一种内置骨架式胶粘带及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种内置骨架式胶粘带及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,胶粘带是以纸、布、塑料薄膜为基材,再把胶水均匀涂布在上述基材上制成纸质胶粘带、布质胶粘带或薄膜质胶粘带。根据胶性可分为溶剂型胶粘带、乳液型胶粘带、热熔型胶粘带、压延型胶粘带、反应型胶粘带,是由基材、胶粘剂、隔离纸(膜)三部分组成;而现有结构的胶粘带在使用时容易拉断,而且耐磨性差,透气性不好,基材层的耐腐蚀性差。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:提供一种耐腐蚀性强、抗撕裂强度高、耐磨性好、透气性佳的内置骨架式胶粘带及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种内置骨架式胶粘带,包括底层膜、基材层、胶粘层、中间过渡层、内置骨架层;所述的基材层上端贴合安装中间过渡层;所述的中间过渡层上端贴合安装胶粘层;所述的中间过渡层包括胶黏剂、亚麻纤维、竹纤维;所述的中间过渡层中的各组分重量份为:胶黏剂100份、亚麻纤维20~30份、竹纤维10~15份;所述的底层膜、基材层、胶粘层、中间过渡层、内置骨架层的厚度比为:1:4:1:3:1;所述的内置骨架层为聚四氟乙烯膜;所述的底层膜贴合在基材层的下端面;所述的内置骨架层嵌入安装在底层膜和基材层之间;所述的内置骨架层上开设有多个均匀分布的通孔。
进一步,所述的底层膜和基材层为PET塑料层。
进一步,所述的基材层的截面呈U形结构。
进一步,所述的中间过渡层中的各组分重量份为:胶黏剂100份、亚麻纤维25份、竹纤维13份。
一种内置骨架式胶粘带的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、纤维研磨:将亚麻纤维和竹纤维送入研磨机中进行研磨,得到纤维混合粉料;
S2、溶剂搅拌:将步骤S1中的纤维混合粉料和胶黏剂进行搅拌混合,得到中间过渡层溶剂;
S3、加热固化:将步骤S2中的中间过渡层溶剂送入模具中,然后进行加热后脱膜,使得中间过渡层溶剂固化,得到中间过渡层;
S4、热压贴合:将内置骨架层放置在底层膜上,将基材层贴合在内置骨架层上,将底层膜、内置骨架层、基材层通过贴合机进行热压贴合;将步骤S3中的中间过渡层和基材层通过贴合机进行热压贴合;
S5、涂刷胶粘层:在步骤S4的中间过渡层外侧面上涂刷胶黏剂,然后对涂刷的胶黏剂进行加热烘干,形成胶粘层,最终得到内置骨架式胶粘带。
进一步,所述的步骤S2中纤维混合粉料和胶黏剂进行搅拌混合的时间为30~40min。
进一步,所述的步骤S3中加热时间为20~30min。
进一步,所述的步骤S4中贴合机的贴合压力为22kg/cm3至25kg/cm3
进一步,所述的步骤S5中加热烘干时间为30~40min,加热温度为45~55℃。
本发明的有益效果
本发明的内置骨架层为聚四氟乙烯膜,底层膜贴合在基材层的下端面,内置骨架层嵌入安装在底层膜和基材层之间,内置骨架层上开设有多个均匀分布的通孔,如此利用内置骨架层增加了整个底层膜和基材层的耐腐蚀性;本发明的胶粘带由基材层、胶粘层、中间过渡层构成,而中间过渡层是由胶黏剂、亚麻纤维、竹纤维组成的,利用亚麻纤维和竹纤维的特性进行有缺互补,增加了胶粘带的抗撕裂强度、耐磨性以及透气性;本发明在制备过程中将亚麻纤维和竹纤维进行充分研磨呈粉体后和胶黏剂混合,再进行加热固化,使得本发明的中间过渡层具有一定的粘性的同时提高了性能,再利用中间过渡层作为中间载体,将胶粘层和基材层分别进行涂刷和贴合,不仅整体连接的稳固,而且性能得到了质的提升。

S5、涂刷胶粘层:在步骤S4的中间过渡层外侧面上涂刷胶黏剂,然后对涂刷的胶黏剂进行加热烘干,形成胶粘层,最终得到内置骨架式胶粘带;加热烘干时间为30min,加热温度为45℃。

S5、涂刷胶粘层:在步骤S4的中间过渡层外侧面上涂刷胶黏剂,然后对涂刷的胶黏剂进行加热烘干,形成胶粘层,最终得到内置骨架式胶粘带;加热烘干时间为40min,加热温度为55℃。
对比实施例1
在基材层上涂刷胶黏剂,然后进行加热烘干,控制加热烘干时间为33min,加热温度为47℃。
下面对实施例1至3以及对比实施例1的抗撕裂强度、抗磨损性、透气性进行测试。
将实施例1至3以及对比实施例1通过GB/T12833-2006方法测试抗撕裂强度。
将实施例1至3以及对比实施例1通过GB/T3960-1983方法进行磨损率测试。
将实施例1至3以及对比实施例1使用透气性检测仪在200Pa压力对中间过渡层进行透气性能测试。
下表显示各个实施例的抗撕裂强度、耐磨性、透气性能。

从上述表1中可反应出本发明的耐磨性、透气性以及撕裂强度均得到了质的提升,本发明性能优异,使用具有广阔的前景。本发明的内置骨架层为聚四氟乙烯膜,底层膜贴合在基材层的下端面,内置骨架层嵌入安装在底层膜和基材层之间,内置骨架层上开设有多个均匀分布的通孔,如此利用内置骨架层增加了整个底层膜和基材层的耐腐蚀性。
