Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车免擦洗洗车液,它由5~10wt%的氟碳表面活性剂、2~5wt%的亚氨基二琥珀酸钠盐、2wt%耐碱性蛋白质生物酶、15wt%硅树脂聚醚、15wt%甲醇和余量为水混合组成。本发明直接用喷雾器具将产生的泡沫喷在待洗的汽车表面,使其停留2~5分钟,洗车液快速渗透,不需要擦洗,就可有效使污渍与车漆产生间隙能使污迹与漆面自动分离,用水枪冲洗车身,用干毛巾擦掉残留水分即可。本发明长期使用会加速车漆快速老化、失色、龟裂、生锈等。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车清洁液合成技术及使用方法,尤其涉及一种免擦洗洗车液合成及其使用方法。
背景技术
众所周知,一般的汽车美容店主要的洗车流程包括 :接车、冲车、打洗车泡沫、 擦洗、冲洗,擦干水等几个环节。首先现有市场大部分洗车专门店采用强碱性高泡去污剂洗车甚至使用一些高泡洗衣粉开水,这样虽然成本低且能快速去污,但擦洗过程中的车子附着的泥沙对漆膜造成损坏,不会考虑漆膜的养护,长期使用会加速车漆快速老化、失色、龟裂、生锈等,这些状况也是车主们容易忽视的。
发明内容
针对现有技术中所存在的问题,本发明提供一种不用擦洗的洗车液及其使用方法,使用免擦洗洗车液洗车,有利于擦洗时车漆不受泥沙损害。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采用以下技术方案 :
本发明所述汽车免擦洗洗车液,它由5~10wt%的氟碳表面活性剂、2~5wt%的亚氨基二琥珀酸钠盐、2wt%耐碱性蛋白质生物酶、15wt%硅树脂聚醚、15wt%甲醇和余量为水混合组成。
本发明进一步所述氟碳表面活性剂有很好降低水的表面张力,对车体污垢有很好清洁能力。
本发明所述亚氨基二琥珀酸钠盐有非常强的络合作用,可以络合附着车上泥沙金属离子,让泥沙变成松散些,易于冲洗掉。
本发明所述耐碱性蛋白质生物酶可以分解泥沙中生物质,车上虫子尸体、鸟粪等,使车身容易清洗。
本发明所述硅树脂聚醚是稳泡作用,使洗车液在车身上附着时,延长附着时间,促进洗车液与污渍更好反应。
本发明所述甲醇,可以促进洗车液渗透性,让泥沙更容易润湿,还可以增加部分难溶于水的污渍溶解性,有利于清洗。
本发明进一步所述氟碳表面活性剂可以是阴离子、阳离子、非离子表面活性剂,优选非离子表面活性剂。
本发明进一步所述由于亚氨基二琥珀酸钠盐水溶液呈碱性,因此在选择蛋白质生物酶时选择耐碱性蛋白质生物酶。
本发明进一步所述本发明使用方法,洗车液在使用时用水稀释50倍左右,用喷雾器具将产生的泡沫喷在待洗的汽车表面,使其停留2~5分钟,洗车液快速渗透, 有效使污渍与车漆产生间隙能使污迹与漆面自动分离,用水枪冲洗车身,用干毛巾擦掉残留水分即可。

为了使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进一步详细描述本发明。
实施例1,本发明所述汽车免擦洗洗车液配制:称取氟碳表面活性剂50g、亚氨基二琥珀酸钠盐20g、耐碱性蛋白质生物酶20g、硅树脂聚醚10g、甲醇150g、水750g放入搅拌桶中,慢速搅拌均匀。
实施例2,本发明所述汽车免擦洗洗车液配制:称取氟碳表面活性剂100g、亚氨基二琥珀酸钠盐50g、耐碱性蛋白质生物酶20g、硅树脂聚醚10g、甲醇150g、水670g放入搅拌桶中,慢速搅拌均匀。
实施例3,本发明所述汽车免擦洗洗车液配制:称取氟碳表面活性剂75g、亚氨基二琥珀酸钠盐40g、耐碱性蛋白质生物酶20g、硅树脂聚醚10g、甲醇150g、水705g放入搅拌桶中,慢速搅拌均匀。
结果评价:
将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3分别用水稀释50倍,分别用喷雾枪喷到待洗汽车表面,约3分钟左右,明显看到车上泥沙等污渍与车身分离,向下滑落,用水枪冲洗,车体干净。
结果评价:洗完车后检查清洁效果,实施例1的免擦洗洗车液洗的车仍有少量污印,实施例2和实施例3的免擦洗洗车液洗的车洗的非常干净,结合成本优选实施例2方案。
Claims (2)
1.一种汽车免擦洗洗车液,其特征在于:它由5~10wt%的氟碳表面活性剂、2~5wt%的亚氨基二琥珀酸钠盐、2wt%耐碱性蛋白质生物酶、15wt%硅树脂聚醚、15wt%甲醇和余量为水混合组成。
2.一种权利要求1所述汽车免擦洗洗车液的使用方法,其特征在于:汽车免擦洗洗车液在使用时用水稀释40-60倍,用喷雾器具将产生的泡沫喷在待洗的汽车表面,使其停留2~5分钟,洗车液快速渗透, 有效使污渍与车漆产生间隙能使污迹与漆面自动分离,用水枪冲洗车身,用干毛巾擦掉残留水分即可。
