Abstract
本发明涉及一种保鲜膜,为两层结构复合而成,包括树脂膜和吸附层,所述吸附层包括若干分布在树脂膜上的若干沸石点,每个沸石点外均包裹有玉米醇溶蛋白膜;所述树脂膜层由下述重量份的原料制成:低密度聚乙烯树脂85~90份、二氧化硅开口剂0.5~2份、曲酸0.5~1份、赤霉素1~1.5份、N‑乙酰胺基‑4‑乙烯基吡啶0.5~2份和硫酸镁0.5~2份,所述树脂膜层内混有若干负离子颗粒。本发明通过在保鲜膜表面添加乙烯吸收剂‑‑‑沸石来降低保鲜膜内的乙烯浓度,从而有效减缓果蔬的呼吸强度、减缓营养消耗和延长保鲜期;添加负离子材料,释放的负离子具有较高的活性和很强的氧化还原作用,能够破坏细菌的细胞膜或细胞原生质活性酶的活性,从而达到抗菌、杀菌的目的,延长保鲜期。

技术领域
本发明涉及果蔬保鲜领域,尤其涉及一种保鲜膜。
背景技术
目前,产品保鲜领域中所使用的保鲜材料有聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等,聚氯乙 烯由于具有一定程度的毒性,因此禁止用于熟食的包装,而低密度聚乙烯膜以 其特有的无毒无害性正在产品保鲜包装领域发挥着越来越大的作用。普通的聚 乙烯保鲜膜,其本身不具备透气平衡调节、乙烯气体去除、抗结霜和抗菌等功 能,而且大多数都不符合国标的抗拉强度等效果或指标,不能起到延长保鲜时 间的作用。此外,果蔬鲜花等产品在成熟的过程中会释放出乙烯气体,乙烯气 体有催熟的作用,在一定程度上不利于保鲜。
为了进一步加强保鲜程度,设计研发出一种使用安全、长久保鲜的保鲜膜 是非常必要的。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种保鲜膜。
本发明的一种保鲜膜,为两层结构复合而成,包括树脂膜和吸附层,所述 吸附层包括若干分布在树脂膜上的若干沸石点,每个沸石点外均包裹有玉米醇 溶蛋白膜;所述树脂膜层由下述重量份的原料制成:低密度聚乙烯树脂85~90 份、二氧化硅开口剂0.5~2份、曲酸0.5~1份、赤霉素1~1.5份、N-乙 酰胺基-4-乙烯基吡啶0.5~2份和硫酸镁0.5~2份,所述树脂膜层内混有 若干负离子颗粒。
进一步的,所述保鲜膜包括由下述重量份的原料制成:低密度聚乙烯树脂 88~90份、二氧化硅开口剂1~1.5份、曲酸1份、赤霉素1~1.2份、 N-乙酰胺基-4-乙烯基吡啶1.7~2份和硫酸镁1.5~2份,所述树脂膜层 内混有若干负离子颗粒。
进一步的,所述负离子颗粒包括电气石、硝酸盐。
进一步的,所述的保鲜膜上通过激光打有若干微孔,所述微孔的孔径为0.1~3μm
本发明的一种保鲜膜的制备方法,具体包括以下几个步骤:原料调配、上 料、挤出、吹胀、冷却、印刷、牵引-夹平、卷膜、切割和包装。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:一、通过在保鲜膜表面添加乙 烯吸收剂---沸石来降低保鲜膜内的乙烯浓度,从而有效减缓果蔬的呼吸强度、 减缓营养消耗和延长保鲜期;二、本发明在保鲜膜中添加负离子材料,释放的 负离子具有较高的活性和很强的氧化还原作用,能够破坏细菌的细胞膜或细胞 原生质活性酶的活性,从而达到抗菌、杀菌的目的,延长保鲜期;三、曲酸、 赤霉素和硫酸镁的添加剂使用,有助于保持蔬菜的色泽、新鲜度和口感。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施 例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明一较佳实施例的一种保鲜膜,为两层结构复合而成,包括树脂膜和 吸附层,所述吸附层包括若干分布在树脂膜上的若干沸石点,每个沸石点外均 包裹有玉米醇溶蛋白膜;所述保鲜膜包括由下述重量份的原料制成:低密度聚 乙烯树脂88~90份、二氧化硅开口剂1~1.5份、曲酸1份、赤霉素1~1.2 份、N-乙酰胺基-4-乙烯基吡啶1.7~2份和硫酸镁1.5~2份,所述树脂 膜层内混有若干负离子颗粒,所述负离子颗粒包括电气石、硝酸盐。
作为优选方案,本发明的保鲜膜上通过激光打有若干微孔,所述微孔的孔 径为0.1~3μm,孔隙率为30%~35%,微孔有助于O2和CO2双向调节能力, 进行小包装贮藏时,可利用自发气调原理,有效地调节气体指标,使之保持相 对稳定的最佳状态,达到气调贮藏的目的。同时具有较好的透湿性能,可降低 袋内湿度,减少挥发性代谢产物积累,在贮藏期内虽有温度波动,但内表面不 结露。
本发明的一种保鲜膜的制备方法,具体包括以下几个步骤:原料调配、上 料、挤出、吹胀、冷却、印刷、牵引-夹平、卷膜、切割和包装。
本发明所用原料都具有较高的安全性,是一种安全、高效、无毒的果蔬保 鲜膜。本发明提供的制备方法简单可行,设备投资少,操作场地小,可适用于 工业上的批量生产。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还 可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种保鲜膜,为两层结构复合而成,其特征在于:包括树脂膜和吸附层,所述吸附层包括若干分布在树脂膜上的若干沸石点,每个沸石点外均包裹有玉米醇溶蛋白膜;所述树脂膜层由下述重量份的原料制成:低密度聚乙烯树脂85~90份、二氧化硅开口剂0.5~2份、曲酸0.5~1份、赤霉素1~1.5份、N-乙酰胺基-4-乙烯基吡啶0.5~2份和硫酸镁0.5~2份,所述树脂膜层内混有若干负离子颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保鲜膜,其特征在于,所述保鲜膜包括由下述重量份的原料制成:低密度聚乙烯树脂88~90份、二氧化硅开口剂1~1.5份、曲酸1份、赤霉素1~1.2份、N-乙酰胺基-4-乙烯基吡啶1.7~2份和硫酸镁1.5~2份,所述树脂膜层内混有若干负离子颗粒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保鲜膜,其特征在于,所述负离子颗粒包括电气石、硝酸盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保鲜膜,其特征在于,所述的保鲜膜上通过激光打有若干微孔,所述微孔的孔径为0.1~3μm。
