Abstract

本发明提供一种新型圆形焊带制作方法,在铜线退火时,采用高温退火方式;在对铜线进行镀锡时,采用镀锡眼模进行镀锡,镀锡时所述镀锡眼模的中轴线与水平面垂直;可有效降低铜线断线机率,减少废料,减少镀锡时产生的锡灰锡渣,降低成本。

一种新型圆形焊带制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及焊带制作领域,尤其涉及一种新型圆形焊带的制作方法。
背景技术
在制作圆形焊带时,是将铜线拉伸退火后,再浸入锡液中镀锡制成,一般方法是采用电流退火方式,并在镀锡时采用风刀吹锡方式去除铜线表面的多余锡液。但是上述方法存在缺陷,如电流退火方式不能很好的消除铜线拉伸后的内应力,容易断线,而采用风刀吹锡方式很容易将锡灰锡渣吹到焊带的表面,影响焊带质量。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种新型圆形焊带制作方法,在铜线退火时,采用高温退火方式;在对铜线进行镀锡时,采用镀锡眼模进行镀锡,镀锡时所述镀锡眼模的中轴线与水平面垂直。
优选的,镀锡时,将铜线牵引进入锡液中,再从镀锡眼模中穿过并沿镀锡眼模的中轴线上升。
优选的,铜线退火后,置入水箱中进行冷却。
进一步的,铜线冷却后进行吹气,吹去铜线上的多余水分。
本发明提供的新型圆形焊带的制作方法采用高温退火方式,可有效降低铜线断线机率,减少废料,降低成本。改进圆形焊带镀锡工艺:现行圆形焊带生产工艺为镀锡阶段使用风刀吹锡,改进为使用模具镀锡,可有效减少镀锡时产生的锡灰锡渣,提供产品表面质量。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,进行圆形焊带的制作时,将铜线1从母线放线装置2上牵引出来,经退火炉3高温退火消除其内应力后,再引入水箱4中进行冷却,并经吹气装置5吹气清除铜线上的多余水分,接着通过助焊槽6中经助焊剂清洗并助焊。助焊完成后,铜线被引入锡炉7中进行镀锡,镀锡时采用镀锡眼模进行镀锡,镀锡时镀锡眼模的中轴线与水平面垂直,镀锡时,将铜线牵引进入锡液71中,再从镀锡眼模72中穿过形成圆形焊带10,如图2所示;再由牵引机构8牵引沿镀锡眼模的中轴线上升,这样锡液会沿圆形焊带表面垂直流动覆盖,不会形成滴落,造成镀锡层表面厚度不均;最后由多头收线机9将镀锡完成的圆形焊带进行收卷。
虽然对本发明的描述是结合以上具体实施例进行的,但是,熟悉本技术领域的人员能够根据上述的内容进行许多替换、修改和变化、是显而易见的。因此,所有这样的替代、改进和变化都包括在附后的权利要求的精神和范围内。

Claims (4)

1.一种新型圆形焊带制作方法,其特征在于:在铜线退火时,采用高温退火方式;在对铜线进行镀锡时,采用镀锡眼模进行镀锡,镀锡时所述镀锡眼模的中轴线与水平面垂直。
2.依据权利要求1所述新型圆形焊带制作方法,其特征在于:镀锡时,将铜线牵引进入锡液中,再从镀锡眼模中穿过并沿镀锡眼模的中轴线上升。
3.依据权利要求1所述新型圆形焊带制作方法,其特征在于:铜线退火后,置入水箱中进行冷却。
4.依据权利要求3所述新型圆形焊带制作方法,其特征在于:铜线冷却后进行吹气,吹去铜线上的多余水分。
