上述图2所示,在本发明的复合镀锌钢板70,在圆盘61的上侧和下侧分别形成镀锌层62后,在上部面形成第一聚乙烯膜层63,在下部面形成聚乙烯层66,在上述第一聚乙烯膜层63的上侧依次形成第二聚乙烯膜层64和网纱层65。
此时,优选地,在上述第一聚乙烯膜层63与第二聚乙烯膜层64之间还形成涂敷有由100重量份的由下述化学式1表示的化合物和5~25重量份的由下述化学式2表示的高分子混合而成的粘结组合物的涂敷层或浸渍有这种粘结组合物的粘结片层,

优选地,上述粘结组合物包含选自由丙酮、乙酸叔丁酯及碳酸二甲酯组成的组中的一种以上溶剂,其特征在于,作为上述溶剂,使用不包含VOC化合物的环保溶剂。
优选地,形成于上述第一聚乙烯膜层63与第二聚乙烯膜层64之间的粘结层67优选地由涂敷有上述粘结组合物的涂敷层或浸渍有这种粘结组合物的粘结片层形成,可通过附加这种粘结层67来更加提高上述复合镀锌钢板的物理特性。
在上述第二聚乙烯膜层64的上侧还可形成网状形态的网纱65。其中,将以钢板为基准形成的位置作为基准,还可将上部层膜63、67、64、65命名为外部层膜,可将下部层膜66命名为内部层膜。
首先,参照图2至图4对本发明的网纱65进行说明。如上述图2至图4所示,优选地,利用具有耐冲击、耐磨、刚性的材料将网纱65制作成网状形态。上述网纱的孔41可以为三角形、四边形等多边形,作为网纱65的材料,可使用如上部层膜及下部层膜等聚乙烯等合成树脂。
作为其他例,可使用尼龙等纤维,优选地,若使用聚乙烯材料并以四边形孔的网状形态制作网纱65,则可更加提高网纱65与作为上部层膜的第二聚乙烯膜层64之间的粘结力。
作为一例,网纱65可由厚度为0.2mm的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)及母料(MB,MasterBatch)的合成树脂形成。
在本发明中,提出如下的新型膜,即,通过在由上部层膜(例如,第一聚乙烯膜63、第二聚乙烯膜64等)形成的平面膜上粘结具有硬度比上述平面膜低的材料特性的网状形态的网纱65,来在钢板或/和波形钢管的外周面形成的新型膜。
在这种本发明的新型膜的制造中,当直接使用周知的膜加热压接工序来粘结第一聚乙烯膜和第二聚乙烯膜时,形成未固化状态的第一聚乙烯膜及如前所述的粘结层67后,在聚乙烯材料的网状形态的网纱65位于第二聚乙烯膜上的状态下,进行加热压接来层叠网纱,从而制造新型膜。
其中,网状形态的网纱65作为面料形态,为事先制作的,因此可理解为处于固化状态。
即,在网纱65位于未固化的第二聚乙烯膜上的状态下进行加热压接,以在第二聚乙烯膜的上部面层叠网纱65的形态进行粘结,此时,通过加热压接,第二聚乙烯膜的上部面的一部分以渗透至网纱65的孔的形态进行粘结。当然,在加热压接的过程中,通过第一聚乙烯膜与第二聚乙烯膜之间的粘结层67来同时使第一聚乙烯膜63与第二聚乙烯膜64更加坚固地粘结。
此时,优选地,上述网纱具有0.2mm的厚度,更优选地,第二聚乙烯膜和第一聚乙烯膜分别具有0.2mm和0.05mm的厚度。即,通过加热压接,厚度为0.2mm的第二聚乙烯膜中相当于约0.02mm的部分表面附近的聚乙烯成分部分在加热压接过程中渗透至网纱的孔而粘结在孔的内侧壁及空洞,位于第二聚乙烯膜的下部面与第一聚乙烯膜的上部面之间的粘结层67粘结成分使上述第一聚乙烯膜及第二聚乙烯膜更加坚固地粘结。
最终,如图3所示,本发明提出的复合镀锌钢板的上部侧具有网纱65的下部面的一部分也凹陷于第二聚乙烯膜64的上部面而层叠的结构,第一聚乙烯膜及第二聚乙烯膜借助粘结层67以坚固的一体化的结构进行粘结。
如前所述的各膜层和网纱的材质及厚度相当于基于波形钢管标准基准的示例,优选地,根据季节、温度、使用条件等变更为最佳材质及厚度来适用。
与如前所述的复合镀锌钢板的上部面不同地,在本发明的这种复合镀锌钢板的下部面未形成网纱,且具有聚乙烯层66被加热熔敷的结构。根据需要,以与形成于上部面的粘结层67相同的方式可在镀锌层62与聚乙烯层65之间还形成粘结层。
像这样,与复合镀锌钢板的上部面不同地,在复合镀锌钢板的下部面不再形成网纱65的原因在于,当复合镀锌钢板的下部面由后述的复合镀锌波形钢管形成时,形成钢管的内部面,如在前所述的现有技术中的问题所述,在具有上述网纱结构的内部表面的情况下,虽然可提高耐久性、耐腐蚀性及耐冲击性,但产生在钢管的内部中因异物(杂石或沙子等)而导致耐磨性相对降低的问题。
因此,优选地,形成聚乙烯层66的同时使与镀锌层62之间的粘结力极大化,从而维持耐磨性。
本发明中使用的镀锌层62为了防止圆盘61的腐蚀等而形成于圆盘61的上部面及下部面。作为一例,镀敷的厚度为0.0417mm,可在圆盘61的上部面及下部面镀敷锌。
第一聚乙烯膜63可由粘结性聚乙烯膜形成,作为一例,可由厚度为0.05mm的ADPOLY/功能性聚乙烯树脂形成。第二聚乙烯膜64可由高强度聚乙烯膜形成,作为一例,可由厚度为0.2mm的高密度聚乙烯和母料的合成树脂形成。
如图4所示,可经过周知的波形钢管制造工序将本发明的形成有网纱的复合镀锌钢板70制造成具有向钢板的长度方向具有峰和谷并以螺纹形态连续缠绕的形态的复合镀锌钢管。与波形钢管制造工序相关的说明可能会混淆本发明的主旨,因此简单说明。
本发明的由保护膜涂敷的镀锌钢板的制造方法经包括:开卷步骤,以使通过以往的公知方法制造并卷绕的镀锌钢板具有规定的宽度和长度的方式进行开卷;预处理步骤,将所开卷的镀锌钢板沿水平装进喷丸器,通过从设置于喷丸器的内部的喷嘴排出的弹丸的打击来去除镀锌钢板的上部面和下部面的杂质。
上述制造方法包括第一熔敷步骤,使经过如上所述的预处理步骤的镀锌钢板通过高频感应加热器并在约120℃~500℃的温度下对上述镀锌钢板进行瞬间加热后,向所加热的镀锌钢板的上部面供给第一聚乙烯膜且向下部面供给聚乙烯膜来进行熔敷覆盖,来在上部面形成第一聚乙烯膜层63并在下部面形成聚乙烯层66。
上述制造方法包括第二熔敷步骤,在经过上述第一熔敷步骤的镀锌钢板的上部涂敷粘结组合物,通过向涂敷有粘结组合物的镀锌钢板的上部供给第二聚乙烯膜和网纱来进行熔敷覆盖。
经过如上所述的第二熔敷步骤,如图3所示,复合镀锌钢板的上部侧具有网纱65的下部面的一部分凹陷于第二聚乙烯膜64的上部面而层叠的结构,第一聚乙烯膜及第二聚乙烯膜借助粘结层67以坚固的一体化的结构进行粘结。
通过如前所述的方法制造本发明的复合镀锌钢板后,使上述复合镀锌钢板冷却至常温后向波形折弯机供给来形成具有规定的螺距的波形折弯板Sa,使上述波形折弯板Sa通过制管机14来可形成以规定的扭角进行螺旋折弯的波形钢管P。
本发明中使用的由化学式(1)表示的化合物作为丙烯类单体,具有在末端具有羟基的特征,且由于具有双键,可进行聚合,由此制造丙烯类高分子来可实现粘结性。优选地,作为由上述化学式1表示的化合物,可使用丙烯酸羟乙酯。
化学式1:
(在化学式1中,R1为氢或C1-4烷基,X为C1-10亚烃基)。
对100重量份的由上述化学式(1)表示的化合物与5~25重量份由下述化学式2表示的化合物进行混合,使用选自由丙酮、乙酸叔丁酯及碳酸二甲酯组成的组中的一种以上溶剂来形成粘结组合物,并直接进行涂敷来使用,或者也可以通过浸渍于如无纺布等基材作为粘结片来使用。
化学式2:
(在化学式(2)中,R1、R2及R4分别独立地为酮、硅酮、碳数为1至10的烷基或烷基甲硅烷基,R3为包含碳数为1至15的直链状或环状的碳链的烷基甲硅烷基,R5为碳数为10至20的芳香族化合物,n为5~20整数)。
上述化学式2的高分子可直接与化学式1的化合物及溶剂混合使用,也可与选自由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、苯乙烯-丙烯腈(SAN)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)、丁苯橡胶(SBR)、SBR胶乳、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯(SIS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)、废旧轮胎粉末、天然橡胶粉末、三元乙丙橡胶粉末(EPDM Power)及液相天然橡胶组成的组中的一种以上高弹性高分子形成共聚物或者混合使用。
以下,观察本发明的实施例。但是本发明的范围不限定于以下的优选实施例,普通技术人员可在本发明的要求范围内实施本说明书中所记载的内容的多种变形的形式。
实施例1.粘结组合物的制造
放入290g的二甲苯、345.3g的偏苯三酸酐(TMA)及425g的二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)之后,放入15重量百分比(相对于TMA及MDI总重量)的聚二甲基硅氧烷而醇,在氮气氛下,以90℃的温度进行反应5小时。接着,在氮气氛下,在2小时内升温至140℃并持续进行反应5小时。之后,放入176g的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯并在50℃的温度下进行反应。上述反应结束后,进行向反应器添加0.2g的水来去除活性高分子的活性的终止反应,从而制造化学式2的高分子。
作为化学式1的高分子,使用丙烯酸羟乙酯,在100g的上述丙烯酸羟乙酯中将20g的上述化学式2的高分子溶解于丙酮溶剂来制造粘结组合物。
实施例2.复合镀锌钢板的制造
执行了预处理过程,即,将在圆盘的上部/下部形成有镀锌层的镀锌钢板沿水平装进喷丸器,通过从设置于喷丸器的内部的喷嘴排出的弹丸的打击来去除镀锌钢板的上部面和下部面的杂质。
并且,进行了第一熔敷步骤,即,使经过如上所述的预处理步骤的镀锌钢板通过高频感应加热器并在约120℃~500℃的温度下对上述镀锌钢板进行瞬间加热后,向所加热的镀锌钢板的上部面供给第一聚乙烯膜且向下部面供给聚乙烯膜来进行熔敷覆盖,来在上部面形成第一聚乙烯膜层63并在下部面形成聚乙烯层66。
并且,进行了第二熔敷步骤,即,在经过第一熔敷步骤的镀锌钢板的上部涂敷在前述的实施例1中获得的粘结组合物,通过向涂敷有粘结组合物的镀锌钢板的上部供给第二聚乙烯膜和网纱来进行熔敷覆盖,之后,将复合镀锌钢板制成试片。
实施例3.复合镀锌钢板的强度测定
利用KS F 2383:2013的试验法测定了通过本发明的实施例2提出的制造方法制造的复合镀锌钢板试片的间接抗张力。
根据KS F 2337方法制造了复合镀锌钢板的长度为100mm且宽度为50mm的试片。
将上述试片放入调温装置,在规定的温度下保管6小时后,在荷载头部的下部板上放置上述试片,在上述试片的上部放置上部板,将金属条对准经过样品的中心的垂直面来放置金属条。
测定了以50mm/min的速度荷载并达到最大荷重之后重新减少的为止的荷重。
利用上述所测定的最大荷重值来求出间接抗张力。

作为比较例1,使用不包含粘结层67的试片,作为比较例2和比较例3,分别使用在100重量份的丙烯酸羟乙酯中分别包含4重量份及26重量份的由化学式(2)表示的高分子的粘结层67,从而制造了试片。实验例1至
实验例3分别与比较例2和比较例3相同,但使用分别包含6重量份、15重量份及24重量份的由化学式(2)表示的高分子的粘结层。
实验例4与前述的实验例1至实验例3相同,但在实验例4中使用了通过混合15重量份的由化学式(2)表示的高分子和5重量份的上述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯来制造的粘结层。

从上述表1可确认,与实验例1至实验例4相比,不包含粘结层的比较例1的间接抗张力明显低,在由化学式(2)表示的高分子的量过少或过多的情况下,抗张力降低。
尤其,可确认,在由化学式(2)表示的高分子包含如上述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯等附加成分的情况下,由于粘结力增加,因而间接抗张力也得到提高。
如上所述,在不超过本发明的技术思想的范围内,本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员可对本发明进行多种代替、变形及变更,因此本发明不限定于前述的实施例及所附的附图。
Claims (7)
1.一种波形钢管制造用粘结组合物,其特征在于,
包含:
a)100重量份的由下述化学式1表示的化合物;
b)5~25重量份的由下述化学式2表示的化合物;以及
c)选自由丙酮、乙酸叔丁酯及碳酸二甲酯组成的组中的一种以上溶剂,

在化学式(1)中,R1为氢或C1-4烷基,X为C1-10亚烃基,
在化学式(2)中,R1、R2及R4分别独立地为酮、硅酮、碳数为1至10的烷基或烷基甲硅烷基,R3为包含碳数为1至15的直链状或环状的碳链的烷基甲硅烷基,R5为碳数为10至20的芳香族化合物,n为5~20整数。
2.一种由保护膜涂敷的复合镀锌钢板,其特征在于,
上述保护膜包括:
第一聚乙烯膜,附着于上述镀锌钢板的上部;
第二聚乙烯膜,附着于上述第一聚乙烯膜的上部,且在上部面涂敷有根据权利要求1所述的波形钢管制造用粘结组合物;以及
网纱,附着于上述第二聚乙烯膜的上部,
上述网纱为由高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯及母料的合成树脂形成且具有多个孔的网状结构,
上述网纱以涂敷于上述第二聚乙烯膜的上部面的粘结组合物渗透至上述网纱的孔的形态附着于上述第二聚乙烯膜,从而提高上述保护膜的刚性的同时提高上述第一聚乙烯膜与上述第二聚乙烯膜之间的粘结性,
通过高频感应加热来使聚乙烯熔敷覆盖在上述复合镀锌钢板的下部。
3.一种由保护膜涂敷的复合镀锌钢管,其特征在于,
上述保护膜包括:
第一聚乙烯膜,附着于上述镀锌钢管的外部面;
第二聚乙烯膜,附着于上述第一聚乙烯膜的上部,且在上部面涂敷有根据权利要求1所述的波形钢管制造用粘结组合物;以及
网纱,附着于上述第二聚乙烯膜的上部,
上述网纱为由高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯及母料的合成树脂形成且具有多个孔的网状结构,
上述网纱以涂敷于上述第二聚乙烯膜的上部面的粘结组合物渗透至上述网纱的孔的形态附着于上述第二聚乙烯膜,从而提高上述保护膜的刚性的同时提高上述第一聚乙烯膜与上述第二聚乙烯膜之间的粘结性,
通过高频感应加热来使聚乙烯熔敷覆盖在上述复合镀锌钢管的内部面。
4.一种由保护膜涂敷的复合镀锌钢板的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
开卷步骤,以使所卷绕的镀锌钢板具有规定的宽度和长度的方式进行开卷;
预处理步骤,将所开卷的镀锌钢板沿水平装进喷丸器,通过从设置于喷丸器的内部的喷嘴排出的弹丸的打击来去除镀锌钢板的上部面和下部面的杂质;
加热步骤,使镀锌钢板通过高频感应加热器并在120℃~500℃的温度下进行瞬间加热;
第一熔敷步骤,通过向所加热的镀锌钢板的上部面供给第一聚乙烯膜且向下部面供给聚乙烯膜来进行熔敷覆盖;
涂敷步骤,在经过上述第一熔敷步骤的镀锌钢板的上部涂敷根据权利要求1所述的波形钢管制造用粘结组合物;以及
第二熔敷步骤,通过向涂敷有粘结组合物的镀锌钢板的上部供给第二聚乙烯膜和网纱来进行熔敷覆盖。
5.根据权利要求4所述的由保护膜涂敷的复合镀锌钢板的制造方法,其特征在于,
上述网纱为由高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯及母料的合成树脂形成且具有多个孔的网状结构,
上述第一聚乙烯膜为粘结性聚乙烯膜,第二聚乙烯膜为高强度聚乙烯膜。
6.一种由保护膜涂敷的复合镀锌波形钢管的制造方法,其特征在于,
经过如下步骤制造上述由保护膜涂敷的镀锌钢板:
开卷步骤,以使所卷绕的镀锌钢板具有规定的宽度和长度的方式进行开卷;
预处理步骤,将所开卷的镀锌钢板沿水平装进喷丸器,通过从设置于喷丸器的内部的喷嘴排出的弹丸的打击来去除镀锌钢板的上部面和下部面的杂质;
加热步骤,使镀锌钢板通过高频感应加热器并在120℃~500℃的温度下进行瞬间加热;
第一熔敷步骤,通过向所加热的镀锌钢板的上部面供给第一聚乙烯膜且向下部面供给聚乙烯膜来进行熔敷覆盖;
涂敷步骤,在经过上述第一熔敷步骤的镀锌钢板的上部涂敷根据权利要求1所述的波形钢管制造用粘结组合物;以及
第二熔敷步骤,通过向涂敷有粘结组合物的镀锌钢板的上部供给第二聚乙烯膜和网纱来进行熔敷覆盖,
在制造上述由保护膜涂敷的镀锌钢板之后,
使由保护膜涂敷的上述镀锌钢板冷却至常温后向波形折弯机供给来形成具有规定的螺距的波形折弯板(Sa),
使上述波形折弯板(Sa)通过制管机(14)来形成以规定的扭角进行螺旋折弯的波形钢管(P)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的由保护膜涂敷的复合镀锌波形钢管的制造方法,其特征在于,
上述网纱为由高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯及母料的合成树脂形成且具有多个孔的网状结构,
上述第一聚乙烯膜为粘结性聚乙烯膜,第二聚乙烯膜为高强度聚乙烯膜。
