本发明涉及一种带立体纹路的防水拉链及其制作方法,解决现有拉链布带上的印制图案不清晰,容易脱落,立体感不强的问题。公开了一种带立体纹路的防水拉链及其制作方法,包括有拉链布带,其特征在于:所述的拉链布带包括有织带基材,设于织布基材上的底胶层,以及设于底胶上的面胶层,所述的底胶层为聚酯型热熔胶层,所述的面胶层为热塑性弹性体橡胶,所述的面胶上设有通过压制而成的立体压纹。本发明的带立体纹路的防水拉链的制作方法通过在布带基材与面胶层之间设置聚酯型热熔胶层作为底胶层,然后通过高周波在面胶层上压纹,从而压纹清晰,不会因为水洗而掉纹,立体感比较强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种拉链及其制作方法,尤指一种带立体纹路的防水拉链及其制作方法。
背景技术
在人们日常生活中,防水织带是很常见的东西,常被用于服装、箱包及鞋靴等领域中。随着服装辅料行业日新月异地发展,客户对防水织带功能性装饰性能的要求也是越来越高,织带行业现有防水织带的功能性装饰普遍使用的是热转印印花工艺,此工艺不仅需要用到对人体健康和环境有害的溶剂型油墨,而且印花图案也存在印花图案不清晰,干水洗易脱落及空间立体感不强等问题。 随着社会消费习惯不断升级以及消费者健康环保意识的增强,不环保的热转印印花工艺使用范围被极大地限制了。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有拉链布带上的印制图案不清晰,容易脱落,立体感不强的问题。为解决本发明所提出的技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种带立体纹路的防水拉链,包括有拉链布带,其特征在于:所述的拉链布带包括有织带基材,设于织布基材上的底胶层,以及设于底胶上的面胶层,所述的底胶层为聚酯型热熔胶层,所述的面胶层为热塑性弹性体橡胶,所述的面胶上设有通过压制而成的立体压纹。
本发明的带立体纹路的防水拉链的制作方法,其特征在于:包括有如下步骤:
A:压纹模具的制备:设计压纹图形,在压纹模具上雕刻出凸形的压纹图形,从而制成立体压纹凸模;
B:防水织带的制备:在织带基材上涂覆底胶层,然后在底胶层上涂覆面胶层,所述的底胶层为聚酯型热熔胶层,所述的面胶层为热塑性弹性体橡胶;
C:防水织带立体压纹的制备:将立体压纹凸模安装在高周波机上,在防水织带的面胶层上进行压纹印制;
D:制成拉链。
对本发明作进一步限定的技术方案包括:
所述的聚酯型热熔胶层由重量比为:(15-80):(5-20):(20-40):(0.1-1.0)的聚醚多元醇、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、热塑性酚醛树脂、增塑剂混合而成。
所述的热塑性弹性体橡胶为TPU。
所述的织带基材为涤纶纤维织带、棉纤维织带或者各类纤维混纺编织而成的织带。
步骤C中高周波机工作时的温度为 90-130℃,压力为 0.4—1.0Mpa,压合时间为1-8秒。
通过上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的带立体纹路的防水拉链的制作方法通过在布带基材与面胶层之间设置聚酯型热熔胶层作为底胶层,然后通过高周波在面胶层上压纹,从而压纹清晰,不会因为水洗而掉纹,立体感比较强。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明做进一步说明。
本发明的一种带立体纹路的防水拉链,包括有拉链布带,拉链布带包括有织带基材,设于织布基材上的底胶层,以及设于底胶上的面胶层,底胶层为聚酯型热熔胶层,面胶层为热塑性弹性体橡胶,面胶上设有通过压制而成的立体压纹。
本发明的带立体纹路的防水拉链的制作方法,包括有如下步骤:
A:压纹模具的制备:设计压纹图形,在压纹模具上雕刻出凸形的压纹图形,从而制成立体压纹凸模;本实施例中,根据视觉的美观对立体压纹的实际需求,调整设计出相适应的立体压纹图案,将图案的数据输入 CNC 模具设计软件中,绘制并得出压纹3D 档案,绘制完成后进行 CNC模具雕刻,得到立体压纹凸模;压纹图案可为动植物图案、江海图案、文字图案等压纹图案。
B:防水织带的制备:在织带基材上涂覆底胶层,然后在底胶层上涂覆面胶层,底胶层为聚酯型热熔胶层,面胶层为热塑性弹性体橡胶;本实施例中,织带基材为涤纶纤维织带、棉纤维织带或者各类纤维混纺编织而成的织带。本实施例中,聚酯型热熔胶层由重量比为:(15-80):(5-20):(20-40):(0.1-1.0)的聚醚多元醇、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、热塑性酚醛树脂、增塑剂混合而成。具有良好的粘性和胶接强度,具有较高的耐热性,良好的耐候、耐水性和弹性。本实施例中,热塑性弹性体橡胶为TPU。
C:防水织带立体压纹的制备:将立体压纹凸模安装在高周波机上,在防水织带的面胶层上进行压纹印制;本实施例中,立体压纹凸模安装在高周波机上,将防水织带面胶面朝上导入机台底座进行立体压纹的印制,其中高周波机压制时的温度为 90-130℃,压力0.4—1.0Mpa,压合时间为1-8秒。
D:制成拉链。
本发明的带立体纹路的防水拉链的制作方法通过在布带基材与面胶层之间设置聚酯型热熔胶层作为底胶层,然后通过高周波在面胶层上压纹,从而压纹清晰,不会因为水洗而掉纹,立体感比较强。满足拉链的各方面性能,符合拉链行业的发展和环保要求。
虽然对本发明的具体实施方式进行了详细地描述,但不应理解为对本发明的保护范围的限定。在权利要求书所描述的范围内,本领域技术人员不经创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改和变形仍属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种带立体纹路的防水拉链,包括有拉链布带,其特征在于:所述的拉链布带包括有织带基材,设于织布基材上的底胶层,以及设于底胶上的面胶层,所述的底胶层为聚酯型热熔胶层,所述的面胶层为热塑性弹性体橡胶,所述的面胶上设有通过压制而成的立体压纹。
2.如权利要求1所述的带立体纹路的防水拉链,其特征在于:所述的聚酯型热熔胶层由重量比为:(15-80):(5-20):(20-40):(0.1-1.0)的聚醚多元醇、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、热塑性酚醛树脂、增塑剂混合而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的带立体纹路的防水拉链,其特征在于:所述的热塑性弹性体橡胶为TPU。
4.如权利要求1所述的带立体纹路的防水拉链,其特征在于:所述的织带基材为涤纶纤维织带、棉纤维织带或者各类纤维混纺编织而成的织带。
5.如权利要求1-4任一所述的带立体纹路的防水拉链的制作方法,其特征在于:包括有如下步骤:
A:压纹模具的制备:设计压纹图形,在压纹模具上雕刻出凸形的压纹图形,从而制成立体压纹凸模;
B:防水织带的制备:在织带基材上涂覆底胶层,然后在底胶层上涂覆面胶层,所述的底胶层为聚酯型热熔胶层,所述的面胶层为热塑性弹性体橡胶;
C:防水织带立体压纹的制备:将立体压纹凸模安装在高周波机上,在防水织带的面胶层上进行压纹印制;
D:制成拉链。
6.如权利要求5所述的带立体纹路的防水拉链的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤C中高周波机工作时的温度为 90-130℃,压力为 0.4—1.0Mpa,压合时间为1-8秒。
