Abstract
本发明涉及有桩公共电动车专用充电插座,包括设于公共电动自行车锁车控制盒上内凹的插腔;所述插腔底部设有向外突出的电极插孔台,电极插孔台上设有与设于锁车控制盒上的充电器电连接的金属电极插孔,在插腔内顶部设有一向下突出的推盖部,在推盖部的下方设有向内延伸凹进的端盖容纳腔。本发明与设于公共电动自行车上的专用充电插头配套使用,能在自行车锁车充电时打开专用充电插头的活动端盖,并实现与专用充电插头自动对接充电。

技术领域
本发明涉及电动自行车技术领域,尤其涉及有桩公共电动车专用充电插座。
背景技术
公共电动自行车在很多城市得到推广,但公共电动自行车乱停乱放以及充电都成为难题,因此,现在有些城市改为有桩公共电动自行车,停放在固定的地点,也可进行充电,但现有的公共电动自行车在还车时要手动插上充电接头,借车时要手动插上充电接头,十分麻烦,还会造成还车时忘记充电,致使电池没电。
公告号为CN107086419A的专利申请“一种电动公共自行车还车自动充电联接装置”,采用“充电端由金属安装支架、铜触片、接线壳组组成”,可以解决公共电动自行车的充电自动充电问题,但该技术方案将“铜触片”安装在“接线壳组”的外部(参考该技术方案的附图1-10及充电口的结构),暴露在充电端的外部,不能防水,遇下雨被雨水淋湿后两个“铜触片”(即电极)会产生漏电,影响电池的使用寿命;其次,“铜触片” 被雨水淋湿后也会慢慢生锈产生铜锈,影响电接触效果。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供了有桩公共电动车专用充电插座,与设于公共电动自行车上的专用充电插头配套使用,能在自行车锁车充电时打开专用充电插头的活动端盖,并实现与专用充电插头自动对接充电。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
有桩公共电动车专用充电插座,包括设于公共电动自行车锁车控制盒上内凹的插腔;所述插腔底部设有向外突出的电极插孔台,电极插孔台上设有与设于锁车控制盒上的充电器电连接的金属电极插孔,在插腔内顶部设有一向下突出的推盖部,在推盖部的下方设有向内延伸凹进的端盖容纳腔。
进一步,所述插腔的横截面为上宽下窄的等腰梯形。
进一步,所述电极插孔设有正极插孔、负极插孔和接地极插孔。
本发明的有益效果:采用电极插孔台、电极插孔、推盖部和端盖容纳腔,与设于公共电动自行车上的专用充电插头配套使用,使自行车锁车充电时能自动打开活动端盖,露出电极,使电极能插入电极插孔进行充电,锁车充电一起完成,无需手动充电,十分方便。

具体实施方式
如图1~2所示,本发明的实施例,有桩公共电动车专用充电插座,包括设于公共电动自行车锁车控制盒1上内凹的插腔2;所述插腔2底部设有向外突出的电极插孔台3,电极插孔台3上设有与设于锁车控制盒1上的充电器(图中未画出)电连接的金属电极插孔4,在插腔2内顶部设有一向下突出的推盖部5,在推盖部5的下方设有向内延伸凹进的端盖容纳腔6。
本实施例中,所述插腔2的横截面为上宽下窄的等腰梯形。
本实施例中,所述电极插孔4设有正极插孔7、负极插孔8和接地极插孔9。
本发明与设于公共电动自行车的充电插头配套使用,充电插头如图3~5所示,包括安装在公共电动自行车车头的柱状插头本体10,插头本体10和插腔2相配合,插头本体10头部设有内凹的电极腔11,电极腔11内设有向外突出的电极柱12,电极腔11与电极插孔台3相配合,电极柱12和电极插孔4相配合,电极柱12连接公共电动自行车的电池(图中未画出);插头本体10端部设有活动端盖13,活动端盖13的大小、形状与插头本体10端面相对应,且其上部高出插头本体10上平面形成用于打开活动端盖13的开盖部14,开盖部14位置和推盖部5相配合,开盖部14内侧与设于插头本体10顶部的转轴15铰接,并满足从外侧(图3的箭头方向)推动开盖部14能使活动端盖13绕转轴15转动,以完全露出插头本体10端面;转轴15上设有扭簧16,扭簧16一端压在插头本体10顶部,另一端推顶开盖部14,使活动端盖13具有向下关闭的趋势。
公共电动自行车未锁车充电时,充电插头的活动端盖13在扭簧16的作用下保持关闭状态,可防止雨水进入电极腔11内淋湿电极柱12。当电动自行车锁车时,自行车上的锁车装置插入锁车控制盒1时,充电插头也同时插入本发明中,插入时,推盖部5推动开盖部14(如图3的箭头所示)克服扭簧16的弹力使活动端盖13翘起开启活动端盖13,露出整个插头本体10端面,插头本体10插入插腔2内,同时向上翘起的活动端盖13在端盖容纳腔6内向内移动,插头本体10插入插腔2底部时,电极插孔台3插入到电极腔11内,电极柱12插入到电极插孔4内,与电极插孔4形成电接触,锁车控制盒1上的充电器即可向电动自行车充电。
本发明采用电极插孔台3、电极插孔4、推盖部5和端盖容纳腔6,与设于公共电动自行车上的充电插头配套使用,使自行车锁车充电时能自动打开活动端盖13,露出电极柱12,使电极柱12能插入电极插孔4进行充电,锁车充电一起完成,无需手动充电,十分方便。

1.有桩公共电动车专用充电插座,包括设于公共电动自行车锁车控制盒上内凹的插腔;其特征在于:所述插腔底部设有向外突出的电极插孔台,电极插孔台上设有与设于锁车控制盒上的充电器电连接的金属电极插孔,在插腔内顶部设有一向下突出的推盖部,在推盖部的下方设有向内延伸凹进的端盖容纳腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有桩公共电动车专用充电插座,其特征在于:所述插腔的横截面为上宽下窄的等腰梯形。
