Abstract
本发明属于胶黏剂领域,具体涉及一种有机硅改性聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法。本发明提供了一种高阻燃性、触变性好、附着力大的聚氨酯胶黏剂。本发明制备的有机硅改性聚氨酯胶黏剂是一种乳白色高粘度的膏状物,在金属、橡胶、塑料、泡沫、阻燃布基材之间起到粘合作用,室温固化后获得了具有高强度、高阻燃性的胶黏剂。

技术领域
本发明属于胶黏剂领域,具体涉及一种有机硅改性聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法。
背景技术
在实际生产和施工中,聚氨酯类粘合剂应用广泛,但存在附着力低,固化时间长,阻燃性性差等诸多问题。本发明从船舱、仓库、泡沫拼接处等实际应用场景出发,采用低分子量组合有机硅氧烷,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为原料,严格控制预聚体NCO含量,有效的提高了粘合剂的附着力,降低了固化时间,并采用搅拌方式加入填料,有效地提高了聚氨酯胶黏剂的阻燃性、触变性,在实际生产和应用中,具有广阔的实用价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有高附着力、高阻燃性、固化时间短的有机硅改性聚氨酯胶黏剂。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
1.一种有机硅改性聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤,
步骤1.在温度为120摄氏度以上,负压为0.09Pa的条件下,将不同分子量的组合端羟丙基硅油搅拌两小时,完成不同分子量的组合端羟丙基硅油的除水处理,然后向三口烧瓶中加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯并开始搅拌,然后将油浴锅升温至50-55摄氏度,此时滴加进双端羟丙基硅油,双端羟丙基硅油和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的比值为1:2.05mol,搅拌一小时,然后升温至70-75摄氏度,在此温度下再搅拌2小时,获得预聚体;
步骤2.以搅拌方式向预聚体中加入已烘干的氢氧化铝填料,氢氧化铝填料与预聚体的体积比为20%-30%,搅拌均匀,负压除泡20min;
步骤3.向预聚体中按2%-5%的比例加入二丁基二月桂酸锡,均匀搅拌,负压除泡20min后,涂抹至金属或橡胶或塑料或泡沫或阻燃布的粘接处,室温下固化。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种高阻燃性、触变性好、附着力大的聚氨酯胶黏剂。本发明制备的有机硅改性聚氨酯胶黏剂是一种乳白色高粘度的膏状物,在金属、橡胶、塑料、泡沫、阻燃布基材之间起到粘合作用,室温固化后获得了具有高强度、高阻燃性的胶黏剂。
具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述:
本发明采用不同分子量的组合双端羟丙基硅油做原料。
本发明采用搅拌的方法加入各种填料,增加了胶黏剂的阻燃性。
本发明采用低分子量的有机硅氧烷,增强了胶黏剂的附着力。
本发明采用了抽真空除泡的方法,有效的减少了胶黏剂中气泡对附着力的影响。
本发明采用了二丁基二月桂酸锡做催化剂,减少了胶黏剂的固化时间。
实施例1
在三口烧瓶中加入100g不同分子量的组合双端羟丙基硅油,在120摄氏度、负压0.09Pa的条件下搅拌两小时,完成不同分子量的组合双端羟丙基硅油的除水。在三口烧瓶中加入36g二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,升温至50摄氏度,并滴加入100g端羟丙基硅油,在50摄氏度的条件下反应一小时,然后升温至70摄氏度,在此温度下反应2小时,获得预聚体。以搅拌方式加入30%体积比的氢氧化铝,然后向三口烧瓶中滴加2.4g的二丁基二月桂酸锡并搅拌均匀,在负压除泡20min后,涂抹至泡沫与阻燃布的粘接处,室温下固化后,得到粘合效果。
实施例2
在三口烧瓶中加入50g不同分子量的组合双端羟丙基硅油,在120摄氏度、负压0.09Pa的条件下搅拌两小时,完成不同分子量的组合双端羟丙基硅油的除水。在三口烧瓶中加入18g二甲基甲烷二异氰酸酯,升温至50摄氏度,并滴加入50g的端羟丙基硅油,在50摄氏度的条件下反应一小时,然后升温至75摄氏度,在此温度下反应2小时,获得预聚体。以搅拌方式加入30%体积比的氢氧化铝,然后向三口烧瓶中滴加1.2g二丁基二月桂酸锡并搅拌均匀,在负压除泡20min后,涂抹至金属粘接处,室温下固化后,得到粘接效果。
实施例3
在三口烧瓶中加入200g不同分子量的组合双端羟丙基硅油,在120摄氏度、负压0.09Pa的条件下搅拌两小时,完成不同分子量的组合双端羟丙基硅油的除水,在三口烧瓶中加入72g二甲基甲烷二异氰酸酯,升温至50摄氏度,滴加入50g端羟丙基硅油,在50摄氏度的条件下反应一小时,然后升温至75摄氏度,在此温度下反应2小时,获得预聚体。以搅拌方式加入30%体积比的氢氧化铝,然后向三口烧瓶中滴加5g二丁基二月桂酸锡并搅拌均匀,在负压除泡20min后,涂抹至聚乙烯塑料粘接处,室温下固化后,得到粘接效果。
实施例4
在三口烧瓶中加入100g双端羟丙基硅油,升温至120摄氏度负压0.09Pa搅拌两个小时,完成羟丙基硅油的除水。在三口烧瓶中加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯36g,升温至50摄氏度,滴加入100g端羟丙基硅油,50摄氏度反应一小时,升温至70摄氏度,反应俩小时,获得预聚体。以搅拌方式加入30%氢氧化铝,向三口烧瓶中滴加2.4g二丁基二月桂酸锡搅拌均匀,负压除泡20min后,涂抹至橡胶粘接处,室温下固化后,得到粘接效果。
这里必须指出的是,本发明中给出的其他未说明的实施方式和名称因为都是本领域的公知方式和名称,根据本发明所述的名称或描述,本领域技术人员就能够找到相关记载的文献,因此未做进一步说明。本方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术。
Claims (1)
1.一种有机硅改性聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的制备方法包括如下步骤,
步骤1.在温度为120摄氏度以上,负压为0.09Pa的条件下,将不同分子量的组合端羟丙基硅油搅拌两小时,完成不同分子量的组合端羟丙基硅油的除水处理,然后向三口烧瓶中加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯并开始搅拌,然后将油浴锅升温至50-55摄氏度,此时滴加进双端羟丙基硅油,双端羟丙基硅油和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的比值为1:2.05mol,搅拌一小时,然后升温至70-75摄氏度,在此温度下再搅拌2小时,获得预聚体;
步骤2.以搅拌方式向预聚体中加入已烘干的氢氧化铝填料,氢氧化铝填料与预聚体的体积比为20%-30%,搅拌均匀,负压除泡20min;
步骤3.向预聚体中按2%-5%的比例加入二丁基二月桂酸锡,均匀搅拌,负压除泡20min后,涂抹至金属或橡胶或塑料或泡沫或阻燃布的粘接处,室温下固化。
