技术领域
本发明涉及液压油技术领域,特别涉及一种耐碱性无灰液压油。
背景技术
液压油就是利用液体压力能的液压系统使用的液压介质,在液压系统中起着能量传递、抗磨、系统润滑、防腐、防锈、冷却等作用。对于液压油来说,首先应满足液压装置在工作温度下与启动温度下对液体粘度的要求,由于润滑油的粘度变化直接与液压动作、传递效率和传递精度有关,还要求油的粘温性能和剪切安定性应满足不同用途所提出的各种需求。
本发明液压油主要用于工程机械、建筑、矿山、冶金、塑料加工等设备的低、中、高压不锈钢液压系统,尤其适用于高速、高压及对油品洁净度有要求的进口液压系统。
现有的液压油主要存在以下问题:
1.现有液压油大都是中性或弱碱性液压油,在连续满负荷的工作情况下易被氧化产生油泥引发液压系统内壁发黑;
2.现有的大多数液压油耐高温性能不好,耐高温抗氧化性能持久性不佳,导致使用寿命一般在2000-3000个小时。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种耐碱性无灰液压油,解决现有的液压油易被氧化和耐高温抗氧化性能不佳的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种耐碱性无灰液压油,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:基础油为93-98.5%、抗氧剂为0.4-2.0%、油性剂为0.01-0.95%、增粘剂为0.5-2.3%、极压抗磨剂为0.4-1.2%、防锈剂为0.1-0.9%、抗乳剂为0.02-0.06%、消泡剂为0.01-0.06%。
其中,优选地,所述基础油为加氢基础油、聚-α烯烃、三羟基丙烷酯、双季戊四醇饱和酯和多元醇酯中任意两种或几种。
其中,优选地,所述抗氧剂为1,3,5-均三嗪、季戊四醇双亚磷酸酯、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锑、4,4-二异辛基二苯胺、辛基二苯胺、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚中的任意一种或几种。
其中,优选地,所述油性剂为苯三唑十八胺盐,可增加各种添加剂在油品中的溶解度。
其中,优选地,所述增粘剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯或低分子量聚异丁烯。
其中,优选地,所述极压抗磨剂为三苯基硫代磷酸酯和/或硫化异丁烯。
其中,优选地,所述防锈剂为十二烯烃丁二酸和/或三聚羧酸。

本发明的有益效果:
本发明的耐碱性无灰液压油主要用于带有不锈钢液压系统的机器和设备,具有较高的酸值,加强了液压油的抗氧化性能和延长了液压油的寿命,可连续长时间满负荷运转产品不氧化,还具有了良好的倾点,可在寒冷地区正常使用,另外该产品还具备了优良的抗乳化性能和抗磨性能。
与市场国际品牌相比没有升高成本但剪切稳定性能提升了39%,抗磨性能提升了35%,油品寿命提升了42%。
另外,生产过程中不产生有害废液,对人体和环境无任何伤害。

下述实施例中,耐碱性无灰液压油采用下述制备方法制成:将基础油、抗氧剂、油性剂、增粘剂、极压抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗乳剂和消泡剂加入到调和罐内,搅拌30-50min,温度控制在50-55℃范围内,过滤除去水分和杂质既得成品。

本实施例提供一种耐碱性无灰液压油,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:加氢基础油为95%、1,3,5-均三嗪为1.2%、苯三唑十八胺盐为0.6%、聚甲基丙烯酸酯为1.6%、三苯基硫代磷酸酯0.5%、硫化异丁烯0.5%、十二烯烃丁二酸为0.5%、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物为0.05%、聚丙烯酸酯为0.05%。

本实施例提供一种耐碱性无灰液压油,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:基础油为96%、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚为0.8%、苯三唑十八胺盐为0.6%、低分子量聚异丁烯为1.1%、三苯基硫代磷酸酯为0.8%、十二烯烃丁二酸0.2%、三聚羧酸0.4%、四聚氧亚丙基衍生物0.02%、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物为0.03%、聚丙烯酸酯为0.05%。
对本实施例的耐碱性无灰液压油性能进测试,结果如下:
该表实验结果反映了合成液压油不但具有良好的高温氧化稳定性能还具有了良好的倾点,可在寒冷地区正常使用,另外该产品还具备了优良的抗乳化性能和抗磨性能。

Claims (9)
1.一种耐碱性无灰液压油,其特征在于按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:基础油为93-98.5%、抗氧剂为0.4-2.0%、油性剂为0.01-0.95%、增粘剂为0.5-2.3%、极压抗磨剂为0.4-1.2%、防锈剂为0.1-0.9%、抗乳剂为0.02-0.06%、消泡剂为0.01-0.06%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐碱性无灰液压油,其特征在于:所述基础油为加氢基础油、聚-α烯烃、三羟基丙烷酯、双季戊四醇饱和酯和多元醇酯中任意两种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐碱性无灰液压油,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为1,3,5-均三嗪、季戊四醇双亚磷酸酯、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锑、4,4-二异辛基二苯胺、辛基二苯胺、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚中的任意一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐碱性无灰液压油,其特征在于:所述油性剂为苯三唑十八胺盐。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐碱性无灰液压油,其特征在于:所述增粘剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯或低分子量聚异丁烯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐碱性无灰液压油,其特征在于:所述极压抗磨剂为三苯基硫代磷酸酯和/或硫化异丁烯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐碱性无灰液压油,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为十二烯烃丁二酸和/或三聚羧酸。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐碱性无灰液压油,其特征在于:所述抗乳剂为四聚氧亚丙基衍生物和/或环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐碱性无灰液压油,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚丙烯酸酯。
