Abstract
The invention discloses a PE (polyethylene) lawn mower with a long-acting anti-aging function, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 85-90% of polyethylene, 4-5% of color master batch, 3-5% of anti-aging auxiliary agent and 3-5% of filling master batch. The invention greatly improves the anti-aging performance of the grass-proof cloth by optimizing and improving the formula design, can be used for 5-10 years, has the characteristics of one-time application and multi-year benefit, has excellent mechanical property, and has good shading, ventilating, water seepage and heat preservation performances.
Description
Technical Field

Background

The invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1. the using period of the agricultural film is as short as one year, after the agricultural film is used, the waste film is collected every year, otherwise the waste film is mixed into soil to gradually influence the soil structure and pollute the environment, and the manual cleaning increases the manual input; the invention greatly improves the natural performances of the grass-proof cloth such as high temperature resistance, radiation aging resistance and the like by optimizing and improving the formula design, has strong weather resistance, can be repeatedly used for 5 to 10 years after being put into use once, and has the characteristics of one-time use and benefit for many years;
2. the PE grass-proof ground fabric has certain elasticity, is not easy to break, has relatively soft cloth cover, is woven by using plastic flat wires, and can keep sufficient tension in a dry and wet state; the soil anti-mildew agent has good anti-mildew performance, can still keep good anti-mildew performance under natural erosion conditions such as long-term wind, sunshine, rain and the like, and can effectively prevent microorganisms in soil from damaging ground cloth;
3. in winter, the grassland cloth is covered to keep the temperature of the earth surface, so that the soil temperature can be increased by 5-8 ℃, the growth and development of the roots of the plants are promoted, the growth period of the plants is shortened, the precocity of vegetables and fruits is guaranteed, agricultural products are brought into the market in advance, and the economic value is increased;

The embodiment provides a PE (polyethylene) grass-prevention base fabric with a long-acting anti-aging function, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
85% of polyethylene, 5% of color master batch, 5% of anti-aging auxiliary agent and 5% of filling master batch.
The color master batch comprises the following raw materials: 15% of polyethylene, 25% of polyethylene wax, 30% of carbon black and 30% of calcium carbonate.
The anti-aging auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials: 77.5 percent of polyethylene, 20 percent of light stabilizer, 2 percent of antioxidant and 0.5 percent of lubricant. The light stabilizer adopts LS 770; the antioxidant is a mixture of antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant CA in a mass ratio of 1: 1; the lubricant is glyceryl stearate.
The filling master batch comprises the following raw materials: 82% of calcium carbonate, 1% of coupling agent, 1% of dispersing agent, 4% of lubricating agent and 12% of polyethylene. The coupling agent adopts KH 560; the dispersing agent adopts ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer; the lubricant is glyceryl stearate.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a PE (polyethylene) grass-prevention base fabric with a long-acting anti-aging function, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
90% of polyethylene, 4% of color master batch, 3% of anti-aging auxiliary agent and 3% of filling master batch.
The color master batch comprises the following raw materials: 15% of polyethylene, 25% of polyethylene wax, 30% of carbon black and 30% of calcium carbonate.
The anti-aging auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials: 77.5 percent of polyethylene, 20 percent of light stabilizer, 2 percent of antioxidant and 0.5 percent of lubricant. The light stabilizer adopts N539; the antioxidant is antioxidant TNP; the lubricant adopts polyethylene wax.
The filling master batch comprises the following raw materials: 82% of calcium carbonate, 1% of coupling agent, 1% of dispersing agent, 4% of lubricating agent and 12% of polyethylene. The coupling agent adopts a mixture of SCA1503 and KH560 according to the mass ratio of 1: 1; the dispersing agent adopts ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer; the lubricant is glyceryl stearate.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a PE (polyethylene) grass-prevention base fabric with a long-acting anti-aging function, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
87% of polyethylene, 5% of color master batch, 4% of anti-aging auxiliary agent and 4% of filling master batch.
The color master batch comprises the following raw materials: 15% of polyethylene, 25% of polyethylene wax, 30% of carbon black and 30% of calcium carbonate.
The anti-aging auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials: 77.5 percent of polyethylene, 20 percent of light stabilizer, 2 percent of antioxidant and 0.5 percent of lubricant. The light stabilizer is a mixture of LS770 and N539 in a mass ratio of 2: 1; the antioxidant is a mixture of an antioxidant 1010, an antioxidant CA and an antioxidant TNP in equal mass proportion; the lubricant is a mixture of glyceryl stearate and polyethylene wax according to the mass ratio of 1: 1.
The filling master batch comprises the following raw materials: 82% of calcium carbonate, 1% of coupling agent, 1% of dispersing agent, 4% of lubricating agent and 12% of polyethylene. The coupling agent adopts a mixture of SCA1503 and KH560 according to the mass ratio of 1: 2; the dispersing agent adopts ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer; the lubricant is glyceryl stearate.
Comparative example 1
Based on the embodiment 2, a PE (polyethylene) lawn mower cloth formula with a long-acting anti-aging function is provided, and the difference is that: the PE grass-prevention ground fabric comprises the following raw materials: 75% of polyethylene, 5% of color master batch, 5% of anti-aging auxiliary agent and 15% of filling master batch.
