Abstract

本发明公开了治疗咳嗽的中药组合物、药物制剂及胶囊剂的制备方法。中药组合物由沙参10～15g、川贝12～20g、枳壳10～15g、寸冬10～20g、泽夕10～15g、橘红15～20g、茯苓12～16g、紫苑10～15g、瓜蒌15～25g、知母8～16g、生勺20～25g、甘草2～6g、黄瓜子35～50g、紫蔻5～8g组成。药物制剂剂型为胶囊剂的制备方法为：对中药组合物先后两次加水进行加热得到两次提取液，混合两次提取液后进行加热，沸腾过滤后将滤液浓缩成清膏，干燥，粉碎，制得胶囊剂。本发明制得的中药组合物能清热解毒、止咳化痰，能安全有效治疗咳嗽且无毒副作用和成瘾性。

本发明涉及治疗咳嗽的中药组合物、药物制剂及胶囊剂的制备方法，属中药领域。
背景技术
咳嗽是呼吸系统疾病最常见的症状之一，是人体清除呼吸道内的分泌物或异物的保护性呼吸反射动作。中医认为咳嗽是因外感六淫，脏腑内伤，影响于肺所致有声有痰之症。见《素问五脏生成篇》。《素问病机气宜保命集》：“咳谓无痰而有声，肺气伤而不清也；嗽是无声而有痰，脾湿动而为痰也。咳嗽谓有痰而有声，盖因伤于肺气动于脾湿，咳而为嗽也”。
目前西医主要是采用呼吸道平滑肌抑制剂止咳，见效快，常伴有副作用。而且某些咳嗽水还具有成瘾性，咳嗽水被青少年滥用的报道屡见不止。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术问题，本发明提供了治疗咳嗽的中药组合物、药物制剂及胶囊剂的制备方法。
技术方案如下：
一种治疗咳嗽的中药组合物，由沙参10～15g、川贝12～20g、枳壳10～15g、寸冬10～20g、泽夕10～15g、橘红15～20g、茯苓12～16g、紫苑10～15g、瓜蒌15～25g、知母8～16g、生勺20～25g、甘草2～6g、黄瓜子35～50g、紫蔻5～8g组成。
进一步，所述中药组合物由沙参15g、川贝15g、枳壳10g、寸冬15g、泽夕15g、橘红15g、茯苓15g、紫苑15g、瓜蒌20g、知母15g、生勺20g、甘草5g、黄瓜子50g、紫蔻7.5g组成。

进一步，上述药物制剂的剂型为胶囊剂、片剂、散剂、口服液、丸剂、酊剂、糖浆剂、栓剂、凝胶剂、喷雾剂或注射剂。
一种治疗咳嗽的胶囊剂的制备方法，所述胶囊剂的制备原料包括上述任一项治疗咳嗽的中药组合物，所述胶囊剂由以下步骤制成：
a)将称取后的沙参、川贝、枳壳、寸冬、泽夕、橘红、茯苓、紫苑、瓜蒌、知母、生勺、甘草、黄瓜子、紫蔻加入到2～5倍中药总重量的水中进行加热，待沸腾20分钟后，过滤得到第一次提取液，对滤渣添加2～4倍中药总重量的水进行加热，待沸腾15分钟后，过滤得到第二次提取液，将两次提取液混合得到混合提取液；
b)对a)所述的混合提取液进行加热，待沸腾10分钟后过滤，过滤后将滤液浓缩成清膏，干燥，粉碎，每0.5g装入一个胶囊制得胶囊剂。
药理作用：
沙参：养阴清热，润肺化痰，益胃生津。
川贝：润肺止咳，化痰平喘，清热化痰。
枳壳：破气，行痰，消积。
寸东：养阴生津，润肺止咳。
泽夕：利尿、降胆固醇。
橘红：理气宽中，燥湿化痰。
茯苓：利水渗湿，健脾，宁心。
紫苑：润肺下气，痰止咳。
瓜蒌：清热涤痰，宽胸散结，润肠。
知母：清热泻火，滋阴润燥。
白芍：养血敛阴，柔肝止痛，平肝阳。
甘草：健脾强胃，培补中土。
黄瓜子：续筋接骨，祛风，消痰。
紫蔻：温中行气，健胃消食。
有益效果：本发明制得的中药组合物能清热解毒、止咳化痰，能安全有效治疗咳嗽且无毒副作用和成瘾性。

实施例四：
制备一种治疗咳嗽的胶囊剂，其制备原料为实施例一的中药组合物，其制备方法步骤如下：
a)将称取后的沙参15g、川贝15g、枳壳10g、寸冬15g、泽夕15g、橘红15g、茯苓15g、紫苑15g、瓜蒌20g、知母15g、生勺20g、甘草5g、黄瓜子50g、紫蔻7.5g加入到700g水中进行加热，待沸腾20分钟后，过滤得到第一次提取液，对滤渣添加500g水进行加热，待沸腾15分钟后，过滤得到第二次提取液，将两次提取液混合得到混合提取液；
b)对a)所述的混合提取液进行加热，待沸腾10分钟后过滤，过滤后将滤液浓缩成清膏，干燥，粉碎，每0.5g装入一个胶囊制得胶囊剂。
实施例五：本发明的中药组合物临床试验。
1、试验对象：年龄为18-50岁的50名咳嗽的患者。
2、试验方法：服用实施例四制得的胶囊剂，每天两次，一次两颗胶囊剂，三十天为一疗程。
3、试验结果：50名患者随访2个月,其中，32名患者痊愈(痊愈率64％)，16名患者好转明显(显著好转率32％)，剩余2名患者无明显疗效(无效率4％)。
4、典型试例：刘某，男，47岁，因年轻时抽烟现今经常咳嗽，严重影响了工作和休息，服用本发明中药组合物胶囊剂两个疗程后，咳嗽有了显著的好转，日常生活受影响的程度大大减小，且没有任何副作用或成瘾性。

1.一种治疗咳嗽的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述治疗咳嗽的中药组合物由沙参10～15g、川贝12～20g、枳壳10～15g、寸冬10～20g、泽夕10～15g、橘红15～20g、茯苓12～16g、紫苑10～15g、瓜蒌15～25g、知母8～16g、生勺20～25g、甘草2～6g、黄瓜子35～50g、紫蔻5～8g组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗咳嗽的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述治疗咳嗽的中药组合物由沙参15g、川贝15g、枳壳10g、寸冬15g、泽夕15g、橘红15g、茯苓15g、紫苑15g、瓜蒌20g、知母15g、生勺20g、甘草5g、黄瓜子50g、紫蔻7.5g组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗咳嗽的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述治疗咳嗽的中药组合物由沙参12g、川贝16g、枳壳12g、寸冬12g、泽夕15g、橘红18g、茯苓12g、紫苑10g、瓜蒌25g、知母10g、生勺22g、甘草4g、黄瓜子45g、紫蔻7g组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗咳嗽的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述治疗咳嗽的中药组合物由沙参10g、川贝15g、枳壳15g、寸冬18g、泽夕10g、橘红20g、茯苓16g、紫苑12g、瓜蒌16g、知母9g、生勺25g、甘草3g、黄瓜子50g、紫蔻6g组成。
5.一种治疗咳嗽的药物制剂，其特征在于，包括权利要求1～4任一项所述治疗咳嗽的中药组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的治疗咳嗽的药物制剂，其特征在于，所述治疗咳嗽的药物制剂的剂型为胶囊剂、片剂、散剂、口服液、丸剂、酊剂、糖浆剂、栓剂、凝胶剂、喷雾剂或注射剂。
7.一种治疗咳嗽的胶囊剂的制备方法，其特征在于，所述胶囊剂的制备原料包括权利要求1～4任一项所述治疗咳嗽的中药组合物，所述胶囊剂由以下步骤制成：
a)将称取后的沙参、川贝、枳壳、寸冬、泽夕、橘红、茯苓、紫苑、瓜蒌、知母、生勺、甘草、黄瓜子、紫蔻加入到2～5倍中药总重量的水中进行加热，待沸腾20分钟后，过滤得到第一次提取液，对滤渣添加2～4倍中药总重量的水进行加热，待沸腾15分钟后，过滤得到第二次提取液，将两次提取液混合得到混合提取液；
b)对a)所述的混合提取液进行加热，待沸腾10分钟后过滤，过滤后将滤液浓缩成清膏，干燥，粉碎，每0.5g装入一个胶囊制得胶囊剂。
8.如权利要求1～4任一项所述的中药组合物在制备用于治疗咳嗽的药物中的应用。
