Abstract

一种轻质组合墙板的生产方法,属于建筑材料生产领域,解决了砌筑墙板的大型化问题。根据墙板的具体规格和尺寸制作一个模具组,将污泥陶粒装满模具组的模腔后置于振动台上,将结合剂水泥、石膏和水按比例混合,同时加入高铁粉、纤维素、阻碱剂和减水剂,搅拌均匀。将搅拌均匀的浆料注入模具的模腔,盖上振动盖,启动振动盖与振动台同时振动。使结合剂浆料充满模腔与陶粒骨料紧密结合,打开振动盖。通过刮板刮出墙板上面的凸棱,待模具内的浆料硬化后,进行脱模。具有生产工艺先进、工序安排合理、所用的工艺装备能够保证产品的质量。产品精度高、重量轻、隔音隔热效果好、节能环保和施工简便效率高的特点,完全能满足轻质组合墙板的批量生产。

轻质组合墙板的生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料生产领域,主要是涉及砌筑建筑物内、外墙体的轻质组合墙板的生产方法。
背景技术
建筑物的内、外墙主要是由各种材料或形状的砌块砌筑而成,传统的砌块在砌墙时需要由水泥砂浆予以粘结,保证整体墙面的坚固。由于填充水泥砂浆的厚度很难掌握,砌块放置的位置也难以控制,所以导致整体的墙面平整度很差,给后期的施工带来困难。需要对墙面进行多次找平,才能达到理想的效果。传统砌块的生产方法需要成型后进行焙烧,或者采用大型压力机压制成型,所以砌块的体积受到限制,制约了大型砌块的发展。
轻质组合墙板是采用污泥陶粒作骨料,水泥和石膏等作结合剂的一种新型建筑砌块,它单块的体积可以成倍的增加,且不需要焙烧和压力成型,所以,传统的砌块生产方法就不能适应轻质组合墙板的需要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种轻质组合墙板的生产方法,该生产方法实施方便、操作简单、成品率高;生产的墙板表面平整、精度高、施工方便效率高。
轻质组合墙板的形状是方形的厚板,在墙板的四个边面上,分别加工有凹槽或凸棱,凹槽与凸棱是相对设置的,即一个边面加工有凹槽,其相对应的另一边面加工有凸棱。或者是用于墙壁底梁或门窗过梁处的墙板,是长条的四棱柱状。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的,制作墙板的材料组成按重量比分别是:污泥陶粒65~75%、水泥12.5~17.5%、石膏12.5~17.5%;水的重量占水泥加石膏重量的72~78%;添加剂的重量占水泥加石膏的重量比分别是,高铁粉0.8~1.2‰、纤维素0.08~0.12‰、阻碱剂1.8~2.2‰和减水剂1.8~2.2‰,其特征是按以下方法进行生产:
根据墙板的具体规格和尺寸制作一个模具组,在骨料填充工位,根据模具组模腔的容积大小,用计量斗量出与其等积的用作墙板骨料的陶粒,装入模具的模腔内,同时刮除高于模腔上表面多余的陶粒;
在结合剂填充工位,将水泥通过输送装置输送,并按要求计量后,加入搅拌装置;同时将石膏通过输送装置输送,并按要求计量后,加入搅拌装置;同时将四种添加剂按要求计量后,加入搅拌装置;同时将水计量后,加入搅拌装置;启动搅拌装置的搅拌机,将加入的物料搅拌均匀,形成结合剂浆料;
将模具组移至结合剂填充工位的振动平台上,将搅拌均匀的结合剂浆料填充到装有骨料的模具组的模腔内,盖上振动盖;启动振动平台和振动盖,带动模具体振动1~2分钟,使结合剂浆料充满模腔与陶粒骨料紧密结合,打开振动盖;
将模具组移回骨料填充工位,再经过3~5分钟后在结合剂未完全硬化时,通过刮板刮出墙板上面的凸棱;
再经过3~5分钟,启动脱模装置,将模腔内的墙板产品托出模腔;同时,启动墙板搬运装置,将墙板转运、包装入库。
所述的计量陶粒的计量斗,是采用体积计量方法,将作骨料的污泥陶粒装满计量斗后刮平。
污泥陶粒的最大特点是质量轻强度高,与水泥和石膏结合相得益彰,为污泥陶粒开发了一个新的应用领域。所用的添加剂,包括高铁粉、纤维素、阻碱剂和减水剂的作用是,调节水泥、石膏与陶粒的融合度;增加混合物的流动性、渗透性和粘合力,提高墙板的强度;并能有效的防止返碱现象的发生。
本发明的有益效果是,该生产工艺能保证所生产的产品配料计量准确,搅拌均匀,结合剂与骨料陶粒接触紧密。保证单个产品墙板的规格准确,且表面平整光洁,墙面组合完成后,整体平整美观,误差极小。无需进行墙面底层的找平施工,可直接进行表面层的施工,节省了施工的成本和提高了施工的效率。由该墙板组合形成的墙整体性好,强度较高,其墙壁的厚度也大大减小,相对增加了房屋使用面积。墙板所用的原材料主要是处理后的城市污泥,经煅烧后形成的陶粒,解决了污泥无害化处理的问题。具有生产工艺先进、工序安排合理、所用的工艺装备能够保证产品的质量。产品精度高、重量轻、隔音隔热效果好、节能环保和施工简便效率高的特点,完全能满足轻质组合墙板的批量生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本发明的实施例:
制作墙板的材料组成按重量比分别是:污泥陶粒70%、水泥15%、石膏15%;水的重量占水泥加石膏重量的75%;添加剂的重量占水泥加石膏的重量比分别是,高铁粉1‰、纤维素0.1‰、阻碱剂2‰和减水剂2‰,按以下方法进行生产。

将模具组移回骨料填充工位,再经过4分钟后在结合剂未完全硬化时,通过刮板刮出墙板上面的凸棱。再经过4分钟,启动脱模装置,将模腔内的墙板产品托出模腔;同时,启动墙板搬运装置,将墙板转运、包装入库。

1.一种轻质组合墙板的生产方法,制作墙板的材料组成按重量比分别是:污泥陶粒65~75%、水泥12.5~17.5%、石膏12.5~17.5%;水的重量占水泥加石膏重量的72~78%;添加剂的重量占水泥加石膏的重量比分别是,高铁粉0.8~1.2‰、纤维素0.08~0.12‰、阻碱剂1.8~2.2‰和减水剂1.8~2.2‰,其特征是按以下方法进行生产:
