本发明公开了一种钢板覆膜工艺的前处理工序,包括如下步骤:一次脱脂、一次水洗、二次脱脂、二次水洗、风干、钝化和烘干。本发明通过在覆膜前将钢板进行两次脱脂和二次水洗,将钢板表面的油脂彻底清除干净,再由风干机进行风干,将水分完全除去,再经由钝化处理后烘干,避免钢板表面腐蚀,达到薄膜与钢板表面紧密贴合的效果,可防止薄膜脱落或翘边。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢板覆膜工艺的前处理工序,属于钢板覆膜工艺技术领域。
背景技术
在钢板生产过程中,为了防止产品刮花、隔离等需求,需在钢板上面覆膜,目前的覆膜钢板存在薄膜易脱落或发生翘边,影响覆膜钢板的使用,因此,需要对钢板覆膜工艺进行改进,达到薄膜与钢板表面紧密贴合的效果,防止薄膜脱落或翘边。为此,我们提出一种钢板覆膜工艺的前处理工序。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种钢板覆膜工艺的前处理工序,通过在覆膜前将钢板进行两次脱脂和二次水洗,将钢板表面的油脂彻底清除干净,再由风干机进行风干,将水分完全除去,再经由钝化处理后烘干,避免钢板表面腐蚀,达到薄膜与钢板表面紧密贴合的效果,可防止薄膜脱落或翘边,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种钢板覆膜工艺的前处理工序,包括如下步骤:一次脱脂、一次水洗、二次脱脂、二次水洗、风干、钝化和烘干,即:
a)在钢板放入输送机构前,必须保证蒸汽、喷淋装置、毛刷辊、热水洗及风干装置均打开,所述喷淋装置的压力在0.1-0.3kgf/cm2内,钢板脱脂游离碱的点数为10-12pt;
b)将钢板放置在输送机构上,由输送机构输送至装有脱脂液的脱脂槽内,进行一次脱脂,一次脱脂完成后由输送机构输送至喷淋装置下方进行一次水洗,一次水洗完成后再次由输送机构输送至脱脂槽内进行二次脱脂,二次脱脂完成后由输送机构输送至喷淋装置下方进行二次水洗;
c)二次水洗完成后,将置于风干机中进行风干,钢板风干后置于装有钝化液的钝化槽中进行钝化处理,钝化处理后置于烘干箱中进行烘干。
进一步的,所述脱脂液使用前需要进行检验,其检验方法为:
用移液管吸取10ml脱脂液移入150ml的锥形瓶中,加入3-5滴酚酞指示剂,用0.1N硫酸滴定至试样粉红色消失为终点,所消耗0.1硫酸N标准液毫升数为游离碱的点数。
进一步的,所述脱脂槽每5~7天清洗一次,所述脱脂槽内的脱脂液要及时添加。
进一步的,所述一次水洗和二次水洗均采用喷淋装置喷淋的方式进行,所述一次水洗、二次水洗、一次喷淋和二次喷淋后都需要采用毛刷辊进行刷洗。
进一步的,所述一次脱脂和二次脱脂的温度均为45±10℃,所述一次水洗和二次水洗的温度为50±10℃。
进一步的,所述钝化液的PH值为2.5-3.5。
本发明通过在覆膜前将钢板进行两次脱脂和二次水洗,将钢板表面的油脂彻底清除干净,再由风干机进行风干,将水分完全除去,再经由钝化处理后烘干,避免钢板表面腐蚀,达到薄膜与钢板表面紧密贴合的效果,可防止薄膜脱落或翘边。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
本实施例提供一种钢板覆膜工艺的前处理工序,包括如下步骤:一次脱脂、一次水洗、二次脱脂、二次水洗、风干、钝化和烘干,即:
a)在钢板放入输送机构前,必须保证蒸汽、喷淋装置、毛刷辊、热水洗及风干装置均打开,所述喷淋装置的压力在0.1-0.3kgf/cm2内,钢板脱脂游离碱的点数为10-12pt;
喷淋装置的压力若过大,则会损坏钢板的表面,压力若过小,钢板表面则会残留有脱脂液。
b)将钢板放置在输送机构上,由输送机构输送至装有脱脂液的脱脂槽内,进行一次脱脂,一次脱脂完成后由输送机构输送至喷淋装置下方进行一次水洗,一次水洗完成后再次由输送机构输送至脱脂槽内进行二次脱脂,二次脱脂完成后由输送机构输送至喷淋装置下方进行二次水洗;
c)二次水洗完成后,将置于风干机中进行风干,钢板风干后置于装有钝化液的钝化槽中进行钝化处理,钝化处理后置于烘干箱中进行烘干。
通过在覆膜前将钢板进行两次脱脂和二次水洗,将钢板表面的油脂彻底清除干净,再由风干机进行风干,将水分完全除去,再经由钝化处理后烘干,避免钢板表面腐蚀,达到薄膜与钢板表面紧密贴合的效果,可防止薄膜脱落或翘边。
进一步的,所述脱脂液使用前需要进行检验,其检验方法为:
用移液管吸取10ml脱脂液移入150ml的锥形瓶中,加入3-5滴酚酞指示剂,用0.1N硫酸滴定至试样粉红色消失为终点,所消耗0.1硫酸N标准液毫升数为游离碱的点数。
进一步的,所述脱脂槽每5~7天清洗一次,所述脱脂槽内的脱脂液要及时添加。
脱脂液添加不及时,脱脂点数低,达不到标准范围,易出现缩孔、薄膜附着力差,导致脱膜、翘边。
进一步的,所述一次水洗和二次水洗均采用喷淋装置喷淋的方式进行,所述一次水洗、二次水洗、一次喷淋和二次喷淋后都需要采用毛刷辊进行刷洗。
可将钢板表面的油污清除干净。
进一步的,所述一次脱脂和二次脱脂的温度均为45±10℃,所述一次水洗和二次水洗的温度为50±10℃。
进一步的,所述钝化液的PH值为2.5-3.5。
更好的除去钢板表面的油污。

1.一种钢板覆膜工艺的前处理工序,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:一次脱脂、一次水洗、二次脱脂、二次水洗、风干、钝化和烘干,即:
a)在钢板放入输送机构前,必须保证蒸汽、喷淋装置、毛刷辊、热水洗及风干装置均打开,所述喷淋装置的压力在0.1-0.3kgf/cm2内,钢板脱脂游离碱的点数为10-12pt;
b)将钢板放置在输送机构上,由输送机构输送至装有脱脂液的脱脂槽内,进行一次脱脂,一次脱脂完成后由输送机构输送至喷淋装置下方进行一次水洗,一次水洗完成后再次由输送机构输送至脱脂槽内进行二次脱脂,二次脱脂完成后由输送机构输送至喷淋装置下方进行二次水洗;
c)二次水洗完成后,将置于风干机中进行风干,钢板风干后置于装有钝化液的钝化槽中进行钝化处理,钝化处理后置于烘干箱中进行烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢板覆膜工艺的前处理工序,其特征在于,所述脱脂液使用前需要进行检验,其检验方法为:
用移液管吸取10ml脱脂液移入150ml的锥形瓶中,加入3-5滴酚酞指示剂,用0.1N硫酸滴定至试样粉红色消失为终点,所消耗0.1硫酸N标准液毫升数为游离碱的点数。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢板覆膜工艺的前处理工序,其特征在于:所述脱脂槽每5~7天清洗一次,所述脱脂槽内的脱脂液要及时添加。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢板覆膜工艺的前处理工序,其特征在于:所述一次水洗和二次水洗均采用喷淋装置喷淋的方式进行,所述一次水洗、二次水洗、一次喷淋和二次喷淋后都需要采用毛刷辊进行刷洗。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢板覆膜工艺的前处理工序,其特征在于:所述一次脱脂和二次脱脂的温度均为45±10℃,所述一次水洗和二次水洗的温度为50±10℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢板覆膜工艺的前处理工序,其特征在于:所述钝化液的PH值为2.5-3.5。
