本发明公开了一种户外服装抗菌染料及其制备方法,该户外服装抗菌染料用以下重量组份比的原料制成;硬脂酸镁10‑20份、聚酰胺树脂15‑30份、醋酸乙烯酯5‑15份、水杨酸脂15‑25份、聚醚改性硅氧烷15‑25份、防腐剂5‑10份、抗菌剂4‑9份和抗氧剂3‑9份。本发明的户外服装抗菌染料具有不容易脱色,抗氧化能力强,不容易变色老化,工艺简单,成本低的有益效果。

一种户外服装抗菌染料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种服装材料,特别是一种户外服装抗菌染料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着人们的生活水平不断提高,服装也是各式各样的,服装以面料制作而成,面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。但是对于户外服装染料的现有技术中存在,在户外使用的过程中,由于户外的环境常出现潮湿、雨淋、阳光暴晒等,环境十分恶劣,导致现有的户外服装上容易出现霉斑,在洗涤的时候会出现褪色情况,且容易变色老化。针对以上问题,我公司研发出一种户外服装抗菌染料及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种户外服装抗菌染料及其制备方法。本发明的户外服装抗菌染料具有不容易脱色,抗氧化能力强,不容易变色老化,工艺简单,成本低的效果。
本发明的技术方案:一种户外服装抗菌染料,该户外服装抗菌染料用以下重量组份比的原料制成;硬脂酸镁10-20份、聚酰胺树脂15-30份、醋酸乙烯酯5-15份、水杨酸脂15-25份、聚醚改性硅氧烷15-25份、防腐剂5-10份、抗菌剂4-9份和抗氧剂3-9份。
前述的户外服装抗菌染料中,该户外服装抗菌染料用以下重量组份比的原料制成;硬脂酸镁10-15份、聚酰胺树脂15-20份、醋酸乙烯酯10-15份、水杨酸脂15-20份、聚醚改性硅氧烷15-20份、防腐剂5-8份、抗菌剂4-7份和抗氧剂3-8份。
前述的户外服装抗菌染料中,该户外服装抗菌染料用以下重量组份比的原料制成;硬脂酸镁13份、聚酰胺树脂18份、醋酸乙烯酯12份、水杨酸脂16份、聚醚改性硅氧烷18份、防腐剂7份、抗菌剂5份和抗氧剂6份。
前述的户外服装抗菌染料的制备方法中,该户外服装抗菌染料的制备方法包括有以下步骤:
a、将硬脂酸镁、聚酰胺树脂、醋酸乙烯酯、水杨酸脂、聚醚改性硅氧烷混合均匀,得A品;
b、将A品中加入防腐剂、抗菌剂和抗氧剂混合均匀,保温30-40min,得成品。
前述的户外服装抗菌染料的制备方法中,所述步骤a中,混合采用高速搅拌混合机搅拌混合1-2h。
前述的户外服装抗菌染料的制备方法中,所述步骤b中,保温的温度为60-80℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的户外服装抗菌染料具有不容易脱色,抗氧化能力强,不容易变色老化,工艺简单,成本低的有益效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
本发明的实施例1:一种户外服装抗菌染料,该户外服装抗菌染料用以下重量组份比的原料制成;硬脂酸镁10kg、聚酰胺树脂15kg、醋酸乙烯酯5kg、水杨酸脂15kg、聚醚改性硅氧烷15kg、防腐剂5kg、抗菌剂4kg和抗氧剂3kg。
该户外服装抗菌染料的制备方法包括有以下步骤:
a、将硬脂酸镁、聚酰胺树脂、醋酸乙烯酯、水杨酸脂、聚醚改性硅氧烷混合均匀,混合采用高速搅拌混合机搅拌混合1h,得A品;
b、将A品中加入防腐剂、抗菌剂和抗氧剂混合均匀,保温30min,保温的温度为60℃,得成品。
本发明的实施例2:一种户外服装抗菌染料,该户外服装抗菌染料用以下重量组份比的原料制成;硬脂酸镁13kg、聚酰胺树脂20kg、醋酸乙烯酯10kg、水杨酸脂20kg、聚醚改性硅氧烷20kg、防腐剂8kg、抗菌剂5kg和抗氧剂5kg。
该户外服装抗菌染料的制备方法包括有以下步骤:
a、将硬脂酸镁、聚酰胺树脂、醋酸乙烯酯、水杨酸脂、聚醚改性硅氧烷混合均匀,混合采用高速搅拌混合机搅拌混合1.5h,得A品;
b、将A品中加入防腐剂、抗菌剂和抗氧剂混合均匀,保温35min,保温的温度为70℃,得成品。
本发明的实施例3:一种户外服装抗菌染料,该户外服装抗菌染料用以下重量组份比的原料制成;硬脂酸镁18kg、聚酰胺树脂25kg、醋酸乙烯酯13kg、水杨酸脂22kg、聚醚改性硅氧烷23kg、防腐剂7kg、抗菌剂7kg和抗氧剂8kg。
该户外服装抗菌染料的制备方法包括有以下步骤:
a、将硬脂酸镁、聚酰胺树脂、醋酸乙烯酯、水杨酸脂、聚醚改性硅氧烷混合均匀,混合采用高速搅拌混合机搅拌混合2h,得A品;
b、将A品中加入防腐剂、抗菌剂和抗氧剂混合均匀,保温33min,保温的温度为75℃,得成品。
本发明的实施例4:一种户外服装抗菌染料,该户外服装抗菌染料用以下重量组份比的原料制成;硬脂酸镁13kg、聚酰胺树脂18kg、醋酸乙烯酯12kg、水杨酸脂16kg、聚醚改性硅氧烷18kg、防腐剂7kg、抗菌剂5kg和抗氧剂6kg。
该户外服装抗菌染料的制备方法包括有以下步骤:
a、将硬脂酸镁、聚酰胺树脂、醋酸乙烯酯、水杨酸脂、聚醚改性硅氧烷混合均匀,混合采用高速搅拌混合机搅拌混合2h,得A品;
b、将A品中加入防腐剂、抗菌剂和抗氧剂混合均匀,保温38min,保温的温度为65℃,得成品。
本发明的实施例5:一种户外服装抗菌染料,该户外服装抗菌染料用以下重量组份比的原料制成;硬脂酸镁20kg、聚酰胺树脂30kg、醋酸乙烯酯15kg、水杨酸脂25kg、聚醚改性硅氧烷25kg、防腐剂10kg、抗菌剂9kg和抗氧剂9kg。
该户外服装抗菌染料的制备方法包括有以下步骤:
a、将硬脂酸镁、聚酰胺树脂、醋酸乙烯酯、水杨酸脂、聚醚改性硅氧烷混合均匀,混合采用高速搅拌混合机搅拌混合2h,得A品;
b、将A品中加入防腐剂、抗菌剂和抗氧剂混合均匀,保温40min,保温的温度为80℃,得成品。

Claims (6)

1.一种户外服装抗菌染料,其特征在于:该户外服装抗菌染料用以下重量组份比的原料制成;硬脂酸镁10-20份、聚酰胺树脂15-30份、醋酸乙烯酯5-15份、水杨酸脂15-25份、聚醚改性硅氧烷15-25份、防腐剂5-10份、抗菌剂4-9份和抗氧剂3-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的户外服装抗菌染料,其特征在于:该户外服装抗菌染料用以下重量组份比的原料制成;硬脂酸镁10-15份、聚酰胺树脂15-20份、醋酸乙烯酯10-15份、水杨酸脂15-20份、聚醚改性硅氧烷15-20份、防腐剂5-8份、抗菌剂4-7份和抗氧剂3-8份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的户外服装抗菌染料,其特征在于:该户外服装抗菌染料用以下重量组份比的原料制成;硬脂酸镁13份、聚酰胺树脂18份、醋酸乙烯酯12份、水杨酸脂16份、聚醚改性硅氧烷18份、防腐剂7份、抗菌剂5份和抗氧剂6份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的户外服装抗菌染料的制备方法,其特征在于:该户外服装抗菌染料的制备方法包括有以下步骤:
a、将硬脂酸镁、聚酰胺树脂、醋酸乙烯酯、水杨酸脂、聚醚改性硅氧烷混合均匀,得A品;
b、将A品中加入防腐剂、抗菌剂和抗氧剂混合均匀,保温30-40min,得成品。
5.如权利要求4所述的户外服装抗菌染料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤a中,混合采用高速搅拌混合机搅拌混合1-2h。
6.如权利要求4所述的户外服装抗菌染料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤b中,保温的温度为60-80℃。
